This 400 sq ft studio cottage and deck offer Catskill Mountain sunsets and seclusion, one mile from Main Street, featuring Otto’s market, Universal Cafe, a wine shop, laundromat and more. Farmland Tranquility at The Greig Farm Schoolhouse

Welcome to Greig Farm, a family-run farm since 1942! The Schoolhouse is part of the farm's west homestead, where it sits between our south barn, a plant nursery, and a beautiful pond filled with hundreds of koi fish. We're an active fruit and vegetable farm, open to the public all year long. In the warm months (May-Oct), come pick-your-own fruit and vegetables. Our farm market has a full breakfast/lunch menu and tons of local produce, meat, and other groceries if you'd prefer to cook!

A 620 sq ft. fully private suite with your own entrance in a beautiful early American eyebrow colonial. The mid-century farmhouse style is highlighted by a darling kitchenette. And don't forget the bathroom hot steam shower! Please note the kitchenette has an induction stove top and convection air fryer toaster oven. It's a great for light cooking. Guest suite in home of long-time Woodstock artist and resident. Separate entrance off 2nd story deck with meadow and mountain views. Space has everything you need for a retreat away from it all – a meditation nook for 2, yoga mats to use inside or out on the deck, hot tub to soak cares away and relax after a day out and about in the beautiful Catskill mountains. Hot tub is in 3-acre backyard with privacy enclosure, so bathing suits are optional (we provide bathrobes.)

We live upstairs & offer self-check-in. A rare find in the Hudson Valley, our neighborhood is mostly flat, with walkable, quiet roads, and excellent bird-watching. It's an easy bike ride to connect to the vast state-wide rail trail system & all that the Mohonk Preserve has to offer.

This beautiful loft apartment is located in the heart of Germantown- just 0.3 miles from Otto's Market (groceries and deli), And Universal Cafe. " farm to table global inspired classics." We offer tea & coffee in the loft, parking, yard access, wifi, basic amenities, full kitchen and a smart TV that has a fire stick with access to Amazon Prime and Netflix (no cable).

The "cozy cottage" with a rustic feel but all the amenities of a fine hotel- exposed beams-goose down sofas and chairs- old fashioned gas burning stove to keep you warm in the cold winter months. *Please take note that we are not currently serving breakfast due to the pandemic but hope to resume when it is safe to do so.
