My house is in a small village.It is very quiet there. In the garden behind the house you have a pond for a real good relaxing. In the ground floor theres an open living room with the kitchen. The first floor offers two sleeping rooms. My house is very bright and charming. When you leave, you are directly in the nature. Very good for walking or biking. In the next village you can get what you need. The highway is about 6 km away. You want to relax or you look for a cosy place, you have to rent my house. If you want to visit Heidelberg or Rothenburg you can drive in 1 hour.To Wertheim, Würzburg or Heilbronn you have to drive 30 minutes.Enjoy

Am Fuße der malerischen Hohenzollernburg in Colmberg schmiegt sich unser liebevoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Wohnlage ein, direkt angrenzend am Rehgehege. Unsere Unterkunft ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Burg Colmberg und dem Golfplatz entfernt. Das 95qm große Haus hat im Erdgeschoss ein komfortables Wohnzimmer, ein Esszimmer, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie 1 Badezimmer, 1 separates WC und 2 Doppelzimmer. Kostenlses WLAN steht zur Verfügung. Eladestation ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

Die zentrale Lage mitten im Ortskern bietet den Vorteil von kurzen Wegen (Main, Weinberg, Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufen, öffentlicher Nahverkehr). An manchen Wochenenden befinden sich unsere Gäste durch die Lage am alten Markplatz direkt im Geschehen unserer tollen Weinfeste (Termine siehe Bilder).

Ferienhaus 70m² Casa Frieda

Esta casa de madera amueblada con cariño se extiende por la planta baja, la planta superior y el ático y puede alojar hasta 4 personas en aprox. 70 m². En el ático hay un acogedor dormitorio doble. La sala de estar/dormitorio de arriba tiene un cómodo sofá cama y te invita a quedarte. En la planta baja encontrarás una cocina totalmente equipada con comedor contiguo, así como un baño con ducha e inodoro.
