We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

Very peaceful place, great escape from the city and quite nearby to a few hot spring resorts. The surrounding is definitely a few even when the weather’s not so bright. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Host was kind enough to share their birthday cake and spread the joy. Could tell the owner definitely spare efforts in building this place. Will definitely come back for a second time if visiting Lipa again :)

The Place is relaxing and very nice place for family outing. I will recommend this to all my friends and family. Hosts are really accommodating and friendly. 2nd time in the venue. Clean and peaceful place. Had bonfire in the evening.

First of all, Ms Leticia is truly a great host, very responsive and considerate and her representative Kuya Dan was very helpful and knowledgeable with his job 😊 The location of the house is about 2km from the highway, so it isn't truly commute-friendly but if you like cozy, peaceful, & quiet place, then this is it! House is equipped with all we ever needed even coffee maker & a functional oven. Too bad the ice-maker was acting up during our stay🥲 But the hot water in the tap in the sinks are very useful and the AC in the living room is super efficient. Although, one of the room's AC didn't have the remote so we had to manually operate. Our daughters enjoyed the board games, videoke, billiards, darts, jacuzzi, hammock & the surround sound of the TV 😁 Overall, our stay in Ms.Letecia's was another memorable NYE experience in the bag ❤️ (oh, there were little ants that's quick to invade, those fast thin ones not the thick red kind. Also, don't forget your mosquito repellent)

Cham’s home was large and comfortable. We were supposed to be 6-7 pax but ended up being 4 only. The attic gets hot in the afternoon even with aircon on, but the basement was pleasingly cool all throughout. The place is clean and well maintained. The location is only a few minutes walk to the Windmills cafe. Cham and Abegail were attentive hosts. We would love to stay here again.

Nice place to stay

Gabby’s Farm - Narra Villa has breathtaking views of Taal and Mt Makiling. It is an extraordinary bahay kubo, especially at night; it illuminates the nature. The whole place is very neat and clean. The host and staff are very friendly and accommodating. Definitely we will book again soon. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay at Mae's place. The place was huge! I even remember how a single room can fit a large group easily and comfortably. Will definitely book again if given a chance 🙂

Very nice and relaxing place. It’s very fun that there is a whole separate KTV room as well as a great pool to spend time on. They were pretty strict with the kitchenware but understandable. Overall, the place is a very cozy place for a large group.

The hosts were very responsive to all our inquiries, and the caretaker was able to explain everything before she left us on our own. Place was perfectly described and photographed – it was very clean as well! Looking forward to going back during summer 🌞

Booked this place as our prep area for our wedding day. Cristina was very accomodating in allowing our friends, family and suppliers to come and go as the day progressed. I highly recommend this place. Great for family and friends' outing.

Had a great overnight stay - clean and organized place, all necessities provided, every amenity listed is available, excellent WiFi connection, host is very accommodating and easy to reach out to and the Taal View right at your window is the selling point! We'll certainly grab the opportunity to book the unit when we visit Tagaytay again.

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

We had an amazing stay! The space was beautifully designed, very clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making our stay even better. We truly felt at home and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway!

A very homey place with the overlooking view of Taal lake. There are a lot of nearby restaurants and places to visit. Would definitely come back next time.:)
