We were three couples and a six year old. The arrangement of the accommodation was just what we needed. Because we had travelled for a wedding we were out for most of the day and unfortunately bad weather meant we couldn’t make use of the outdoor facilities but we have already recommended the property to a friend and would like to return for a future family occasion.

Denise our host was absolutely warm and accommodating.. she went out of her way to drop off an extra heater when the place got colder (upstate NY in Oct). I’d happily recommend this to everyone! The kitchen was well stocked and we didn’t have to go anywhere to find Cuttery and dishes

Our group of 5 enjoyed a wonderful long weekend at Shana's. Even though it was cold and snowy the entire time, we still managed to spend quite a lot of time outdoors by the fire pit and visiting the animals at the barn (such a treat!). The house was warm and very roomy, and having access to 3 bathrooms was very helpful. I needed to join a Zoom call during our stay, and I had no issues with the wifi. There were some flies (to be expected), and the kitchen had a slight odor, but those things didn't detract at all from us enjoying our stay. I would recommend stocking up on some bottled water, but otherwise the kitchen/pantry had everything we needed to do some light cooking. Overall, I highly recommend!

Had an awesome stay at this quaint little place. It’s located in a great area by the lake, very quiet during the week, very close to an area to swim with the kids. Lots of side streets around the cabin for walking. Place was very clean when we showed up and had everything we needed for a week long stay including linens, lots of towels and wash clothes, plenty of blankets, and the basic kitchen amenities needed for cooking/eating. Great place, great host, would definitely stay again.

We recently stayed at this rental and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was peaceful and welcoming, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The spacious layout provided plenty of room for our family to spread out, and we never felt cramped. Whether it was enjoying meals together or just lounging around, the space was ideal for quality family time. The surrounding area also contributed to the calm vibe, adding to the overall sense of peace. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great place to stay with their family! This is our second stay at the house and it was just as great as the first stay. We had four family members join the two of us, and we were all comfortable. We particularly liked the comfy beds, the nice hot shower and the laundry area as the area we visited is in full mud season! The kitchen is well stocked making it easy to prepare food and clean up. We will return as it is a very nice home, convenient to family members nearby and an excellent value.

Great place to stay to explore Letchworth State Park. Very clean, nicely decorated, great wood stove for cozy evenings! Would stay again for sure!

Teri and her husband are awesome! They made us feel welcome right away and it was great getting to know them! The apartment was very very nice! Everything was neat and clean with everything we could have needed for our stay. Thank you guys so much and we look forward to staying in the future!

Worked well for us as we visited Houghton University for a college tour. Location couldn't have been more convenient and easy to find. Perfect size for the three of us.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy and inviting cabin! The space felt very warm and welcoming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Keri was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything even smoother. The cabin had more beds than we expected—a great surprise for our group! There were two rooms with two queen beds each, plus three bunk beds and a king bed upstairs, offering plenty of sleeping space for everyone. Highly recommend this place for families or larger groups looking for comfort and a peaceful setting.

I found my stay with my family exceeded expectations! The cabin was clean and well laid out, peaceful surroundings, close to Letchworth State Park and only a little over an hour and a half from Niagara Falls. Close enough to the town of Fillmore for supplies but far enough to be quiet. Loved the cabin and would love to go back again. Rick and Leroy were great hosts and very quick to respond. Can’t recommend enough!

We just wanted a quick 1 night getaway and ended up staying for 2. If you are looking for a peaceful place to stay, then this is it. I can't say enough great things about this place.

Over the years I have been to MANY campgrounds all over the country, and this has got to be by far the #1 best one l've been to yet! The host, Justin, is great! Very welcoming, kind, and accommodating. The campground is very well kept up and clean. Truly a hidden gem to find it. The cabins are very clean and comfortable. Very quiet and tons of nature to enjoy. Lots of space between sites, so it doesn't feel crowded. Plus, they sell fresh eggs and meat, and ice! The community lodge is rustic, but up to date. Lots of thing for the kids to enjoy as well. The pond/beach is absolutely beautiful. Great place to spend some time, you may not want to leave! I will definitely be coming back again, hopefully many times!

We loved our stay at this cozy cabin. It was spotless and adorable. We were so surprised with how beautiful the view was from the living room. EPIC view. Quite magical and private. Loved everything about or time there and will remember it always. Thanks Ellis and Mary Jane!
