Garrett and Tiffani communicating and took care of a plumbing problem immediately. The home was clean and set up nicely. I would recommend an ironing board, a variety of spices and maybe more dishes. I would also recommend more toilet paper and paper supplies. A bath mat in the upstairs bathroom too would be helpful for slipping.

I can't say enough good things about this place! Everything about it exceeded expectations, and the host truly goes the extra mile to make guests feel right at home. Clean, beautiful place to stay, and very friendly and helpful host! Would give 20 stars if I could!

What a cool space! Sometimes when you enter a room you just know you’d really like the human behind the decorating and that’s exactly how I felt in this space. Not only is the space inside lovely, but the neighborhood just has a really peaceful and loving vibe to it. Never thought I would say I love Omaha but I truly did in this Airbnb, would highly recommend!

Overall it was a wonderful stay!! It was an excellent property and exactly what I was looking for! Will be staying at this property again in 4 weeks!

Nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Good kitchen and bathrooms generous downstairs den. No cable but it was easy to stream our own content.

This was a last minute visit to see our new grandson daughter and son in law who live a mile away. Merry was most accommodating from the very beginning, as we didn’t need a full week. Everything was exactly as pictured, neat and clean, fully stocked. We had a very slight back door lock problem and they sent their son out within a couple of hours to fix it. Excellent stay! Would love to stay there again as it located within a mile of all kinds of shopping and restaurants! Great walking neighborhood and felt very safe. A++

Amber went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Her 100 year+ home is in a historic district of Council Bluffs adjacent to the Gilbralter Neighborhood Trailhead. Several of our family members took advantage of its proximity and went hiking during our visit. Her home is a mix of old and new - 19th and early 20th century craftsmanship, such as a beautiful central staircase, combined with 21st century technology such as WiFi, and numerous televisions throughout the expansive home. Fun amenities include a pinball machine and a treadmill for exercise. My family especially enjoyed competing on the pinball machine. Amber’s home was stocked with all sorts of treats ranging from muffins to a charcuterie tray. Whenever we had a question either about something in the home or some activity in the area, Amber was very quick to respond. I’ve stayed in numerous vacation rental properties. This one stands out in all the right ways. I would definitely recommend.

This was an excellent stay. Our hosts were responsive to our inquiries. The house was exactly as described. It fit our needs for this weekend trip perfectly. And we will keep this address for any future trips to Omaha. The house was clean and uncluttered. It was so quiet. We all had peaceful and restful sleeps. Every bed was so comfortable. We liked the separate area for TV. It allowed one member of our group to entertain themselves and the other two to visit. We weren't disturbing one another. We had relatives stop by and they was plenty of room for visiting. The kitchen was welled stocked with pans and pots and dishes and utensils. This house was well worth renting for us. And for my first Airbnb, I was lucky to get such responsive great hosts.

Nice, clean, homey and cozy. Diane, the host, is super responsive and kind. She provided basic and other living necessities which was an added value and touch of special care for her guests. The hosts stayed to themselves, so it seemed private. The suite is in the lower, so expect some upstairs clatter and noise, especially in the bedroom which seems to amplify the upstair noises. It's not too bothersome, but worth mentioning if you're a light sleeper who wakes with every little noise. Otherwise, not a big deal. I would definitely stay again and thank the hosts for a respectful, cozy and nice stay!

Very nice place. Unique 50's themed kitchen with a very cool vibe. Overall really nice place. Felt like you were far from town in a nice, peaceful area while being 5 minutes from any activities.

Everything matches the description. Very clean space and was fully equipped with laundry detergent, blankets, and snacks. My two girlfriends and I were fairly comfortable there and really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed one night at Todd's on a long drive to Chicago - well worth it! The flexible check in was convenient. I got in later than I thought I would, but with the 24 hour check in it was no problem. The mattress was comfortable, everything was very neat and clean. The only thing to keep in mind is that it is a basement, so sometimes you can hear a bit of noise from people moving around upstairs but it wasn't an issue for me. I would definitely stay here again if I was staying in Omaha!

Kelli's home was clean and had everything we needed for our long weekend in the Omaha area. Our host was kind, thoughtful, and overall a wonderful host. We will definitely stay at Kelli's again if we are in the area overnight.

This was our first time stay in an AirBnB and thanks to Jerry , we will definitely be doing this again!!! This place specifically worked excellent for what we needed! We were in town for the Omaha Zoo and youth baseball tournament with a young one and other guests with us. We were able to be near the Zoo, and centrally located enough for wherever the tournament had us playing in the Omaha area. And it was super easy to get to, and had excellent parking on street or in parking lot next to unit. Only a short drive to groceries, we were able to utilize the kitchen and cook and enjoy the wonderful dining area every day for supper and breakfast. Kitchen has most everything you need! Bathrooms were clean and had all the towels and things needed to accommodate our family. And having a W/D was awesome! House was updated, we were always comfortable, and glad to come "home" from a long hot day! Beautiful place; skylights, decor, decks, and all the modern styling mixed with classic castle!

We enjoyed staying at Kori's. A great location, walkable to Dundee and easy access to Dodge Street Bus Rapid Transit with easy access to downtown.

I made the reservation last minute and had a quick response from the host and was able to get in literally last second. Very clean and everything we needed in the kitchen. We loved the place. Loved the simulated fireplace in the living room. Was a nice touch.
