Really nice and clean place. Host was very responsive and had clear instructions. The location was very close to multiple bus stops which was very convenient. Overall, was very pleased with the accommodations.

Our stay was lovely! The house was clean, well-maintained and matched the description. The only little inconvenience we had was that we had to go down from the third to the first floor to use the shower and the stairs were a bit steep. On the other hand, the location of the house is great! The neighbourhood is peaceful, the nearest subway station, Ikebukuro Station, is within a walking distance of the house. The hosts were responsive, friendly, the communication with them was easy and satisfying. We recommend staying at Ka's place.

An amazing home in a residential area. If you want to experience a more local side of Tokyo, this is the place! Hiroyuki and Yukiko are excellent Hosts and completely respects your privacy, while still always being available to help if needed. They were kind and hospitable throughout my entire stay! The home is connected to the main unit, where the Hosts live, but your living space is otherwise a completely separate unit with a separate entrance. It's clean and well-equipped with amenities such as a washer and dryer, a mini kitchen, and good wifi. It also has a beautiful Japanese garden as well as a tatami room, which is a nice treat to get to enjoy during the stay! Overall, highly recommend!

Jennie’s place was just what we needed for our trip to Tokyo. The house was spotless and based in a quieter residential area in Tokyo. The house had everything we needed for our stay and was a ten minute walk to two nearby stations, making it easy to travel to all the attractions. There were plenty of shops nearby for topping up on essentials. Jennie was a great host and quick to respond to any queries we had. Thank you!

1-3歳の子供連れ3家族で利用しましたが、広くて綺麗な部屋と子供のおもちゃなども豊富にあり、大変快適にくつろいで過ごせました。 ホストの方の返答も早くいただけ、チェックイン等もスムーズでした。

Great place to stay with a larger group in a nice neighborhood. Plenty of options within walking distance with easy access to transit. The room was clean and the bed was good, and having the ability to do laundry was nice. The host was responsive and check in instructions were clear and easy.

Amazing place to stay. We had 3 couples and everyone got their own room (plus extra room for suitcases). The location is very central if you want to hang out in Shinjuku, Shibuya areas. Large kitchen (though we didn’t cook). Big dining table for 6-8 people. Kitchen was nicely stocked with everything you’d need. We even did a couple loads of laundry. Highly recommend for a group of 6.

9人で宿泊させて頂きました。 立地も駅から近く、ローソンの上とわかりやすかったです。 室内は白を基調とした空間でとても清潔感があり快適に過ごすことができました。

Jkp was extremely helpful and responsive. The location is great - 5 minutes away from the subway. A few minutes away there were very good local restaurants and cafes. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We would be happy to visit again. Highly recommended!

The house is 3BR 1 1/2 bath. It is small for six but doable. The place is lovely with tatami heated floors. The location is tucked away in a residential area of Shinjuku. It is a five minute walk to shops and restaurants and a 20 minute walk to Shinjuku Station. It is a bit pricey, but prices are relatively high in Shinjuku.

The View Kamakura was a very unique stay! Amazing views and amenities. Very spacious and clean. The hosts are great with accommodating any needs you may have as a guest. Highly recommend The View Kamakura if you’re looking for a place in the area!

Very comfotable house, perfect for a family with kids. Our hostal was a great help. The place was very clean. It has everything you might need, all the ammenities. Many convenience stores nearby even a large market. Subway is a short walk away.

Largely great stay! Place is as described and the host was perfectly communicative, helpful and flexible, great host. Home is beautiful and the location is wonderful, a quiet / residential area (with embassies, expats) but very close to Azubu and Hiro-o subways and shopping and dining etc. Just be aware that the home is unique, referred to by my co-traveler as a 'concrete palace' which seems apt. As others have mentioned, tight spiral stairway up to 4F may not be for everyone. And some weird quirks, like the shower, sink and toilet (4F) all in different spots, seems more designed for form rather than function. Also the concrete needs some work (esp 4F shower, as the host is aware and communicated about) and updating in a few places. Might be hard to live in long-term but made for a wonderful 4N stay overall (as long as you're ok with the stairs etc). Bonus ride to NRT was a nice touch, thank you

これ以上の場所に出会えないんじゃないかと思えるくらい素敵な場所でした！ サウナとプールが付いてるのも魅力的でキッチンも広く、くつろげるスペースも十分で、寝室も目の前に海が広がってて素晴らしかったです！ もっとこうだったらなと思うところがひとつも無く完璧でした😊！ ホストの方も色々返信も早く丁寧で安心出来ました。 また機会があれば是非泊まらせていただきたいです。

ホストの方も担当の方も丁寧にご説明・ご対応してくださりとても気持ち良い宿泊になりました。宿も大人数でお借りしたため母屋と離れを使わせていただき、広々と過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。 BBQも使いやすく、設備の中にかまって釜があったのも驚きでした！自分達はいけませんでしたが、近くに薪の無人販売があり、そこまでいけばできるようです^^

We stayed here for 10 days, and it was spectacular. The location was beautiful and peaceful. Very close to a few places to eat, including a sushi train restaurant only a 20 minute walk away. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had. We paid extra for towel service which was well worth it. The local convenience store Lawson was very convenient for any drinks or snacks, and a grocery store is only a 5 minute walk away. Easy bus ride to Disney, can take public transportation or taxi to downtown Tokyo or Makuhari Messe convention center. Had a great experience with the owners and would highly recommend this location to anyone who wants to stay at Tokyo and plans to go to Disney.
