My friend and I both enjoyed a one night stay here. Leo was very helpful and communicative, the beds were comfortable, and the location was close enough to town while still being quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

I had a lovely stay at Sherrill and Clark's! I stayed for a month while working a job in the area, so I wasn't around much, but the space was a very cozy and homey place to come back to at the end of each day. Sherrill and Clark were very kind and welcoming. The bed was big and comfy! If you live in a city and need some time away New Paltz is adorable. Being from Chicago, it was a great change of pace.

Our stay at Majestic Studio was fantastic. We had a great time, we were able to explore around the property and enjoy the creek, as well as get some peaceful rest. It is a great place to get away from the city. The place is cozy, clean and well stacked with all the kitchen items we needed to prepare meals. I highly recommend the Majestic studio. Jen and Frank were great hosts, communicated often and made sure to provide us with all the instructions and information we needed. We are looking forward to our next visit. Thank you Jen and Frank.

Kyle is so kind and made our 14th Anniversary very special. Our room was quiet, cozy, aesthetically pleasing and convenient. The area is surrounded by natural beauty from the mountains and foliage. We enjoyed a star filled night and the sunrise over the mountains. The fire pit was also a nice touch. Anyone we came across was extremely friendly. We will be back next year. Thank you, Kyle!

Brian's place is like the Swiss Army knife of airbnbs: it had everything I needed and nothing I didn't. Functional, highly comfortable, and well-equipped, I found it to be an ideal homebase for long days spent on the surrounding trails. Brian is a generous and accommodating host and I look forward to booking with him again in the future. I highly recommend a stay here!

Adah was friendly and great host. She had good recommendations for places to go around and was available whenever required . She even helped me to clean up my car covered in a pile of snow. Looking forward to visit the place In spring

We stayed at Lori's place for a weekend. Great and peaceful location, it even has a little lake on the property! Very nice and quiet place surrounded by nature; a pleasant contrast to the NYC. Communication was great, and check-in/check out were a breeze. Everything was exactly as described. Thank you!

Everything at the apartment was homey and comfortable, even with a surprise (to me at least!) April snowstorm! Perfect place to use as home base for exploring and Gretchen’s recommendations through the guide were super helpful.

My husband and I had a great weekend at Patrick’s! Location was great as we were able to walk into town. Loved the outside deck overlooking the water. Comfy room and bed. The view from the room was the best. We truly enjoyed our stay! My only suggestion would be to add more wine glasses, mugs, cups, etc! Thank you!

We loved staying in this airbnb on a recent weekend in the Hudson Valley. It was a sort of very private in-law apartment facing the woods on a quiet street a short drive near downtown New Paltz (also not far from the highway given how rural it feels.) The location worked really well for us to see nature spots, hike, visit Dia Beacon, and have dinner at trendy restaurants. The hosts were really nice and made sure we were settled in. They responded to our many chat questions quickly. No kitchen but microwave, coffee maker, kettle, basic dishes, free filtered water. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was clean with plenty of hot water in the shower. It's a single big open plan space and only the bathroom has a wall separating the spaces. This worked for us, just FYI. If it had been warmer, we could have used the cute private deck with an outdoor seating area facing the woods. Maybe a future trip.

Extremely convenient location for visiting our child at SUNY New Paltz. Their dorm was a minute walk from the rental. All dining and shopping was easily walkable. Space was clean and well lit. Definitely recommend as a place to stay while visiting your college student.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Creek House, a serene and picturesque retreat that provided a rejuvenating experience amidst nature. We had a great time at Olesya's place! She was very informative and helpful with any questions we had. Everything was very clean and she even set up the futon for our three year old son. The space was just as advertised and there were no surprises. The bathroom is the real star of the show! My son looooved it and was obsessed with the shower which he has never taken before! Would have loved a kitchen but of course we knew ahead of time what was offered. You can hear others in the rest of the home, however it didn't bother us as we have a dog and a toddler so we were probably not the quietest ourselves! Would def stay here again.

A great apartment so close to hiking and cute Hudson Valley towns. The space is bright and nicely decorated -- felt like a home. We were able to cook meals in their kitchen which was well equipped and came with spices and olive oil. The laundry was a perk too! Collen and family were super kind and great communicators. The roads were a bit snowy and icy to the apartment and Collen texted to give a heads up -- so thoughtful!

We stayed at Bryan’s place in mid March. While the lower level is a bit chilly in the winter months, there are plenty of blankets and a space heater that made a big difference. We enjoyed using the fire place and were very happy with the space for two people. Bryan gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in town and hikes nearby. We were very happy with our stay and would love to come back!

Julie is a great host. The space is clean and exactly as described. Very convenient location to plenty of restaurants and shops in the historic stockade district. Highly recommend

It was a very calming and pleasant experience. Apartment has everything you need: tucked away from the road and super close to a great restaurant, distillery, Minnewaska lake and Mohonk preserve. Yoga class was great and tub was private and clean. Would definitely recommend for a quiet retreat or romantic getaway.

There aren't many AirBnBs where you can cozy up by a fire while looking out at all the classic Gunks climbs right off the back deck; this is a special home and we hope to be back!

Very clean place to stay, in the middle of nowhere to be disconnected. We liked the location near lake Minnewaska and it had plenty of good restaurants nearby. Great value for the stay, I would stay again if I'm visiting Accord again!

Eric’s place was perfect for me and my daughter during our stay in Saugerties. Very close to HITS and many restaurants. The place was exactly as described. Easiest check in and his place was very clean. A great place that I would recommend to anyone!

Sarah’s place was everything I dreamt of and more. I had the blessing of celebrating my 30th birthday here with my mom and best friend and Sarah went above our expectations. She provided us with yummy eggs for breakfast and was extremely responsive and ensured our stay was nothing short of magical. The ambiance of the interior of the home is so cozy and warm. I felt like I traveled back in time. The surroundings were truly breathtaking. Thank you Sarah for helping me have the best birthday I’ve ever had.
