Overall great experience and we would recommend! Alberto was very helpful and responsive, and Paula the housekeeper was also lovely and so helpful. Fantastic location with coffee shops, restaurants, and gorgeous beaches all within 5-10 minutes easy walking, but not right in the middle of the most touristy part of town-- perfect! Private carport for a small car, behind a locked gate-- very secure! (VNDM is super safe and friendly anyway, but having that private parking area was still nice.) The multiple terraces on this home are wonderful-- great views of the sun and sky. There was a big construction project happening behind the unit that we were not expecting, but the noise was not bad and the unit is quiet when windows closed. Home does not have a lot of the "little things" like spices, laundry soap etc so you'll need to purchase a few small items, but overall had all we needed and we had a great stay.

Beste Joost en Gini, bedankt voor de warme ontvangst, leuk om jullie verhaal te horen. Het huisje is gezellig, compleet uitgerust en we hebben er heerlijk geslapen met onze twee kinderen. We genoten van de prachtige ruime tuin en natuur om het huisje, en de kinderen waren blij met de schommel en trampoline. Ook erg genoten van het eten en de sfeer bij restaurant Nirvana op 15 min rijden, bedankt voor de tip. Helaas konden we maar 2 nachten blijven, hopelijk tot een volgende keer en dan blijven we graag langer! we hebben jullie ervaren als heel behulpzaam, gastvrij, open en gezellig! Bedankt voor alles! Foram 10 dias muito bons. O Sr António e a Dona Ana são muito simpáticos e sempre prontos a ajudar. A casa corresponde às fotos e tem tudo o que precisamos para passar uns dias de descanso. A praia fica a uns 15 minutos a pé da casa e é maravilhosa 🥰 tem muitos restaurantes e mini mercados perto da casa. recomendo muito esta casa. espero repetir a experiência. obrigada Sr António e Dona Ana ☺️ cumprimentos

São Bartolomeu de Messines is very peaceful. Location two steps from a great coffee shop and the local market with the best vegetables and fruits of Algarve.

Une adresse à recommander ! L’appartement est très mignon, spacieux et décoré avec soin. Tout est dans un état impeccable et le logement est particulièrement bien équipé. En prime une jolie terrasse pour prendre votre petit café. Le logement est très proche de tout (restaurants, supérettes, pastelarias, plages ..) Merci à Carla et Nuno pour leurs petites attentions

We had a really lovely stay here! We can definitely recommend both: the house and the location! We spent 5 weeks here in March and April, and although the weather wasn’t ideal (it rained continuously for the first 15 days and was very windy), we really came to love both the house and the town of Vila Nova de Milfontes ❤️ Communication with the hosts was fastastic– always quick, helpful, very kind, and ready to offer solutions to any issues that came up. The house is spacious, and above all airy and pleasant, thanks to the wooden beams and ceilings. We appreciated the privacy, the large property, and the greenery all around. The location is great: we had no trouble walking with the kids straight from house along quiet paths into town, to the playground, and to the beach. We’re happy to recommend this stay! Thank you.

Un sitio muy tranquilo para disfrutar en familia. Desde el alojamiento hay 20 minutos a multitud de sitios interesantes. La piscina es un plus y el porche una delicia para comer o cenar fuera. Los propietarios encantadores. Para volver.

Una casa maravillosa. Limpia y muy bien cuidada con todo lo que necesitas. El exterior de la casa es espectacular. Porche con zona de juegos y una piscina y jacuzzi climatizados. La zona es muy tranquila. Ni un solo ruido. Helder es muy amable y servicial. En general, es una casa perfecta para unas vacaciones por la zona

Un logement spacieux, très bien pour un voyage entre famille ou entre amis ! La communication avec l’hôte était excellent. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances paisibles.

Wir hatten wundervolle 7 Tage in der Wohnung von Marta und Levi. Wir sind zu viert angereist. Meine Kinder sind 5&2 Jahre alt. Die Kommunikation mit Levi war zu jeder Zeit sehr freundlich. Wir waren gerade erst angekommen, da bekamen wir direkt eine Nachricht, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er antwortete jedes Mal innerhalb von 5 min. Wir waren sehr beeindruckt von der wunderschönen eingerichteten Wohnung und von der liebevollen Begrüßung der Gastgeber. Es stand eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch, portugiesische Kekse, Wasser, Kaffee, Milch, frische Eier und Brot. Sowas haben wir wirklich noch in keiner Mietwohnung erlebt. Es gab Zahnpasta, Duschgel, einfach alles was man für eine gute Zeit braucht. Mein Highlight ist die Terrasse. Wenn man durch die Wohnung geht gelangt man zu einem kleinem Hinterhof (Terrasse) von dort aus kommt man zur Küche und zum Badezimmer. Wenn man die Treppen hochgeht, gelangt man zur Dach Terrasse und kann über Silves schauen. Es gibt gar nichts auszusetzen. Danke 🙏

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Joao ist ein super Gastgeber und immer gut für Tipps und eine nette Unterhaltung, dabei aber überhaupt nicht aufdringlich. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und die Anreise etwas abenteuerlich (durch den Dauerregen war die Einfahrt unterspühlt, mittlerweile aber wieder behoben). Die Wohnung war traumhaft, die Lage wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Ca. 20 Autos pro Tag fahren durch das Tal. Wer Ruhe und Erholung in der Natur sucht ist hier richtig. Die meisten Strände sind in 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Insgesamt ein wundervoller Urlaub

Maria ist eine der freundlichsten und hilfsbereitesten Gastgeberinnen, die wir bisher in Portugal kennenlernen durften. Wir hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes einen landesweiten Stromausfall, sie hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert, uns mit Lebensmitteln versorgt und war einfach sehr herzlich. Vielen lieben Dank! Auch die Unterkunft selbst ist wunderschön, sehr sehr sauber und hat alles was man braucht. Die Betten sind super bequem und wir freuen uns wenn wir wiederkommen dürfen.

La casa muy cómoda y agradable, y con todo tipo de detalles. La atención del anfitrión muy personalizada, y cuidando todo tipo de necesidades de los huéspedes. Muy recomendable.

Un très bel endroit au calme dans un environnement très agréable et très bien soigné. Les propriétaires sont discrets, disponibles quand on a besoin de services. J'ai apprecié la terrasse avec table et chaises et l'aménagement autour de la piscine. Que du plaisir. L'appartement est correct, suffisant pour y passer des vacances, d'autant plus quand il fait beau temps. Nous avons apprécier notre séjour chez Maria et je recommanderais cette adresse.
