Lovely spacious ranch house conveniently located just 15 minutes from downtown Saratoga! We are a short drive from Manchester Vt, Lake George, and several ski mountains. Great restaurants, shopping, playgrounds and the public library are all within walking distance. Local historical spots such as the Schuyler house and Battle of Saratoga Monument can also be reached by walking or driving. The house has large rooms and a nice deck and porch to relax on! We are close to several ski areas such as West Mountain, Gore Mountain, and several mountains in Vermont. Bring your boat or jet ski and dock at our private dock on the Hudson River across the street. Our road is also a favorite amongst local cyclists.

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!
