We loved Janine and Henk's place the moment we stepped inside. The place felt like a home away from home and was so tranquil being up in the trees especially as it was raining outside. It was a short drive to Avoca Beach with amenities close by.

Had the best staycation ever at Tim’s place!! It was truly one of my top fave air bnb’s ever!! The place itself was soo spacious and beautifully designed, it truly had so much to offer and more! Everything was very well organised and prepared upon my arrival and i was able to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature again. I loved the jetty and even though it rained it was so cosy and warm inside when the fireplace was on, could put a movie on and truly relax! I can’t wait to be back again and would highly recommend The Treehouse for your next city escape and staycation!!

Our party of 5 including grandparents and 2 yr old son had a lovely stay at Michelle's. we stayed for 4 nights and spent the mornings at the beach which is just around the corner and lazy afternoons in the pool. The garden and house are well maintained and very cosy for a family trip away. I'd recommend stocking up on food as there are currently no shops/cafes at Pearl beach, but it was handy having a coffee cart turn up next door in the mornings. Even though there is construction building next door, my 2 year old son loved watching the machines and was disappointed when they weren't working on the weekend！Thanks again for sharing your home with us Michelle, we will be back！

This lakeside home is the perfect getaway for large family gatherings for all ages! The pool was AMAZING, the pool table was used constantly, the kitchen was well stocked and the 3 main bedrooms has the most incredible views. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were multiple TVs to suit everyone. The bathrooms were spacious and modern. The views were stunning across the lake, especially at sunset. our family of 13 had a very special and memorable stay. Justin's videos were very helpful and his communication was excellent.

Excellent location in Patonga with beautiful views from the terrace. Ross was very helpful and responsive. Direct walk down to the beach via the stairs at the side of the property, which was great. Highly recommended for anyone wanting an escape to the coast. We'd happily return :)

A great quick getaway location. Even with rain the view from the covered deck is beautiful and a nice peaceful place to relax, bbq and get through a few books!

Lovely plane and lovely people. Great value for the location and the privacy, felt like our own place. Chris was even kind enough to let us have a late check out so we didn’t have to wait in the city with our bags for our flight. Recommend highly!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Vaucluse. The location is perfect for exploring Sydney, with a bus stop right outside the door and iconic sights within easy reach. It’s also ideal for families—Parsley Bay is just a short walk away, and our kids loved it. We also enjoyed walks up to Watsons Bay for beautiful sunset photos and pizzas at Watsons Bay Hotel. The apartment itself is fully equipped with everything we needed, and Shane went above and beyond by providing an infant cot and high chair. Communication was excellent—Shane was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach or a supermarket. It's also an easy 15 minutes to the main shopping area for a busier evening when wanted. There is an excellent dining/living room space which is larger than suggested in the photos. Overall we thoroughly recommend this listing.

Excellent hosts and first class accommodation. Felicia and Murray’s apartment has everything you need and more. Close to Rushcutters Bay and within easy walking distance to many eateries, coffee shops and supermarkets. Convenient for all forms of transport and a lovely walk into the Botanical Gardens. This is our second stay here and will be our first choice on our return.

The apartment is a lot better than the photos. The decor detail and colour scheme is grounding and very peaceful. Perfect for some R&R. The host were very responsive , caring, polite and respectful. They were very generous, even with the small detail inside the apartment , like allowing for Disney+ and Netflix on television and having good quality shampoo and conditioner soap and a well equipped kitchen. Thank you Kerry and Ed for the lovely stay!

It was such a pleasure to stay at Bryan’s villa, we get to enjoy the sunbath each day at the private beach, the water is extremely clear and beautiful. Water taxi just one call away very convenient if we need groceries. The villa is clean with all basic supplies we needed. We had an amazing chillax stay to cleanse our year end stress. Bryan is very responsive and had kindly provided very detailed information to help our check in and stay much smoother, a lot less stressful!

My family had a great weekend at the property. It is located within minutes to beaches and shops. I'd recommend this property to any one need more rooms.

This place is magical. We returned a second year in a row and this time was even better. If you want to get off the grid and forget Covid, masks and all the stresses of life, the Villa doesn’t disappoint!

What a beautiful, peaceful place that had all the necessary amenities a 2 min walk from the spectacular pearl beach. It was perfect & Carla and Chloe were great hosts and were very generous to give us a late check out on Sunday. The spa is pretty special although a bit finicky if you don’t know how to use it - thankfully our hosts were very responsive in helping with this. My only note is to maybe make sure if you need more linen/towels than what they provide for the 4 doubles and one single bed (9 people). We booked the house for 11 (there is a room with fold out couches) but those 2 guests didn’t get towels or linen. Final thing is the property has close neighbours so there are a lot of rules to do with noise etc. This makes sense as I assume the hosts have been burned before and must protect their relationship with the local community but if you want somewhere you can feel free to sing your heart out around the fire pit until the wee hours go elsewhere. Thanks for everything!

Our stay was wonderful! The place had everything we needed – well-equipped with everyday essentials and a beautiful, pleasant scent throughout. The two dishwashers and large double door fridge were perfect for our large group. We also loved how close it was to the beach, just a short walk away. We'd definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

We had an amazing weekend at Dadirri Retreat. Simon was a fantastic host, very accomodating and responsive. The house is absolutely gorgeous wth three separate pavilions, one with the kitchen and lounge/dining areas with spectacular views, one which is a master suite with an amazing huge bathtub looking out over the trees, and the third is adjacent to the pool, with a bedroom, large bathroom and the sauna, by far the best sauna I have seen in an Airbnb. Although the weather was patchy, time in the sauna followed by a dip in the mineral pool was a lovely way to spend the day in total quiet and privacy. There are lots of great outdoor spots for relaxing and the kitchen is very well equipped including a new Nespresso machine. The beds were super comfortable with high quality bedding, fluffy robes and Leif products in the shower. Perfect spot for a peaceful getaway, we will be back. Thanks Simon!

The house was perfect for our family to get together for Easter and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The walks around the lake and the creek were just breath taking and the house felt like a home. With the lake being so beautiful, we were slightly disappointed that the hedge was overgrown and limited our view, although it just made us venture out and sit on one of the many lakeside benches they had to offer, sunsets were stunning!!! If we were to visit again (which we would love to), we would make sure we took a child gate for the top of the stairs as our curious 2 year old was constantly wanting to go down them to the games room, which was also fantastic for the kids!!! Thanks so much for being a great host and letting us stay in your beautiful home.
