第一次一帮家人团体出游住民宿，挺好的体验！下次夏天再来体验！

很舒服的入住体验，公寓离Nada站很近，附近步行4分钟就有便利店，浴室非常舒适。二楼客厅的布置很温馨，很让人感动能住到这么好的房间。

Felt really at home at Toki’s place. Toki is a great host and gave us lots of recommendation for local experiences. It was pristine but felt like a home.

Lovely apartment, very convenient and accessible from Shin-Kobe station. Apartment was a good size and with great views of Kobe. Atoo was a super host and I’d thoroughly recommend his place!

A very nice accomodation in a great location. The host is very friendly and gave us great tips for things to do in Kobe during our stay. I would definitely stay there again.

Oharas place was perfect for our three night stay! It was clean and homely. Right next to the train station also. She was very responsive and answered any questions I had. Would definitely recommend this place, we had a lovely stay!

非常に快適かつ楽しい旅になりました。目の前に川があり、裏手にも山と、自然豊かな環境での査定希望される場合はぴったり。 2棟建物があり、どちらかに宿泊できる形でした。どちらでもBBQ出来るよう準備いただけますし、家内である程度利用させていただける器具や皿、包丁などあり便利できた。 また機会があれば利用させていただきたいです。

子どもの遊び道具がたくさんあり、楽しめました！また機会があれば、ぜひ泊まりたいと思います！

リフォームされたばかりで綺麗なお部屋でした　一階に２個所もトイレと洗面台　エアコンも２台あり助かりました　海に徒歩２分こどもと何度も行きました　街猫探しも楽しみました　Wi-Fiもこどもがゲームをしたり動画を見たりスムーズでした　素敵なキッチンで道具も良く揃っていて大きな冷蔵庫　五日間３食使わせてもらいました　近所のレンタカー徒歩２分で2500円でした　３年前から素敵で泊まってみたいと思っていたお部屋に泊まることができました　洲本に住んでいる体験ができました　また必ず泊まりたいです　よろしくお願いします　ありがとうございました

この施設は、快適さとホスピタリティの両面で非常に満足のいくものでした！ 特にスタッフの対応が素晴らしく、チェックインからチェックアウトまで一貫して丁寧かつ温かみのある接客をしていただきました！ 些細な質問にも親身になって応じてくださり、その心遣いが滞在をより心地よいものにしてくれました！！！ 館内の設備も清潔で整っており、細部まで配慮が行き届いていることが感じられました。滞在中は快適に過ごすことができ、まるで自宅のような安心感を得られたのが印象的です。 このような素晴らしいサービスを提供してくださる施設は、ぜひ多くの方に体験していただきたいと強く感じました。また機会があれば、ぜひ再訪したいと思います！

10 out of 5 stars...wow! Out of bounds customer service!!! The property was amazing, peaceful, and sureal. The hosts were so accommodating and made us feel right at home. We highly recommend Ren-Est to anyone who wants a nice, relaxing stay in the mountains of central Japan. We will be back!

Wow! We had a wonderful stay, and the place was beautiful! We were travelling as a family of four and the property had loads of space, was very well equipped and had spectacular views over Kobe. The property management team were amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that we had nothing less than an amazing stay. We will definitely return to Ren-Est when we return to Japan again. Highly recommend!

All of the best! Definitely recommend to group or family stay. The public place is awesome. It’s close to snow park and Arima Onsen, AND THEY SERVE TRANSPORTATION! We met bad weather this winter and the cable and bus was stopped, no taxi response,barely can’t get down the mountain. Thanks for the staff. We are planning another stay this summer now~

Hiroko was an outstanding host, even driving around to find us as we got lost trying to find the apartment. It was really child friendly, lots of kids toys left and a stairgate. I would love to stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay in Kanami's apartment. It was spacious enough for two adults and two kids, conveniently located between JR Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe stations and close to the beautiful areas of Kitano and the Nunobiki Falls hiking trails. The apartment itself was well appointed and extremely clean. Kanami-san was friendly and quick to answer any questions. Check in and out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again. ありがとう。

Nedocco is very near to Nishikujo Sta. Lots of eateries nearby. Check in is fast & easy. Can store luggage prior to check in. Room is clean, quite spacious & comfort bed. We had a pleasant stay. Recommended.

We hebben een geweldig tijd gehad in de airbnb van host Shinya. Het huis is ruim en alles is aanwezig. De bedden slapen erg lekker. De buurt is erg mooi en rustig en heeft genoeg voorzieningen. Lekkere locale restaurants vlakbij station en allemaal op nog geen 10 minuten loopafstand. Shinya had hele fijne tips. De stad is makkelijk te bereiken met de trein. Wij hebben hier heerlijke dagen gehad. Een aanrader.
