The unit is clean. The host Rico is very accommodating and very friendly. Our stay has been nothing but amazing. The unit almost felt like home. We’ll definitely book again.

We had a great stay at Michelle’s. Very convenient was the available car parking in front of the unit. Internet was stable. The bigger bed room has a split air conditioner which was working fine. Eine wunderschöne und authentische Unterkunft mitten im Dorf (abseits der Touris). Zum Wahlhai Center gelangt man problemlos mit dem Tricycle. Es hat einen wunderschönen großen Garten / Hof, der zum Entspannen, Grillen und sogar mit Küche auch zum Kochen einlädt. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll ausgestattet, das Bett gemütlich und ein sehr großes Plus war der sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber Leizl & Chris: sie haben uns Essen vorbei gebracht, und bei allen Fragen schnell geholfen und wir durften sogar schon deutlich vor der Check-in Zeit kommen. Empfehlung!

From our arrival in the peaceful town of Talaonga and warm reception at Ocean Beach Resort, our two week vacation was far better than anything we could have expected. The resort is owned and managed by a family of educators/teachers in the most friendly and peaceful community of Bicol. We enjoyed quiet and peaceful moments as well as vibrant and energetic parties. We celebrated a birthday and bonded with family and friends during our stay. Swimming at sunrise and sunset and enjoying fresh ocean breezes during the day. Fully equipped kitchens made meal preparations fun and social for all of us. This is a warm and approachable family and host. We were given as much privacy as we wanted and were well received when we asked to arrange for food, cake, decorations and transportation of guests. This family knows everyone in town and enjoys bringing people together. I highly recommend Ocean View Resort and I look forward to returning soon to visit my new friends.

Very close to tourist destinations we wanted to visit. The view of Mayon is awesome too! Easy check-in and check-out.

The place is super cozy and it was easy to check in. The house is indeed a great place to stay especially for a big family since it is very spacious, neat, and comfy. All of us enjoyed our Holidays because of the peaceful atmosphere. The host is responsive. He also gives recommendations on spots to go when you want to enjoy the city. Transportations like buses and tricycles are also accessible so we did not worry about going to other places around the city. It is also great to go walking around the area.

The location is fantastic and offers great value for the price! Here are some things that I really appreciate about this place: -Being right on the beach! It only takes a few steps to reach the shore. -The place has so much character, and there are countless stories to discover around every corner. I have a soft spot for Gubat culture because it's my husband's hometown, and staying in a place where stories are shared and culture is celebrated fills my heart with love and respect. -The kids had a great time in the warm tub. seems like the place is still new, and the owner has plans to add more features in the future. Despite experiencing a water shortage due to a power outage, the host and caretaker were extremely accommodating. We always enjoy staying in Airbnb accommodations because of the shared sense of community and culture- and this ticks all the boxes! I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family, and I look forward to returning for a longer stay.

2nd time to stay here. we absolutely love the peaceful neighborhood. the accommodation was easy to find especially if you pin the water station. the room is spacious, with separate kitchen and toilet with hot and cold shower 😇 this place made us feel like it's our second home in legazpi. will highly recommend to family amd friends and will surely come back next time 🙏

Very clean and well equipped. Not as spacious as it looked in the picture but comfortable. We had an issue but it was resolved very well. Third floor walk up. If that’s an issue for you, Ask about other units from same owner.

this was my 2nd time staying at Joanne's place. great place and amazing host!

Nice place, comfortable and easy to rest. Just wish there was more around the area as far as restaurants and nightlife. Joanne is very kind and has a very nice helper there to assist.

A big thank you to Miss Hyasmin and the entire team for being so accommodating and helpful, especially during the unexpected blackout. They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met. Five stars for this amazing team!
