Holiday Home "Sinac" is ideally located between Majerovo and Tonkovic Vrilo, two of the most beautiful sources of the river Gacka, as well as between national parks Plitvice Lakes and Northern Velebit. You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

House Arupium - HOT TUB

House Arupium nalazi se u neposrednoj blizini rijeke Gacke, svega 3 km od središta grada Otočca. Kuća je površine 60 m2, te je kompletno opremljena. Posjeduje terasu ispred kuće sa pogledom na rijeku i planine, te manju terasu koja se nalazi na samoj rijeci. Kuća je potpuno obnovljena i namještena sa novim namještajem.

Nataly je apartman koji iznajmljuje o u sezoni turistima, Veličine 80 m2, ima dvije spavaće sobe, kupaonicu, kuhinju i dnevni boravak. Sa balkona se pruza pogled na velebitski kanal. Iza kuće je roštilj, izgrađen u kamenu, sljedeća garnitura. Ispred kuće je natkriveni dio, predulaz u kuću sa sljedećim mjestima.
