The place is big and will fit a big family. My grand kid enjoyed the small pool. Enjoyed our stay!

The place is the same as advertised. It is fully equiped with gas range, oven, microwave, big rice cooker, refrigerator, water dispenser, shower heater, and heated pool. They also have a lot of plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and pitchers. It was our 2nd home in short because it has everything you need. The location is peaceful and we felt relaxed. The pool is warm enough but not Pansol levels. You can also ask Ms. Grace to make the pool warmer. I think this is the highlight of our stay and the whole family loved it. I think the room looks old but they are clean and smell fresh. Linens and pillows smelt clean as well. Beds and pillows are soft and all of us had a good sleep. We wanted to stay longer! Ms. Grace and Ms. Merly was also attentive to our questions and requests. They were warm, easy to talk with and responsive. All in all, it was an excellent stay. Will not think twice to recommend this place to our friends and colleagues.

Jannette’s place was clean, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. The house has three bedrooms, all with cool, refreshing air conditioning—perfect for relaxing after a day out. Jannette was incredibly helpful, providing clear directions to her place and even sharing tips on where to go and which malls were open during Holy Week. Her thoughtfulness made our stay even more enjoyable.

Easy to find and clean house

Went with my officemates (12 pax) for our planning session and everyone was asking how much did we book the place. My workmates appreciated the place. It was beautiful! What we liked most: - carefully selected / themed furniture - ACs in the rooms and entertainment area. There were even fans in the dining area. - Not common in Airbnb is having an ice maker. It simplifies having gatherings as you don't need to bring tube ice - Fast wifi connection - Welcoming caretakers especially Chris - the beds were very comfortable. We snoozed to sleep after. - There were bath towels for each guest. But the extra and unique to the place is that they provided pool towels as well. - gas powered griller - The ambience was really relaxing We enjoyed our stay in Two Pines. We had a wonderful stay during the Lenten Season from April 17-19! The place was clean, well-organized, and truly felt like a home away from home. My Family enjoyed every bit of it. All the details provided by the host were accurate and helpful. The location was very accessible and convenient- with a great variety of restaurants and grocery stored nearby. Even churches were within 10-20 minutes’ drive which was perfect for the season. On our 3rd day (checkout), there was a brief water interruption, but Ms Mabel and Kuya Kirk (the caretaker) responded quickly and arranged water delivery right away. We truly appreciate their prompt assistance! Highly recommended, and we’d love to stay here again!

So glad to have found Dra Abby’s little paradise. It wasn’t like any private resorts that you rent because you get privacy in the basement while having the most fun! Everything was squeaky clean and huge shoutout as well to ate Gelai for always making sure we have everything we need! Communication was extremely fast and we are so satisfied. Our family enjoyed a lot. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay with my family at Joy's place. Beautiful garden and cozy bedrooms with clean toilets and shower. The pool was nice and clean. 1st day was extra hot inside the house though, the airconditioning was not enough to cool down the place on a very hot summer day. The next days were fine. could use an additional airconditioner in the common area for the hot seasons. I can imagine however that it will be nice and relaxing on colder seasons even without one. Thanks to Joy for being responsive to our requests. We had a great time.

This is our 2nd time to book Michael’s place. We came back because we love the place, the big house is perfect for bonding, the ambiance is really good for the family, feels like I am really home. The pool temperature is just right and the water is clean. Additionally, the host and his careraker were super responsive and helpful. The resort is just 30 mins from Alabang via Turbina exi + using an access road, you will quickly reach the location. Definitely, I will come back again for the next family or friends’ get together.

The host is very accommodating and we enjoyed our stay. She is very good at communication even though we booked the place last minute. The place is clean and nice, even the pool!

This is my second time to stay here in this airbnb. The reason we booked it for the 2nd time was because we were amazed of how it looked the first time we visited, which was during Christmas season. The rooms were spacious, the kitchen and living room has all the amenities you will need, and the pool is cool for summer getaways. The caretakers are also very kind and attentive. Definitely, will come back again.

it's a beautiful, cozy and peaceful place. We really had a great time. Enrico was there to welcome us and introduced Ate Eva and Kuya Ariel who were very helpful and supportive during our stay. it's a very nice and comfortable place, we had everything that we need and place has a lot of things to do! The best ang hamoc and mini sports space with farm vibe, we enjoyed swimmingvin the pool and the sala was a great bonding place to watch netflix.. really, we love the place. Highly recommended!

Michael was a good host. He’s responsive to all my queries. The place is great. The rooms & beds are big enough to accommodate us (11 guests). The kitchen has all the essentials in cooking (except the condiments which the guests need to bring). We enjoyed using the videoke. However, the doors of the T&Bs are hard to lock. And if I may suggest to add screen doors on the sliding doors to avoid insects getting inside the house esp at night. Add more electric fans in the main house. Overall, we had a peaceful & private stay in the resort.

We had a very nice experience at Balai Singko. We actually rented the place for prenup shoot and Ms. Dianne was kind enough to let us check in early. She was very responsive. The cabin has very beautiful interiors. The area was calm and peaceful, perfect for lazy staycations. We hope to visit for a vacation next time. :)

This Airbnb was truly a “what you see is what you get” kind of stay in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best one I’ve booked so far, from its stunning architecture to its thoughtfully designed interiors that serve both form and function. The location is also a big plus, very accessible and just past Twin Lakes Hotel, making it easy to find and close to key landmarks. I hosted an intimate girl dinner party with my bffs, and it was such a bonus that the place stayed quiet and peaceful even with the other unit occupied by a group as well. Kuya Marcon, the caretaker, was superb, extremely helpful and proactive, even cleaning the place and the pool in the morning without us needing to ask. The space is also perfect for big groups, with spacious bedrooms offering a total of five double beds, three in Room A and two in Room B, plus a cozy loft area with a pullout. Would definitely recommend and book again.

we had a great stay! polla and cuong were very swift in replying. the place was really nice, peaceful, and very spacious, perfect for a quick getaway from the city. the helpers were also very responsive! although convenient stores arent walkable but near enough to drive to i'd easily recommend this place to my peers :) excited to see more improvements!

great place to unwind with kids. we took their phones away and just spent the time in the farm. best tging about it is we get to bring our pups too. secluded area but you will feel safe. internet's a little spotty but thats the thing, you have to disconnect from the busy world when you are here. you'll never run out of activities! hopefully next time, we get to stay longer!

We had a pleasant overnight stay at Cham's place. The unit is big, clean and as described. The space is more than enough for our family of nine adults, very comfortable; the bedrooms and bathrooms are big. The host is very accommodating and easy to talk to. I would recommend Cham's place for Tagaytay staycations.

We have a great Christmas staycation. Even though it was raining, we still enjoyed the ambiance of the place. It was very cozy, and spacious. Ms. Liezl is also easy to communicate as the person in charge, as well as Ms. Trixia, the owner. We're grateful that it is also a petfriendly place, our 3 cats enjoyed it too!
