An outstanding location with breathtaking views and beautifully appointed, comfortable accommodations. The apartment is ideally situated near a variety of fantastic restaurants, convenient transport options, ocean swimming pools, and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our six-week stay at Warden and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a perfect getaway or staycation.

We loved our stay in Caringbah. Its a great location and also has a car space which is great. The unit had a great feel to it and had great outlook. It was spacious and private. Communication was great. We may stay in this area again and if we do, we would stay at this place as it was truly lovely and we really enjoyed our stay there.

We had a fantastic 4 days in Claudia’s spacious apartment. The neighbourhood was quiet and we slept well in the comfortable beds. There was plenty of parking in the little side street directly opposite the apartment, nice and close. The unit was extremely clean and fresh and the neighbours friendly. We didn’t cook but the kitchen well stocked should you need to. The Ramsgate shopping centre very convenient and a fantastic Japanese restaurant Sumimasen only a short walk. Would definitely recommend Claudias apartment .

The most beautiful spot. We felt like we were at our own private resort! The backyard is magical and the home was perfect. The house is very clean, comfortable and has everything you could need. The location is ideal and it was amazing to be right behind the amazing cafe.

The apartment was clean, light and airy, with the ocean less than 5 minutes walk away. For those without a car 3 bus routes ran from right outside or close by. Nearest supermarket and other shops around 5 minutes drive or a 15 minute walk. All round a very pleasant area which we appreciated. Tom and co host Cleary answered all our enquiries promptly. Definitely recommend it.

Spectacular location and the little house was an authentic beach shack experience. Loved it!

I stayed at Simon's place for 6 weeks and had an amazing experience. The space was incredibly cozy, private, and relaxed, making me feel right at home from the start. Simon and Sacha were fantastic hosts, always accommodating any requests and ensuring I had everything I needed. The place has a private entrance, which gives a real sense of privacy, and there's a lovely little table where you can enjoy your morning coffee. It's located in the peaceful southern part of town, just a short 15-minute walk to the train station and close to the beautiful Royal National Park. Falling asleep to the sounds of birds and waking up to a beautiful garden view was a highlight of my stay. I couldn't have asked for a better place to relax and recharge. Highly recommended!

This was place absolutely beautiful! Easily one of the best Airbnbs I have stayed at in Sydney, and for the price it's unbelievable what you get. The house itself amazing with the additional of the backyard the leads on to the jetty I was incredibly happy for the weekend we spent there. Highly recommend, and the Freya was very helpful and kind, we could not have asked for a better host!

A lovely, spacious place within easy walking distance of train station and shops, including supermarket and takeaways. It was a great place to base ourselves for day trips into the city, then grab a takeaway for dinner or cook in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.

So comfortable & host Yanping so lovely & accommodating I can't recommend highly enough! So well appointed, tastefully decorated making it warm & inviting with beautiful pool & relaxing outdoor area with comfortable seating & BBQ, fantastic kitchen with everything a family/group could need, very comfortable big couch in lounge with free Netflix, full laundry, lovely bedrooms & bathrooms with everything clean & well presented. Very large so plenty of space, full of natural light upstairs & down, & A/C works well keeping the house at a comfortable temperature (also lovely fireplace but didn't need that during summer). The neighbourhood is peaceful as it's very quiet & people are friendly. I chose this airbnb as it allowed dogs & my dog needed open heart surgery at VSOS conveniently located close by, as were shopping centre, restaurants & cafes & the beach. Yanping was so understanding ensuring we had everything we needed & my dog kept quiet so I will be ever grateful thank you so much :)

Such a beautiful home! Spent a couple nights with my partner and friends to celebrate my 30th. The space is perfect for entertaining, with a well equipped kitchen and cooking facilities. The beds were super comfy, the bathrooms modern and clean, and air conditioning was super lovely to have on warmer evenings. I absolutely love the vintage colourful style, and I think the styling makes the space feel more like a home than a typical Airbnb. The neighbourhood is quiet, and you look across into the park and trees which is very calming. Such a lovely stay, thank you Angus and Courtney!

We are no stranger to Bundeena, however this trip was made even more special by staying here. In fact, we loved staying at the property so much we have booked our next stay already! Very tranquil, calming, beautifully thought out and executed features. The home has a great flow, natural light and the layout is perfect for a family. We had a fantastic stay at Narelle's air bnb !! The air bnb is in a great location, so handy to everything !! Narelle provided clear instructions on checking in and once you do check in, you find a beautiful, spacious, clean and comfortable air bnb with everything you need and more. We really enjoyed exploring Paddington and surrounds and having this lovely air bnb to come back to each day made it even better. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again, thank you for having us Narelle, you are a great host !!

We (my partner and I) stayed in Malcolm's place for a few weeks and felt right at home! The appartment is fully equipped and stocked, so you have everything you need and more. Malcolm himself is super friendly, helpful and responsive! The building is great and has an amazing indoor and outdoor pool as well as a well equipped gym. We loved our stay there!

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Brendans place is in an outstanding location. It is walkable to the main sites if you want some decent exercise without a marathon but directly across the street to the hub of all transportation in Sydney. His place is virtually a gateway to Sydney if you are the kind of person that is largely out and about. Wifi was good quality and there was a tobacco store downstairs to store my bags until checkin was ready and after I checked out before it was time for the airport (it is about $10AUD per bag). Brendan is very responsive and enthusiastic and available for any help you may need. I definitely recommend Brendans place to anyone desiring easy and quick access to public transportation as a priority.

The apartment was spotless, had everything we needed & the location was perfect, so central. It also felt as if we'd found a slightly hidden gem right in the heart of the CBD. Sharon was more than helpful when we asked if we could drop our bags off earlier. A very welcoming host.
