Beautiful place at the heart of Candolim, very close to super mart, local eateries bars & resturant. Walkable to Candolim Beach. Premises is very clam and clean and its safe for family with kids and good parking as well. I would visit again and I certainly recommend.

Pleasant surrounding, hill view from balcony and rooftop. close to nature. You can spend your full day just chilling out on roof top. I stayed for 31 days, everything was good. Best place for someone who likes to stay close to nature. You can see different types of birds from balcony. firefly can also be seen in night time. Overall it is a good place place to stay in south goa.

The place was very neat and clean including all kitchen utensils, looks exactly same as photos, near to condolim beach and sinquerim beach. Good host and care taker both

Yaju was very very very responsive and very polite. Extremely helpful at all times and made sure my comfort was top priority. House was overall very clean and well maintained. House cleaning was done every other day at a time that suited my convenience. Location was great, directly in the centre of Siolim but away from the traffic and noise. Surrounding are peaceful and no loud noises. Would recommend !!!

Homely environment and friendly host. Location is fantastic. There's a bunch of great restaurants, clubs and cafes in walking distance (2-15 mins). Took us 30 mins by car to get to Fontinhas, and 35 mins to get to Ashvem Beach (one of the quietest, least crowded beaches in North Goa). Host is connected to cab drivers, scooter rentals and car rentals. Eased the burden of finishing reliable transport. There's enough parking space available at the residence. There's an aquaguard for water, shower heating and ACs are good, and rooms are decent. Kitchen could be better equipped with a pan, bowls and a microwave. Only issue was the pea sized (practically useless) dustbin in the washroom. None in the kitchen/room.

Absolutely loved the place!!! It was a family trip and our first experience with home stay and I must say we were pleasantly surprised by the hospitality, cleanliness, beautifully maintained house and what not! Caretaker was prompt and happy to help, house owner Anuradha is a lovely lady, was equally responsive but to be frank there was nothing more we could ask for. There are good restaurants around, nearby area is peaceful and perfact for vacation. Such beautiful stay and host made our trip a wonderful one! We are definitely visiting again soon !!

Goa is all about experience, and our stay at Niloy's abode was just like our second home. Everything clean fresh and homely. Location is awesome, it's peaceful yet well connected with the world. Niloy had been extremely helpful everywhere you can ever imagine. Very comfortable very safe and very well maintained. loved every moment spent there and looking forward to many more stays with Niloy. Located in one of the most happening places is goa yet peaceful. You name it and it's there all around. Will recommend long stays to really understand the people and culture of this fantastic place. Extremely happy and satisfied for everything.

Nimish is a very polite and responsive host, and the place is very conveniently located, spotlessly clean, and has all the amenities to make you feel right at home. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone wishing to stay in Panjim peacefully away from the bustling centre but close enough to reach quickly by the ubiquitous rental bikes.

The host is a lovely person! She helped us out with almost everything and did what no other host would do and made us feel special. The property is very well maintained and spotless absolutely everything you need and more. The furnishings, the choice of colours and cleanliness is amazing. The place is awesome for a peaceful stay away from the loud music, crowd and traffic. The host Shikhar Gupta took care of each and every small thing and is always available to respond to any of your queries and requirements. Overall it was a great stay and I'm looking forward to come back again.

property is very good. Located in proper residential area. All amenities are there. But very far from the beaches. If you are coming Goa for beaches then the property is not for you

Indrajit’s place is what it is described in the listing. I stayed here along with my spouse and infant. Clean and tidy with all the amenities mentioned. Great pool which is frequently checked for ph and cleanliness. Very responsive and helpful host as well as care taker. We stayed here for 3 days and it was great. The location is also great as it is just walkable distance from the beaches as well as great restaurants like Vishal’s Goan food, Fisherman’s clove, etc. Overall it was a 5/5 experience.

Over our comfortable stay of 2 weeks at Sol Banyan we had such a great time. All thanks to the caring host Mrs. Chopra and the caretaker of the house, Rajnikant. Hygiene was maintained at all times as the cleaners came by daily. The apartment was also decorated in a lively manner adding to its beauty.

it was a home away from home.. my first visit to north goa made so wonderful and memorable bcz of tanya's place. calm peaceful location yet near and walkable distance to everything. clean swimming pool was USP as my daughter enjoyed it thoroughly. good invertor backup. lift available. good parking space. maid comes everyday for cleaning. Fridge, washing machine, T.V. fans, AC are really working great. there are no Cons for the this flat..

It was a small but great stay. We had a pool to ourself that was secure and private. Room was with good space and good air conditioning. Our host Payal was very good with quick response time and pro active instructions with everything which made our stay smooth. Look forward to book this place again for our next Goa visit.

Was nervous while booking and before the check in as its was my first air bnb experience…. The first tour of the bnb me n the friends where so carzyyyy … as it was just upto the mark n hospitality from small stuffs like ice cubes to toothbrush… like just wowww the hygiene was just wowwwwww…. Never had second thoughts before using any of the stuffs … all over the experience was greattttt….. 🫧🫧🫧🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🙂‍↔️🫶🏻

Such a lovely stay! The service apartment was beautiful, super clean, and had this perfect mix of comfort and style. But the real star? The private pool – crystal clear, super inviting, and just the best spot to chill the whole day and girls this pool is for us as they don’t put chlorine and you can play in the pool without fear of messing your hair. It honestly felt like our own little oasis in Goa. The vibe of the place was peaceful but still close enough to all the action, so we got the best of both worlds. Big shoutout to Anmol and the other hosts and specially a big shoutout out to the caretaker Santosh Kumar he was so helpful. Would totally come back again. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something a little special for your Goa trip! The best high light was the espresso machine and the play station. And the other best thing about this place is the host they are so helpful they are ready to answer your questions anytime of the day during ur stay. Loved the place in total❤

great host great stay ,i have stayed in 2 different apartments in the same complex belonging to meena ,she us a great host,the swimming pool is really the thing that stands out its just 8 feets away from the ground floor rooms, well-maintained apartment, will recommend people for sure.thanks

It was an amazing stay. We stayed for 7 days, and the stay was really comfortable. There are few shops nearby so you can get basic stuff you want from there. Also, no problem ordering food and stuff through online apps. It felt as if we were at home. The host herself is great. She responses to your msgs on time and always helpful if you need anything. Great stay. I would definately book it again if i visit goa again. Thank you so much for a great week stay.
