I booked this for my daughter and this is her review: “ I had a wonderful time in Vienna and part of the reason is Barbara, a most excellent host and wonderful person. She is considerate, helpful, kind, and always available. Her place is peaceful, quiet, restful, warm, clean and cozy. I had everything I needed for my monthly stay! It is very central, ( the beautiful 6th district!) and I could walk to all my favorite places. Transportation is very close by. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant. Very easy to get to from the airport by bus! Sad to leave…looking forward to being back. Thank you Barbara!

We had a wonderful stay. It is close to the Central Station and the nearby bus station takes you straight to the city centre. The nearest shop is just around the corner and for families with children there is a nice playground outside. Excellent communication with the host. Would definitely stay here again.

Všechno bylo perfektní! Ubytování je velmi čisté, moderní a krásně zařízené – všechno je jako nové. Cítili jsme se tam jako doma. Majitelé nás přivítali s velkou vřelostí a ochotou, byli velmi milí a přátelští. Okolí nabízí mnoho možností – krásné pěší trasy, cyklostezky i klidná místa na odpočinek. Ideální místo jak pro aktivní dovolenou, tak i pro relax. Dům je útulný, teplý a má příjemnou atmosféru. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme! Děkujeme za krásný pobyt!

We highly recommend this property and we had a great experience. The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful and the apartment is in a great location, extremely closed to public transports which make travelling around Vienna an extremely pleasurable experience. The apartment is extremely clean, luminous and very well equipped and with a very comfortable bed. Very detailed information supplied on how to reach and access the apartment. We asked for suggestions where to eat away from tourists and we were given very sound advice. We cannot thank our host enough for having made our visit in Vienna very pleasurable and cannot recommend them enough for their very welcoming attitude. 10/10

Zaujímavé ubytovanie v prerobenom hospodárskom dome kde je prepojená história s potrebami modernej domácnosti. Priestranný dom s veľkou obývacou izbou, s dobre vybavenou kuchyňou , 4 spálne, 3 kúpeľne + jedna bonusová 😊. Wifi je dostupná v celom dome. Výhoda parkovania vo dvore. Prítulná mačička vo dvore 😊. Možnosti výletov do okolia zámky, turistika, plávanie na Južnej Morave, ale aj výborné možnosti cyklistiky v okolí. Majiteľka bola ústretová a rýchlo reagovala na naše otázky. Bolí sme spokojní a radi sa sem ešte vrátime.

Wa had a very good stay at Carina’s place. The apartment is exactly as described. Carina welcomed us in person even though we had been delayed due to train issues. The place is welcoming, clean and has everything needed. The situation is ideal : next to the subway station U6, direct to Meidling station where many trains stop, next to several tramway stops for the city center. You can reach most of the interesting sites in 15 to 30 min depending where you are going. Supermarkets are close by. Note that the apartment is next to a big street. The sound insulation is very good but you can still hear noise at night and also when the neighbour is watching TV. Not a problem for us but if you have light sleep, to take into account. We highly recommend the place.

Chic decor , spotless clean yet has everything you need for a short stay. Supermarket round the corner, tram 52 right across the road. Hosts are always willing to help. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Vienna!

Equal’s flat is located close to city center. Tram is right in front of the building and metro is 6 minutes walking away (U3 line). There are plenty of restaurants within waking distance. The host is very responsive and helpful. We will definitely come back if visiting Vienna again.

Very nice building, with a beautiful view and enough space for everyone. People helped us and also cleaned the place before we arrived, nice location with good places to visit nearby.
