The house more than lives up to the description. The view of the lake is wonderful. The interior is tastefully decorated and clean. Just a short drive to downtown Ithaca and colleges. The hosts were incredibly responsive, even though they themselves were on vacation. A perfect place for a large family for graduation weekend.

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

The place was very clean and well designed. the view was gorgeous and the area was quiet. close enough to downtown but far enough to be peaceful.

Maddy’s place was wonderful! I appreciated the balance of privacy and proximity to downtown and hiking trails. The dogs loved the free space to roam safely away from the road! Inside was so comfortable and homey and well curated. Maddy is super responsive and sweet! Overall I felt right at home and the views were serene-can’t wait to visit again.

We loved the eclectic decor of the rental. There were so many thoughtful touches including extra blankets, fans, wood for the fire pit, hooks for hanging things like leashes and coats, a bench at the entry,etc. I could go on and on but you really need to see it for yourself. We will definitely stay again when we visit the area.

What a beautiful setting! The back deck is amazing and we had a great time both nights out there. Place was clean and the location was perfect as near our family reunion. Amber was always quick to respond to any questions. Perfect for what we needed.

This was our second stay and I would move in today. The house feels like a home. A combination of old character with all the modern amenities . The kitchen is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The bathrooms are the same. The beds and linens were very comfortable and well coordinated. The downstairs is so cozy and relaxing including a great turn on fireplace. I would highly recommend staying and Jess and Cate were great to communicators!

Really enjoyed our time at Kristina’s place! Just about 10 minutes outside of Ithaca it made for the perfect hub to see all the sites the area has to offer. We particularly enjoyed Taughannock Falls and East Ithaca’s recreation trail (both stroller accessible). Food in the area was also amazing - highly recommend CDMX tacos and Maru Ramen as well at CBT/Ithaca Bakery! As far as the rental, we had our 8 month old son and two dogs along for the trip. Kristina had a high chair, tub and crib available for use! We didn’t end up using the crib, but the high chair and tub were extremely useful and made life much easier while we were there! Couch was very comfy after a day of exploring! Big back yard also made our two dogs very happy! Highly recommend Kristina’s place!

Suzanne was a very welcoming host. We made this booking the night before and she graciously accepted it. She was there to great us when we arrived and made many suggestions for our stay which was extremely helpful. The place was just right. It was exactly like the listing and for cozy for our 4 night stay. Thank you so much Suzanne!

A gorgeous, relaxing, calm retreat in the heart of Ithaca! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the best coffee; ice cream and restaurants were within short walking distance from this property. It was cozy yet spacio9us, the bed was incredibly comfortable after a day of exploring and catching up with our college son. We will be recommending this gem to others and plan to be back in the future.

We had a great stay and would definitely return! The place is in a fantastic location downtown right on the Commons. Lots of great food and restaurant options just a minute away. The apartment is very spacious, welcoming, clean and equipped with all you need. We loved the vibe and felt like locals, right at home! One thing to be aware of is that 2 of the rooms have skylights so are very bright in the morning. The host provided very comfortable eye masks to take care of this so we weren't bothered by it, but it's good to know. Also, a number of steps throughout the apartment at entry and up to bedroom level so just something to keep in mind if accessibility is an issue.

Great place in the Finger Lakes area. Katie was very responsive and helpful. Very quiet place.

Beautiful penthouse nested in the trees! So nice to sit on the porch and listen to the gorge babble. Would definitely return again some day. Thanks Greg & team!

We absolutely loved it here! Ithaca is a beautiful city and Branka made our stay so effortless and welcoming! We were looking for home away from home and she definitely provided that! The space was clean and well decorated. She went above and beyond to offer certain amenities such as snacks, a sound machine, and toiletries! She was also very communicative and made sure we had anything we needed or wanted! We will absolutely be staying there again during warmer months to explore the city more! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs a comfortable, homey space for their trip.

There were 11 of us on a girls trip and we all had enough space to be comfortable! The lake view was amazing. It was also nice being so close to Two Goats Brewery for a quick drink and bite to eat within walking distance.

Clean, spacious accommodations. Great location near Cornell Lab of Ornithology.

We are a family of 7 and we absolutely loved our time at Jason and Emily's home. It was warm, inviting, and they were incredibly helpful and really went above and beyond. We didn't get a chance to enjoy all of the amenities due to inclement weather, but we were never bored. If you need to relax -- come here, it's just perfect.
