Very clean apartment. Easy to access. Very responsive host. Was in town for a work retreat, was perfect for my needs.

The apartment was very clean and cozy; I struggled with the key fob, but only because I've never experienced one like it prior. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, which I appreciate very much. The ONLY area of concern was the tenant directly above - that person stomps when they walk and it's so loud! Around 10pm, they sound like they are moving furniture and there's so much noise and banging; you can tell when they are awake. But, this is the host's fault/doing, but I'm adding it as an awareness item. I enjoyed my stay here!

this was the best house we stayed in during our travels. it's clean and light. amazing location 5 min walk to the train yard.

Nice place to spend a few nights. The apartment was a good size for the two of us, the location was convenient and we never had a problem parking. The Cafecita restaurant downstairs was great and the Rail Yard district is just a half mile walk down a bike path. There was some construction going on next door that was pretty noisy during the day but we were out and about so it wasn't a big deal. If you were going to be in the apartment all day, it might be annoying until that building is finished.

The casita was as advertised. It was roomy, clean and comfortable. Dottie was a friendly, responsive host. The property has a few miles on it and is located a near an area that is a bit down on its luck, but I never felt unsafe. The kitchen is well-stocked. The bed is comfortable. The mechanicals worked well. A solid value. I would stay at Dottie’s casita again.

We loved the quiet location of this house that was still a very walkable distance to the Santa Fe Plaza and many restaurants. It was nice to be able to just park at the house and walk to everything. House was exactly how described, very accommodating. Loved the traditional adobe look with updated amenities. Would book again.

From the restored Wedgwood stove to the abundant book collection, Lynn has thought of every detail to make Casa Tacoya a perfect and restful stay. We enjoyed the many bunnies that roam the ground, and spent evenings watching the sunset on the porch. Lynn is a dream host- we can’t wait to return.

This was our second week long stay at Greg’s lovely home. Loved it so much the first time we wanted to revisit. We found it as wonderful as it was 5 years ago. And Greg just as friendly and gracious as before. The house had everything we needed for cooking our daily breakfasts and dinners, which we enjoyed on the porch each day. We also enjoyed the peaceful, rural setting very much, yet found it conveniently situated for all of the activities we enjoyed while in the area—museums, botanical garden and Farmers Market in Santa Fe, and hiking and exploring in Santa Fe National Forest, Valle Caldera, Jemez Mountains, Chama River and Ghost Ranch. We highly recommend a stay here!

This was a great home base for three people for a four day stay in Santa Fe. The unit was clean, comfortable, and very well organized. Nice light, quiet, relaxing. Le Creuset cookware?! Never heard of that in an AirBnB, that was a great touch. The walk to the Plaza isn't too long, about 15 minutes. You can hear the murmur of cars/trucks on St. Francis Dr. but we did not once hear any noise from the other units on the property.

We liked Michael's house exceptionally well and felt very comfortable there! It is perfectly equipped, modern and tastefully decorated, has a very nice view, is very quiet and was a perfect base for our vacation in Santa Fe.

We cannot say enough great things about Ashlee’s place. It was an experience that we’ll never forget! High up in the Sandia Mountains of Albuquerque, with great views of the mountains just behind the home to fantastic views of the entire city. The place had everything we needed, and for those very few items that were lacking or missing, Ashlee brought those to us promptly. Even being up in the mountains, we were never more than 20-25 minutes away from any activity in the city. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be thrilled to stay here again when we return to Albuquerque!!

Amazing place to stay at.

Beautiful home layout with space for everyone. My husband and boys enjoyed this space for 4 days while visiting family. It was minutes from where we visited which was amazing. The beds were comfortable, the home was clean and decorated beautifully. Thank you for having us.
