Best airbnb ever!!! The location was perfect, right by the main downtown but still removed enough to feel cozy. Charming old florida style, felt like an apartment/homey vs a sterile airbnb. Safe neighborhood, gorgeous. And Spinster Abbotts is a must - do trivia on Wednesdays!

I would definitely stay here again! The property was clean, and had everything we needed. Stan was super easy to communicate with.

I absolutely loved the location of the historical home - it was so convenient with easy parking available. The cleanliness and organization of the home truly impressed me, and the thoughtful amenities like snacks and water were a really nice touch. The check-in process was seamless, and the host was extremely responsive to any questions we had. But the highlight for me was definitely the amazing shower - it was even better than what you'd find at a 5-star hotel! We had such a great time during our stay and can't wait to come back. Thank you for providing such a wonderful experience!

Just as pictured! Sandra was a kind and very responsive host. The home was in a perfect location—peaceful and quiet, yet just a short walk to town. Having beach chairs provided was a huge plus for us and saved us from having to rent. The only minor downside (and really not a big deal) was the lack of cookie sheets or pizza pans, which made cooking certain things a little tricky—but we improvised! Overall, it was a great stay and we’d definitely come back!

Schönes Zimmer im Stadtzentrum. Sehr sauber, tolles Badezimmer. Queen Size Bett sehr bequem. Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vor dem Apartment. Sehr gute Lage, in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß in der historischen Innenstadt. Einfache Kommunikation mit Alison und Jay, alles wunderbar.

We enjoyed staying at Lesley's apt. She and Steven were very friendly and made us feel right at home. It's a very cute place, right on the lake. The lake is beautiful and the sunsets off the dock were amazing. The kitchen is well equipped and the king size bed was very comfortable. The shower was quite small but sufficient. They've done a great job making it nice and comfortable.

nick was an amazing host, the place was perfect and it made the weekend so enjoyable ! coming to a private, clean, and quaint home after being out exploring the city felt so amazing. couldn't be happier we got to stay, and will be back as soon as possible. bonus points for the most comfortable bed AND an extra fan for those who like a cold sleep !!

We liked everything about our stay. Location was close to everything. Perfect back yard for our dog. Very nice screen porch to sit and relax. The master bathroom was my favorite part of the house:) After a long day at the beach getting back to soak in the tub was just what I needed. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

House was beautiful, was in a peaceful neighborhood, Ron was very informative and helpful responded quickly, had more than enough amenities and even had extra things you wouldn’t even think of needing. Was a wonderful time and host.

Perfect two night stay for our family of 4. The first rental in a while that everyone, even our teenagers, had zero complaints about. Our hosts were extremely responsive and bent over backwards to get us a corkscrew the day we checked in and wanted to open a bottle to celebrate my wife's birthday. A very quick drive to the public access point of our favorite beach or a reasonable walk to the private boardwalk. The house was very clean and comfortable and good value. It was a nice spot to take a few zoom meetings for my work.

We stayed at Ricardo’s for a month. The place was wonderful. The neighborhood was quiet. We saw plenty of wildlife even though we were in a neighborhood. Ricardo was always responsive. It is located close to st. Augustine and Daytona beach. We spent some time at Flagler beach which is really close. We will stay here again!

My husband, dog Stella and I had a wonderful months stay at Krysta‘s house. The house and yard were lovely as was the neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood and met many nice folks. The location was also ideal to get to the old town and the beaches. The house was a wonderful size, a comfy master bedroom and nice kitchen. A perfect place for 4 but even with 6 it was worked! We enjoyed the house and the backyard a lot and the one minor issue we had was taken care of by Krysta immediately. I’d highly recommend staying at this Airbnb.

This spot is a perfect drivable distance for exploring St Augustine! It only took 10ish minutes to get into town, and 15-20 to the beach. The king bed was so comfy & the house was super clean! We stayed with our family of 5 plus grandparents and everyone had space! Would def recommend checking out Gabriel's place.

This was the perfect location for us to share my favorite coastline with our children for the first time. I loved being on the ground floor, with an easy walk out to the beach every day. the sound of the waves and the ocean view was better than I expected considering most places are far from the beach. The condo itself was beautiful, homey, and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. it was comfortable and relaxing, and close to the ocean, but only a short drive from the historic district. One of my favorite things was that the property is right next to the local entrance to the beach, so we were able to spend a few hours there before and after check in and check out. Overall, this was a perfect spot for our family of 5, we would be happy to come back here and stay longer! We can't thank the hosts enough for sharing this beautiful spot.

Kimberly's place was excellent for our family! it's a great location walkable from downtown St. Augustine in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The rooms were all very comfortable and accommodating. Having baby family amenities like the pack and play, Disney+, and toddler plates/cups was a huge plus. The air conditioning worked well and was easily controllable. The building was quiet and accessible. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and pots/pans to actually cook if we wanted. we had a great time exploring shops and restaurants and taking daily trips to the beaches!

We had an amazing time! My best Friend and I came down with my two kids (ages 8,6) for spring break. Place was just as described. Was clean, and cutely decorated with a beach theme. Had some games for the kids as well. There was a list of great recommendations for things to do and restaurants close by. I had a few questions and host was very friendly and quick to respond! Just a short walk to the beach, but located conveniently right across from the pool! Hot tub was nice and relaxing, located in the middle of the building on the first floor. If you’re driving I would recommend brining your own beach chairs, as the ones provided in the unit are not very comfortable. Beach is gorgeous!we loved staying on the beach and just a short drive to this historic downtown area. We highly recommend staying here! Definitely grab breakfast at island donuts!

This location had the perfect beach only steps from the condo. The area is serene T night and I slept with the windows open to listen to the waves.

We spent a great three weeks at this condo. We loved that we could bring our pet and that it was a dog friendly beach which was an easy walk from the condo. The heated pool was also a major plus and we swam in it almost daily. There are a ton of restaurants around that are either walkable or a short drive which was a major plus. The condo was spacious and well-appointed. We loved having a King sized bed and ensuite and then our guests had their own bathroom also. The washer and dryer in the unit were also of great benefit. Kristine was very easy and responsive and made check in and out super easy. We also loved St Augustine beach and restaurants and St Augustine downtown is a must do. All in all we had a great three weeks at this home away from home!
