We chose this villa for its central location from where you can explore many parts of the island. Whereas it lacked the charm of some villas, this was compensated for by the peaceful location, the security of parking for 1 or even 2 cars, the cleanliness, the well equipped kitchen, decent beds, 2 comfy sofas, a covered outside bbq eating area and spotless pool. The house is accessible and is like a bungalow in style. No frills but everything we needed, and it was convenient. Good agromart supermarket few minutes away. Good choice restaurants in Lloseta nearby village- We enjoyed Es Garuda. There’s a Train station nearby for convenient access to Palma .Friendly host who came to greet us and say farewell.

Everything was so good. The house is so good the decorations, bed, nature. It was the best experience

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in dem wunderschönen Haus von Antonio. Von dort konnten wir sehr zentral die Insel erkunden. Antonio war ein super Gastgeber.

Can Fave is a beautiful home, with a particularly lovely outdoor space and pool—It’s hard to capture just how beautiful it is in photos! The location couldn’t be better—picturesque and quiet yet only steps from the heart of charming Fornalutx. It’s also a great home base for exploring the region’s villages and beaches. Alexis was a warm and welcoming host, providing great communication from start to finish, and very helpful suggestions on some activities that ended up being the highlight of our trip. Stay as long as you can! Our family absolutely loved it!

Logement spacieux et très cosy, petite cour intérieure sans vis à vis. Très propre, bien équipé et conforme à la description. Peu d'intérêt dans Manacor mais localisation idéale pour visiter l'île. Pere est réactif et s'est montré arrangeant. Nous recommandons

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Mariano. La maison est hyper agréable, bien agencée et bien équipée. Elle est également bien placée pour sillonner l’île. L’environnement clos est parfait pour les enfants. Très léger bémol concernant la literie: les matelas sont relativement mous. Question de goût… Mais on y dort bien quand même;-) Merci à Mariano pour son accueil. Nous recommandons vivement cette maison et espérons avoir l’occasion d’y retourner !

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. We traveled with our two young children and her place was kid friendly with a crib and a high chair. The place was very clean, had all the essentials, and the outside patio space was very large and great for eating all our meals outside. The street and neighborhood were very quiet and it was always easy to find street parking right outside the front door. Her place is easy walking distance to town, close to a kids playground and to a small beach that was perfect for our kids. There was a great corner store 1 block away that had delicious pastries and grocery essentials. Carmen was always quick to respond and was so welcoming and friendly. Thank you Carmen for a wonderful stay in Portocolom.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit zu viert in dem Haus. Es gibt genug Platz, sich zurückziehen, die Bäder waren sauber und die Betten bequem. Die Außenküche war ein Highlight! Genau so der Pool, toll instand gehalten mit Day Bed und allem drum und dran. Tomeu und seine Frau sind super, haben aufgrund von Flugverspätung lange auf uns warten müssen und uns dennoch herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wann immer wir etwas brauchten, war Tomeu zur Stelle und hat tolle Tips für die Umgebung parat. Vielen Dank für alles!

Liebe Margarita, mein Bruder und ich hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in deiner Wohnung. Die Stunden auf der Terasse waren einfach nur wunderbar. Deine Wohnung ist so eingerichtet, dass man sich gleich wohl fühlt. Portocolom ist ein stiller Ort abseits des Trubels mit kleinen Läden, Restaurants und einer schönen Bar um die Ecke. Elsa was an awesome host. She welcomed us into her home with snacks waiting for us and gave perfect recommendations. The home was clean and looked even better than the photos. The view was gorgeous and the location is prime for those wanting to be near the popular beaches. Everyone loves the dog, Bernardo, and though he is precious - my personal favorite is Negroni, the cat. Elsa even brought us Spanish pastries on our last morning and allowed us to leave our belongings throughout the day since our flight was in the evening. Her generosity and flexibility are what made our trip to Mallorca that much better. Can’t recommend enough and am already looking forward to our next trip to Mallorca, where we will definitely be hoping to stay in Elsa’s home again.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Miguel war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist top, super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Kommunikation mit Miguel war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Promenade ein Traum. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

A haven. This house set amidst lemon and orange trees, the scent of their blossoms wafting through the air with its lovely pool and stone house amidst mountain views -- is simply stunning. Antonio left us a bottle of wine and fresh picked oranges and lemons from his trees and also brought just-baked Mallorcan pastries and croissants one morning for breakfast. What a warm and personalized welcome! The house is well-cared for with attention to detail in its furnishings. The pool is magnificent - even in early April after a full day hiking in the mountains! Antonio is incredibly helpful and responsive as is his mother who lives nearby. In all, this home was a welcome sanctuary we were delighted to return to after a day out exploring for aperitivos on the terrace, a cooling dip in the pool, or calm sounds of the rooster next door singing in the morning over coffee. Highly recommend this jewel of a place!

