We enjoyed our stay at this place. The property is easy to locate. It is so spacious for our family of 6. Has complete amenities and kitchen tools that we were able to use. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our stay at Rolando's place is great. our family had a wonderful time. The place is so big, high ceiling and rooms are spacious but the nicest thing about the place is that they have a lot of bathroom. Our stay will be a lot comfortable if we booked it during December wherein the weather is cold. But since we stayed here during Holy Week and the weather now is really hot, we really have to bear the heat. They have 2 big industrial fans to help ease the heat, which helps a lot. So happy that we had spent some time in this place. Thank you so much.

The area is spacious to accommodate our family, parking for our cars, the kids can run at the yard, the kitchen has all the things we needed, staffs are helpful and easy to reach, price is very good considering the place is really big! The jacuzzi is perfect we stayed at the pool till 3am because of this. Thank you alex💖

Really lucky to have found this place for my daughters 13th birthday! We all enjoyed and had a wonderful time! a hidden gem that is just an hour or so away from the metro. if you fancy calm late afternoon or early morning walks, this place is perfect with constant cool breeze. super relaxing! There's a street across where you'll find Aratiles trees! Very nostalgic! me and my sister was taken back in time! we will definitely go back here! The owner was very kind. Even though we arrived early, she arranged for us to check in. We stayed with our family of three and all of us had a comfortable 10 days.

This was a convenient location for me to visit family nearby, so it is not a tourist destination. But it can be a staycation with such a nice pool and lobby area. It had everything I needed, even got to do a couple of loads of laundry. WiFi was good, hot water in the shower highly appreciated! My room and linens were refreshed in the middle of my 5-night stay. Simply a refreshing and cozy place, and I highly recommend it!

We arrived in Mnl from Ceb early in the morning; early like 4am type of early 😅 Check in went smoothly and they even arranged an airport transfer back and forth for us (highly appreciated) Place is super peaceful and accessible to areas. Overall stay is perfect 💯👌🏼

Tita Loida is very accommodating. Never had a problem with anything. Place feels very homey and comfortable. Accessible to stores so you won’t worry about buying stuff. Will definitely go back again! ☺️

Host Nicky is very responsive and attentive to our needs, we encountered issues during check-in; but he was able to sort it out in a timely manner. The property itself was comfy and feels like home, complete kitchen utensils is provided. The house looks neat, and cleaned properly. The Graham Bar was delicious, we selected Mango flavor. We'll surely comeback to taste the Oreo Mango Graham Bar. We're looking forward for new flavors of your Graham Bars :">>.

The host is nice and very accommodating. The place was clean and roomy enough to cater 2 adults and 4 kids. Wish I was informed earlier that pools are not available for guest on Holidays and Weekends. Overall had a blast.

Overall, this place is best for family or barkada outing! You no longer need to bring anything cos everything is in the condo already! We even left some of our condiments to so other users can use it as well in the future. The room is so cold, a lot of fans, netflix, the good sound from speakers, to kitchenwares, everything - perfection! +1000 for the massage chair that my friends enjoyed! Thanks to Julia for being accomodating! Will definitely recommend this to everyone.
