Villa Rosa is a beautiful neoclassical style property situated in the Pitini area of Symi. Its fabulous position means it offers stunning views of Yialos harbour, the Aegean sea and the Island of Nimos. Rare for Symi, the property has the benefit of road access from the harbour & the "lazy steps" are moments away. Kali Strata Studio is on the ground floor of a thoughtfully restored neoclassical 19th century house that most likely belonged to a prosperous merchant. This beautifully designed studio apartment was recently renovated in 2022 preserving the original features of the space, but also incorporating stylishly updated and comfortable conveniences.

The house includes the living room which is also the dining room and the two sofas are sofa beds. Next room, is the kitchen and master bedroom and bathroom.
