Accord River House

Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

(Hudson Valley) Laughing Duck Cottage

Located in the bucolic Hudson Valley, this new, gut-renovated cottage isn't far from many of the area's most loved spots. In the winter you can wander trails and get cozy by our electric fireplace. In the spring you can picnic your way through historic sites and enjoy a glass of local wine on our back deck. In the summer you can ride a horse and cook with seasonal ingredients from local farms. In the fall you can hike through the Hudson Valley's perfect colors and sip hot cider on our back deck.

Luxurious, lovingly-appointed mid-century country retreat located less than 15 minutes from restaurants, galleries, and shopping in downtown Hudson, nestled between farmers’ markets, breweries, cideries, distilleries, hiking, and more! Recently-renovated 1958 cabin features a deep soaking tub, outdoor hot tub, woodstove, and upscale amenities. Our cabin is designed to be open with large windows and glass doors overlooking the woods. This space allows you to feel like you're outside while enjoying the comfort of a newly renovated and tastefully decorated home. The hot tub on the deck can be enjoyed year round! We're located at the end of a dirt road (that's what makes our cabin so secluded!) and for that reason we always recommend driving a vehicle that has 4WD, especially during the winter months. We happily welcome pets!
