Place is worth the price! Lots of stores that are still open even after 12AM

My family and I had a great stay at Eladia's unit. It's conveniently located nearby many convenience stores, restaurants and shopping centres. The place had many useful amenities that helped my family feel more at home in the house. She also kindly let us have a late check out as our flight home wasn't until late in the evening. All in all, a great stay. I highly recommend.

The place is by far the best I have stayed at in The Residences. Looked exactly like the pictures, they have a lot of stuff for entertainment, complete kitchen wares, very beautiful home set up including the balcony. The unit is well maintained and the host is extremely responsive. A stress free staycation indeed.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay! The host was very accommodating and even allowed us to check in earlier, which we really appreciated. The place was comfortable and well-maintained, and we would have loved to stay longer, but unfortunately, something came up. Thank you again for the warm hospitality!

短期間の滞在に必要なものは揃っていて、快適に過ごせました。 しかし、新しく購入されたものなのか、乾燥機の電源が繋がっておらず、設置場所がコンセントから離れていた為、重い乾燥機を移動させて使用するしか方法がなく不便だった。 キッチンも小さめなので、長期間滞在で料理する場合は少し不便かも知れない。 短期間の滞在の際は、また利用したいと思います。ありがとう。

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The Host is very accommodating and approachable , the place is affordable for us. It is complete with its Stuff and all,clean and well organized . Recommended!

Just as most of the reviews, this place really is a gem in the metro. My friends and I had a wonderful stay, chilling with each other, and the place really entices conversations between its visitors. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Antonio's place. We were blown away by the beautiful decor and thoughtful amenities. Every detail was perfect, from the stylish furnishings to the fully equipped kitchen. 7-11 is just across the street, too😊😍 Antonio was an outstanding host, always quick to respond and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, especially when my daughter left her cellphone after we checked out. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Very good for family or barkada bonding. The place is very spacious, no other houses nearby, ok to be a bit noisy. It was drizzling the entire weekend we we came, so the weather was really cool and the pool water was very cold. No heaters in the bathrooms which is understandable; and water pressure is not so strong so dont expect that showers will work (there are pails and dippers anyway), but the toilets work ok. The caretakers' house is nearby so expect a few people passing by every now and then. Kitchen and dining areas are spacious, complete and clean. No need for aircon, although maybe need to check during the intense summer months. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, no complaints from our side.

Located in one of the nicer areas of Metro Manila, this spot is perfect base for exploring the city. Very spacious and air conditioned interior is great for coming back after a long day to relax in.

Anei's place is situated in a safe gated subdivision. It was easy to find thru waze. The location is near downtown Angeles, near Clark, and also near San Fernando so everything is within easy reach. All in all it was a good place to stay. The price is reasonable and the host responds quickly. She even gave us complimentary cheese bread from the famous local bakeshop. It was delicious. Thank you!

We've stayed at this place several times already. The host is very responsive. We had a slight problem with the aircon for both rooms and the host was very quick to have it fixed. There's also now a foot massager which we appreciated so much. We'll be back for sure!!

What you see on the photos of the listing is definitely what you'll get. The place is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The owner is easy to talk to. I did not encounter any concerns in my stay. The place is also a few steps away from the mall. Will definitely choose this place again if I need/have to be in the area again.

Despite booking over a holiday, the host was very quick to respond and made our arrival smooth. We encountered a couple of small bumps during our stay, but the host's impeccable customer service really shone through, making us feel well taken care of and quickly resolving everything.

Unit is the same as the photos. Clean and smell nice. Just a few mins walk to Ayala. Host is also responsive.

I had a wonderful and peaceful stay here. The quiet atmosphere made it easy to unwind and relax after a long day. The massage chair was a real treat and definitely a highlight! The host was also exceptionally kind and accommodating, making the whole experience even better.

I had a great stay at this BnB! The place was very spacious and well-maintained. The toilet and bathroom were spotless, and the bed was super comfy with fresh linen provided. I also appreciated the balcony—it was a nice touch for some fresh air. The kitchen had all the utensils I needed to cook, which made things really convenient.
