Great place to stay near restaurants and malls

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

My family had a great stay at Kim's place. From the start, she was very accommodating and responsive—she answered all my questions quickly and made the whole booking process smooth and hassle-free. The place itself is spacious, clean and well-kept which made it really comfortable to stay in. One of their favorite parts was the veranda—it has such a nice view and is the perfect spot to relax, especially in the morning or late afternoon. Overall, it's a peaceful and cozy spot, and I truly appreciated Kim’s hospitality. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

The place was serene and peaceful away from the noise of the city proper also there's a lot of restos nearby.. the unit was very clean and spotless, no hassle on our check in and check out. Thanks a lot to Karen our host, she was very helpful and responsive to our queries.. We will definitely go back and rent again her place. Two thumbs up! and highly recommended

Our 2 days stay in Elaine's place was perfect. It had everything that we needed. She was also very helpful and took care of us in the arrival. Definitely would recommend it if you have to stay in Tagaytay area for a few days or weeks.

If you really want to get away with stress then this is the place for you. Peaceful, quiet and private place that I would highly recommend. Wish the refrigirator is bigger so if we want to stay longer then we can keep more food. But nonetheless, we had a wonderful stay and will surely book again!

We had a wonderful and peaceful stay at this 1-bedroom unit on the top floor of Serin East Tagaytay. The view from the balcony overlooking Tagaytay and Taal Volcano was absolutely breathtaking – the perfect spot to relax and unwind. The room was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very thoughtful, even providing a paid parking slot for the entire duration of our visit. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a big plus. The location is unbeatable – just behind Ayala Malls Serin, so restaurants, shops, and essentials were all within walking distance. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely love to come back!

Had a really great time at Ms. Marilou's place. her caretaker, Ms. erlyn, was on time, responsive and helpful. We loved her place. it was well-equipped with necessities, clean, and organized. i specifically loved the hooks conveniently placed at the bedroom and bathroom. the view was amazing. would definitely consider it again when we come back. thank you!

We had a great stay! The place was amazing—clean, cozy, and it truly felt like home. Everything we needed was provided, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. The location was also perfect, close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We will definitely come back and book this place again. Highly recommended!

We had a great time. It helped that the pool was indoors as it was rainy during our stay.

The place is great and very accessible to everything like shopping and going places

The location of the home was the best for us; you can see the house from the golf course! The house is lovely, modern style, uses natural light, and has lots of artwork. It’s big for the kids to have activities and play, and has several common areas to gather together. Our host, Ina, was very responsive, accommodating and quick to resolve any issues. The caretakers Cora and Allan are accommodating and helpful. There are lots of electrical outlets around the house. Location is accessible to food delivery services. Tips: You have to take the stairs going down from the main door to the rooms and then another flight to the kitchen/ living space, so if anyone in the group has difficulty getting up and down stairs they will need assistance. The owners are renovating parts of the home, so best to check in with the host if you have any required amenities. There is no cellular service, in most areas of the house it is very weak (Globe), but they have Wifi with internet to connect to.

Getting there was a bit tricky — the road is fully paved, but some areas going to the site have no signal, so we had to ask a few locals for directions. Parking was no problem, with shaded spots available. The caretaker was very friendly and respectful of our privacy after the quick house tour. The house itself was spotless! Bedrooms and bathrooms smelled amazing, towels and linens were super clean, and the water supply, including the hot shower, worked great. The kitchen was a real highlight — fully equipped and everything was in perfect working order. There’s also plenty to do without stepping out: a pool, billiards, darts, karaoke, and Netflix made for a super chill family stay. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would highly recommend Ma'am Eve's place!

The house is spacious, more than enough for our small family. Hosts Dustine and Kim are responsive to our queries. The caretaker, Mang Pangyong, was also accommodating whenever we have questions or concerns. The property doesn't have WiFi and there were minor issues but all good, we were able to manage. Overall, it was a great stay, the house is nostalgic, and we were able to host last minute visitors, relatives visiting town.

The place is nice and very accessible to Tagaytay's famous restaurants or tourist places. The place is well kept and the garden of the bldg is really nice & peaceful. The amenities have fees though, would have been nice if it was free to use. Nonetheless, it was a nice place to rest after walking around Tagaytay.

Our family enjoyed our NYE 2025 in this place. The house was spacious and clean, accurately described by the host. Mhai, the caretaker was also friendly and attentive. Grateful for their service and highly recommended.

Love, Love, Love the place. My cousin really enjoyed the surprise location I booked for her birthday party we celebrated with family. The place was wonderful and clean. Housekeeping welcomed us with friendly and responsive questions. He stayed on premises and helped kept the place clean and secured at night. I highly recommended this place if ever in the area. Thank you for the beautiful and clean place. Felt like home back in the states with all the updated modern amenities.
