At our clean and comfortable Loft suite, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on six acres of land, beautiful trees, dark, star-lit nights, and we have a swing set in the backyard. You will enjoy a completely private unit with its own private entrance and no shared spaces at all. Clarkson University is close enough to see from the property. Beth's Place Potsdam - River - Pickleball- Hot Tub

Beth's Place- celebrating 11 years in business in 2025 - is a luxurious, self-contained apartment with a separate entrance for maximum privacy. It is spacious, tastefully furnished, and conveniently located within 1 mile of downtown Potsdam. Our guests can also enjoy the scenic Raquette River, with free kayaks available for use. For those seeking extra indulgence, the apartment also features a private hot tub – exclusively for our guests' use!

This unit is on the 3rd level and is not recommended for individuals that may struggle with stairs or heights.

The “Nest” is the fourth of five freshly remodeled Suites inside Main Street Suites directly on the St Regis River in downtown Brasher Falls. Guests of the “Nest” will find the perfect amount of space and charm in their second story studio apartment, with private balcony perched above the St Regis River. The Buckton House

1872 United Methodist church converted into a great cabin/farmhouse style home. This home features 1 bedroom and a large 30'x14' loft area and can accommodate 6+ guests easily. Conveniently located near: Potsdam State College/Clarkson University = 15 minutes Massena (St. Lawrence River) = 20 minutes Canadian Border Crossing @ Cornwall = 25 minutes Lake Placid = 1 hr 10 minutes

The Cabin at LFF is a small and cozy spot halfway between Canton and Potsdam. It sits on the edge of our small orchard on our 220 acre certified organic farm. From the front porch and kitchen window you can view our horses and/or cows grazing in their pasture. It has a kitchen, living area, loft bedroom and full bath. There is a Roku TV and Free wifi.
