Sakura was responded to questions super fast. The house was clean, right near 711, and near a huge department shop and restaurants. 5 minute walk to the train station and felt like you are a Japanese National walking the streets! Beautiful neighborhood.

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

Very nice host and nice place for large group (we were 2 families of 6, 12 total with teen kids). Nice clean home. Showering was a little tricky with our large group as we had to time it with others because even though there are 2 showers, they share a common area. Plenty of hot water. Train station and convenience stores not a far walk.

Me quedaría aquí otra vez sin dudarlo. Buena comunicación, muchas tiendas cerca, cafés cerca, tranquilo, limpio, fue un buen lugar para nuestro grupo de 7 personas, sobraba espacio! Gracias por la comunicación y por permitirnos dejar nuestro equipaje por horas extras!

Jerry's place at Suginami was very spacious, extremely clean and has been maintained very well! Jerry was very easy to communicate with and responded to any requests promptly. We would highly recommend Jerry's place for anyone visiting Tokyo!

9人で宿泊しましたが広くて過ごしやすかったです。浴室がひとつなのでお風呂に入るのは時間がかかりました。周りは静かでよかったです！

Eri was the best host and very accommodating. She showed up to greet us when we arrived and made sure to answer any questions we had. The layout of the home is amazing and allowed all 9 of our guests to have their own private room. Location was nice and quiet.

We stayed here with my family and another family. The place was spacious to accommodate all of us. It was clean and had all the amenities. The place was in the heart of it. Don Quijote is down the street and there were limitless options for food.

Loved our stay at Akira's property. It was the perfect location, quiet yet a short train ride into the city. Well suited for our group of 7 people. Bathrooms were clean and beds were very cosy. Would definitely stay again.

9人で宿泊させて頂きました。 立地も駅から近く、ローソンの上とわかりやすかったです。 室内は白を基調とした空間でとても清潔感があり快適に過ごすことができました。

We stayed 7 nights and really loved the space. The kitchen was amazing and we were able to cook frequently; the laundry options were fantastic. The apartment is a great jumping off point for exploring the Kamakura area and there are several great restaurants nearby as well as a nicely stocked Lawsons. Our only complaint (and it is minimal) is that there wasn't a good place to gather and relax at the end of the day. Otherwise, the apartment had everything we needed. We wouldn't hesitate to rent this place again!

Very beautiful house within walking distance to the beach. Large TV and massage chair was a nice touch. Host was responsive and met us onsite prior to check-in. Getting to the house can be a little trick as the parking is down a very narrow street. Had to use the key to unlock the gate to leave the property was kind of strange but not really a big deal. It was a good and relaxing stay.

It was in a perfect location, just a short walk to the beach. The building was lovely, and the room was spacious and open. The staircase was gentle and L-shaped, so we felt at ease even with small children.
