この度はありがとうございました。 施設は綺麗で過ごしやすく、設備も洗練されており楽しめました。 特にサウナが広く、水風呂も冷たく最高のリフレッシュになりました。 また今回個人的なことになりますが、パートナーに花束を送りたいことがあり、事前に相談させて頂きました。 色々な準備や手配に親身に相談に乗って頂き、無事花束を渡すことが出来ました。 なかなかこのように親切な対応をしていただけることは無いと思っています。 感謝してもしきれません。 改めてになりますが今回は本当にありがとうございました。 また、お邪魔させて頂けますと幸いです。 どうぞよろしくお願いいたします。

6人で宿泊しました。とても綺麗で部屋の数も多く、広さもちょうどよかったです。

小さい子どもが2人いましたが、凄い使いやすかったです。三ノ宮駅へのアクセスも抜群に良く、内装もとてもキレイでした。

We really liked this apartment. We booked it at short notice because our plans changed and it was too big for the five of us with bedrooms, bathrooms and lounges spread over three floors and a roof terrace. However we really enjoyed it- loads of space, comfortable beds, great shower and bath rooms with parking nearby. It really is an apartment more designed for groups travelling together, probably cyclists, as there are cycle hangers and stands in various places.

宿内はもちろん周辺環境もよく、静かで美しかったです。 お庭でBBQ、焚き火まで出来るのは大変よかったです。 備品の急な貸出依頼にも早急にメッセージの返信をいただき、且つご説明も非常に丁寧で分かりやすかったです。 また機会があればぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

I would give this place more stars if I could. Thank you Ryo! Your home was comfortable and you were very accommodating, helpful and very responsive to any questions. This house has everything, so many little things are thought of and provided. Snacks and water were very welcomed as well. Really close to the train station. Quiet area with supermarkets close by. Loads of space and comfortable beds. Highly recommend.

Great location walking distance to Shin-Kobe station, even with rolling bags no problem as you can get there with no stairs. Apartment was as advertised, perfect for a couple people, laundromat downstairs was super convenient plus multiple convenience stores nearby, would stay again if we were needing to be near Shin-Kobe station again.

We had a wonderful stay that my son overslept and we missed our plane home. Our stay was wonderful more than we expected. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to stay in a modern Japanese home. Amazingly wonderful!

素晴らしいお宿でした。 オーナー様は常に親切で、返信も早く的確で、こちらの要望にも寄り添ってくださいました。 子供も甚くお部屋を気に入り「ダーツの部屋にまた泊まる!」「海遊館よりお部屋の水槽見る方がいい！」と断言しておりました。 設備も最新型で、お風呂、キッチン、洗濯乾燥機、プロジェクター(アラジン)があります。ウォーターサーバーがあるのには驚きましたし、シーリングエアコンやガスヒーターまであり、花冷えの数日を暖かく過ごすことができました。 駅が目の前で、非常に便利な分、寝る時に外の音が気になる方もいるかと思います。電車のチャイム、救急車・消防車のサイレンもよく聞かれました。 耳栓も用意されていましたが、私たちは使わずとも、そんなに気になりませんでした。 むしろ、駅の真ん前だったので、帰路の疲れを気にせずに観光できました。 エレベーターはなく、階段のみですが、特段に足が悪いというわけでなければ、問題ないと感じました。荷物が多い場合には大変かもしれませんが、階段を登れる電動カートも用意されています。 細かいところまで気遣いが行き届いており、すこぶる快適な滞在でした。 心より御礼申し上げます。

非常满意的一次入住体验！房间和描述完全一致，甚至超出预期，干净整洁，设施齐全。房东非常热情周到，回复及时，沟通也很顺畅。还贴心的为我们准备了小零食！整体感受非常好，下次还会选择这里！！

Very convenient place to stay in Kobe with all the amenities we needed. beds were comfy, bathroom was quite small but it worked for our short stay. Good place to stay in Kobe for a small group or family.

思っていたよりお部屋もキッチンも十分なスペースがあり、家族4人プラス犬一匹で快適に過ごせました。何より清潔に管理されています！スーパーが徒歩ですぐのところなので買い出しも楽でした。

居心地の大変良いお部屋でした。 アメニティ等も行き届いており、とても楽しく快適に過ごすことができました。 ありがとうございました。