The accommodation was perfect for us as a family of three (parents and a 4-year-old). We didn't mind that the lift wasn't operational at the start—the flat is on the 5th floor—and we didn't mind a little workout at all. It's not the host's fault, these things happen. There is a Spar shop with a coffee station right at the doorstep, which is super convenient. There are lots of great restaurants in the area; we especially loved La Pizza (5 min walk). We were renting a car, and within 30-60mins there were lots of beautiful beaches and parks to see. But if you're walking, the local beach is great too! The view from the flat is stunning. The flat itself faces North, which makes it cooler during the day. Getting lovely, gentle sunshine in the late afternoon. A nice thing was a chest of beach toys that we used during our stay. All a child needs to build a decent sand castle! The bed is comfy. The shower is hot :) An all-around great place to stay for a few days or longer!

Great place near to the beach and many good restaurants. Bikes are a great way to get around and the bike storage area is very convenient. We stayed during a very hot time so the AC had a hard time cooling the sleeping areas but we were quickly brought a couple fans which made things very comfortable. I work remote and the wifi was great.

Dejligt sted med fantastisk udsigt til bakkerne omkring Port de Sóller. Når vi var i lejligheden levede vi stort set på terrassen, som er virkelig dejlig. Terrassen er sydvendt så der er sol til godt hen på eftermiddagen (april). Der er tre gode store værelser med tre store senge og et fint køkken med mulighed for det meste. Parkering gik også nemt. Stor anbefaling herfra.

Eine wirkich absolut empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für eine Familie mit Kleinkind, die auch gern aktiv ist und einen ruhigen und idyllischen Rückzugsort bevorzugt. Die Ausstattung hat für uns perfekt gepasst und wir haben uns in der privaten Umgebung der Familie sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage ist sehr nah am Zentrum von Alcudia aber dennoch abseits gelegen, sodass man eher ein ländliches Gefühl hat. Vor allem das verfügbare Spielzeug und Trampolin, sowie der Sandkasten und Trettraktor waren für uns Gold wert. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit bei euch, wir kommen gern wieder!

We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

A fabulous villa which was perfect for 2 families. The views from the villa are quite incredible, you feel enveloped by the mountains. We had everything we needed for our stay, the pool was the perfect temperature and the location is perfect for being close enough to Soller yet still feeling a total sense of space and privacy. Thank you to Veronica who was the perfect host!

I highly recommend this place. the host is really nice and communicative and helpful the house is beautiful and well acquitted the kitchen is full of kitchen supplies and dishes. the surrounding is beautiful and calm green and lots of fresh air. although it was cold and we didn't get in the pool it shows that it's really clean. we recommend it completely

Overall, we had a good time there. The layout of the rooms is great, as is the communication with the landlords and the service staff. What we definitely missed were parasols or awnings. There was virtually no shade in the outdoor area from the afternoon onwards. We helped ourselves with self-made constructions. It would also be nice if the outdoor area was greener and had more plants. The weak WiFi was not dramatic, but a little annoying.

We had wonderful stay in Jaime's house for almost 2 weeks in early September 2024. The house has well equipped kitchen, plenty of outdoor sitting space and lovely and immaculately maintained swimming pool. We loved and will miss our breakfasts at the terrace surrounded by mountains and tree's canopies. Warm nights allowed us to enjoy outdoor space late into the night. Jaime is a great host. Very attentive and ready to help and to solve any potential problems. Small or big. In terms of small problems we experienced it was ants in the kitchen (not a real problem really), random tripping of fuses which started after a storm and lasted for 2-3 days after and the biggest, difficult parking spot, especially when you rent a bigger car. None of the above really changed the fact that we had a great stay. We highly recommend this peaceful location with a great host to anybody that is looking for similar. There is plenty of things to do and see in this part of island, but car is a must.

The grounds and house are simply outstanding. The grounds are huge, incredibly well presented and thought out in every way, and are adorned with statues and beautiful artworks all with a beautiful themes of Africa and Majorca too. The garden also boasts A hot tub, sauna, and outdoor kitchen complete with woodfired pizza oven, a paella grill, and facilities to host a large gathering/large family event. Our host was exceptional and reacted quickly and promptly to any request/ requirement. Don’t hesitate to book, you will not be disappointed. Five stars all round!!! Xx
