8명 대가족이 머물렀는데 지하철역에서 가까워서 접근하기 편하고 침대가 넓고 공간이 잘 꾸며져있어서 불편함 없이 잘 쉬다가 왔습니다. 또다시 도쿄에 많은 사람하고 같이 여행한다면 다시 들러보고 싶습니다.

Our stay in Masaki's house was absolutely perfect for our 2-week holiday in Tokyo. It is an older-style Japanese house that feels very special, while also having all the modern amenities to make it very comfortable. We stayed in this house as a family of four (our kids are 9 and 14) and it was ideal for our needs. The location is perfect if you want to stay somewhere a little quieter than central Tokyo, but want easy access to everything the city has to offer. The train station is only 5 minutes walk, and everything Tokyo has to offer can be enjoyed from this location. The immediate area has so much to enjoy as well. Inokashira Park is beautiful and a lovely respite after a day of being in the crowds of central Tokyo. Kichijōji is about a 15 minute walk (or a short train ride) away, and has amazing shopping and food. Masaki is a very responsive host, and I felt very well looked-after during our stay. Really I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

Love staying here. Feels right at home. Everything is super clean and Kim was very helpful and such a great host, with fast responses and actions. Kim definitely took the extra step and service for her guests. The place is spacious with every furniture near brand new. My family and I definitely loved the laundry/ dryer machine 🤩🤩 it’s amazing and allow us to not worry about not enough change of clothing’s. Kim is super friendly and will help you in any way she can, not limited to restaurants recommendations or closest transport to Shinjuku or even given visual directions to help you find the closest supermarket. She made traveling with a big group of family a breeze. Thank you Kim, will definitely stay again next time I’m in Tokyo.

We stayed at Maki's place for a couple of weeks and the house is just perfectly identical to the pictures, or even better! Had a lovely time there, the neighbourhood is super cute and there are a lot of options to eat out close to home. Well connected through transportation. Maki is responsive and very helpful. Would go back any minute tbh! Thank youu <3

The place was very convenient for us, especially being close to the airport. It was clean and looked exactly like the photos, which we really appreciated. The only challenge we faced was the check-in process—despite submitting all 10 passports online ahead of time, we were asked to provide the same details again at the location. That part could have been smoother, but overall, a good stay!

We've just finished a 5 night stay at Fumi's apartment. It was a great apartment for our family of 6 for our stay in Tokyo. Super close to the train station, and only a short ride to Shibuya. The futon mattresses were super comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for a larger group - great bathroom, multiple toilets, separated sleeping areas, large washing machine/dryer and great heating. Fumi even helped us find a doctor when our son wasn't feeling well. Highly recommend!!

We had a wonderful stay at this comfortable and spacious house. It was clean, well-equipped, and perfect for relaxing. The quiet surroundings made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway closed to Tokyo!

This was a very modern and clean apartment in a great location (especially for our son who is a Harry Potter fan). It featured excellent facilities and the owner (Harumi san) was extremely helpful and kind - she met us late at night and helped explain things on our first night and always responded promptly to every message we sent. Arigato gozaimasu!

호스트의 응답 숙소가 매우빨랐고 1층이라 너무 편안하게 움직일 수 있었습니다 또한 도보 5분 거리에 지하철과 편의점이 있어서 너무 편리했습니다. 숙소 안의 화장실도, 주방도 깨끗했습니다. 수압과 비품 준비도 너무 깨끗하게 잘 되어 있었습니다. 에어비앤비를 처음 묵었는데 너무 좋았습니다.

The house close to everything you could need, but far enough away to escape the busy central Tokyo. perfect location to stay with children, everything was working, safe and comfortable. highly recommend!

The property was centrally located to multiple JR and subway lines and was easily walkable to any of the stations in 10 minutes or less. The property was extremely clean and perfect for our party of two couples. Having two toilets makes all the difference. The surrouding community was quiet and residential with small local restaurants and two supermarkets, a 100 yen store, and a laundromat. Multiple conbinis within a 5 minute or less walk. Host was always in communication and always offered great support. Would definitely stay again! Thank you!

This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I've had, starting with C's responsiveness when first booking and all throughout the stay. The location is ideal for foodies, with a multitude of delicious dining experiences within a stone's throw, including a few on the Michelin list. Plus, you've got a 7-11 just across the street and two separate subway lines within a short walking distance. Some reviews said it might get loud with a bar just below, but we stayed 6 nights, including a full weekend, and there were no issues. Sure, the place is a bit small, but we expected that, and the beds not a five-star hotel, but for us, it felt more like being in Japan than the nicer western-style Airbnb we stayed at in Shinagawa the following week. Considering the location and what we paid, I think C's place has got to be one of the best values in Shinjuku.

This place was right in the action, which is what I wanted from this experience. very happy 😁

The house is small and nice. Most of the space is for the bedroom / living area, with a bit for the kitchen and the last bits for a nice toilet and bath. It is located very close to tachiaigawa station, but can take a bit of time to find (if you don't spot the sign saying "otres apartment") as Google maps might bring you down the neighboring street as you can get closer to the pin that way. Due to the proximity to the train station there is a bit of background noise from the trains when they arrive, but it is low enough that you usually won't notice. The house temperature fluctuates quite a bit based on the outside temperature, but it has an effective AC unit that deals with in easily, making it comfortable no matter the weather. As for Josh, he was an amazing host. We only met him once, but he was very helpful and answered fast when messaging him. We would give him 10/5 stars if that was possible.

Yuki was an excellent host! Coming to meet and host us in the village personally, and arranging activities for us an ensuring we were well taken care of at all times. She went the extra mile to purchase breakfast for us as a personal favor! The surroundings and scenery were incredible. The family really loved the village and the food was amazing! I hope to come back one day!

8人で利用させて頂きました。 　建物については、広い駐車場、十分なアメニティと部屋数、そして特に屋上のサウナスペースの良さが際だっていた。サウナの温度が高くロウリュウができ体を冷やすためのプールも用意されていた、またサウナをでてすぐに体を横にできる場所があった点も良かったです。 　建物以外で言えば近くに多数の飲食店があり、どこも良いお店だったのが印象に残っている。 　コンビニや海も徒歩圏内で、文句なしの場所でした。

コミュニケーションも丁寧ですごく良かったです！

Review: I recently stayed at this Airbnb in Japan and had a great experience overall. The house itself was beautiful—spotlessly clean, very spacious, and had an excellent shower. It truly felt like a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring. The location was peaceful and quiet, which was perfect for unwinding. However, it’s worth noting that there weren’t many convenience stores nearby, and the walk back from the train station involved a pretty steep hill. That said, the surrounding area was charming, and the tranquility made up for the effort. If you’re looking for a calm and comfortable place to stay and don’t mind a bit of walking, this is a great choice!
