Herzlich Willkommen! Bei uns erwartet Sie eine Einliegerwohnung in unserem Haus in Gillrath mit eigenem Eingang auf dem Land und doch wenige Autominuten von der Stadt Geilenkirchen entfernt mit sehr guter Bus- und Bahnanbindung Richtung Aachen, Düsseldorf und Köln. Im Ort Gillrath befindet sich der Bahnhof der historischen Dampfeisenbahn. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten für Fahrradtouren, Wanderungen und Ausflüge, mehrere Naherholungsgebiete sind in der Nähe, ebenso die holländische Grenze.

Kompleet gemoderniseerde woning met 3 slaapkamers, 1,5 badkamer, open keuken, woonkamer, 38m² loungeruimte (2e woonkamer) en kleine kelder in woonwijk de Baandert. Gratis parkeergelegenheid op straat. Tuingedeelte met zithoek en pavillion. Beide woonkamers en 2 slaapkamers hebben een airco om te koelen en te verwarmen. Het huis heeft 3 etages met 2 trappen. Maximaal 10 minuten lopen tot het historische stadscentrum van Sittard met vele cafe's en restaurants.

Het Kloppend Hart: Yurt

Romantiek en comfort Verblijven in onze verwarmde yurt is een unieke ervaring. Een heerlijke plek, een oase van rust op ons fijne terrein. Een heerlijk bed, een fijne sfeer, stilte en wakker worden van het getjilp van de vogeltjes... Je hebt de mogelijkheid om onze wellness apart bij te boeken voor de avond vanaf 19 uur. De kosten hiervoor zijn €70. De jacuzzi en de sauna zijn ook apart te huur voor €45 per avond.

Wir sprechen mehrere Sprachen : Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch. Unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Bei uns können sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
