Had a great time in Moab! It’s the most beautiful place we’d ever been to!

This house was perfect for our vacation to Moab for Easter Jeep safari! We were able to park 5 large vehicles a single car hauler and a double car hauler perfectly! With a lots of room to spare! The playground outside was perfect for my almost 2 year old. The kitchen had everything we needed for the few times we cooked. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spot less! And very comfy! We hope to stay here again soon!

I haven't left a review on an Airbnb in quite a while as we haven't been impressed with many as of late. This place is an exception. It is indeed special. The heated pool and the hot tub are great. The house has plenty of room. It is real industrial looking inside but it works and the beds are very comfortable. The host responded to all our questions as some of the gadgetry in the house does need some explanation. If you need a place to come home to everyday from doing stuff in Moab, this is the place. You might be wondering about this place the first time but you will love it once you get inside.

Great place to stay for anyone doing Moab type activities and sports. Nice home with a big garage. Thanks again.

Great house and location! We loved the uncluttered clean feeling of the house. Furniture was nice and comfortable. Kitchen and laundry were well equipped. It was great to have a yard for our dogs and plenty of parking for truck and trailer. Andria is a great host and extremely responsive and accommodating!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The home is peaceful, well stocked and has fantastic views. The hosts are very responsive. It was a very convenient location since Arches, dead horse state park, cannoyonlands and many other local hikes like corona arch are easily accesible from here.

Great place to stay with family. Everyone had their own space. Community pool and hot tub were well kept and in great working order.

Carmen was very responsive. Moab (and apparently 100 miles in every direction) had a power outage while we were out to dinner. She called, let us know about the outage, and brought extra blankets and lanterns. She also went to a neighbors and heated up a kettle of water on their wood stove so our kids could have some hot chocolate before bed. Even with the power outage during a cold snap in the winter, we all slept well under the extra blankets. If we go back to the area, we will stay there again.

Excellent place—private, beautiful surroundings, extremely comfortable, everything as described. The location, however, is very remote—about 20 minutes from Moab, and across some isolated roads with a true dirt road driveway. If you are looking for a relaxing private getaway, this is a pro! If you need close access to Moab/national parks, this may be a con. Overall, wonderful experience!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was nice, but noisy. Also, one of the tenants was using the front porch to smoke cigarettes.
