We had a good stay in boutique house. The only thing is there is a stinky smell from one of the room that we don’t know from where it’s coming from. And the pool is kinda cloudy, we felt like it is not clean however the caretaker assures us that they change the water every 3 months. The caretaker is always available which is good and the ambiance is so homey.

I had a great stay at Prim Rose! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, although it was a bit difficult to get around without a car. Prim Rose was also a responsive and thoughtful host, making sure I had everything I needed. I’d happily stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

The place is clean and well-maintained. It has two spacious bedrooms on the second floor, each with a toilet and bath (one located inside the master bedroom), and another bedroom near the kitchen area, where a separate powder room and bathroom are located. The house is very spacious and comfortably accommodated all 13 of us. The pillows, bedsheets, and blankets were super clean and fresh. The kitchen is well-equipped with cookware and utensils, including plates, spoons, forks, knives, glasses, cups, and other cooking tools. Appliances such as a refrigerator, microwave oven, and an induction stove are also provided. It’s also great that the house is equipped with a water heater.

Great place for a group's get- together. The clean pool is a plus. Rooms are spacious and have enough space for everyone. We are a group of 10 adults & 4 kids, but the place is good for 40 adults. The only thing we want to recommend for improvement is the water pressure in the kitchen and bathrooms and adding eating utensils would be a plus. But overall, we had a great time at Ian's place. The caretakers, Marife and Aljer were of great help too! Thanks Ian for our great stay. We had fun!

it is a safe place to stay and very near to the market, church, drugstore and just a few minutes away from Kamay ni Hesus. Commendable.

Maria’s place was amazing. My in-laws felt home and safe during their stay. Had a little hiccup during check in but they were very responsive and resolved it straightaway. Will definitely have their place as an option the next time I have someone staying in San Pablo.

This place is exactly as described. It’s gorgeous! It’s big and perfect for the size of our party of 9. Pool was really cool and the landscaping was just nice. The view from the property was breathtaking. The caretaker Mary Jane was also wonderful. She was very helpful and very quick to respond whenever we had a question or needed something. I would definitely recommend this place and would come back again should I return to the Talisay.

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

This is an exceptional place. I slept really good there, maybe because of the nature sounds at night or because of the nice air. The house has its own energy/spirit, which makes the stay really unique. The Animals are soooo nice, I’ve enjoyed chilling with Gloria the Goat and the baby kitten:) The Dogs are also super nice, they’re really excited to see new people so don’t worry about their barking at the beginning! Yvette and Basil were giving me such a good feeling, so it didn’t feel like a usual “airbnb-stay”. It felt more like a place I could stay for a longer time period! I’ve also met some friends of Yvette, with who you can have meaningful and inspiriting conversations. Will come back!:)

This was our second time staying with this host, and we’re already looking forward to the third! It’s always a pleasure staying in one of her listings — the peaceful surroundings, the stunning room view, and the cozy, comfortable bed made our stay truly relaxing. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, making it feel like a home away from home.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay , For a person who values privacy and space, this place is perfect, the place was clean and very straight forward. kuddos to ms. alex and her team for being so proactive and easy to talk with .The location was perfect and easy to find. definitely a steal . 100 % will book a much longer stay soon.

The place is clean and looks exactly in the photos. A bit secluded but made our stay quiet and relaxing. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasant and super comfortable stay at Jen's place especially the view from the balcony. Host was also responsive and approachable.

We enjoyed our stay in Caridad ‘s place. Check-in was smoothly done. We arrived earlier than their 2:00pm check in time but the guards already allowed us to go inside after he got approval from Caridads assistant. Aircon was already opened and refreshing fragrance of the unit welcomed us. The place and beddings are clean and neat. CR is big, clean and with toiletries. Various house slippers were also available. Kitchen is well equipped. They have ref, microwave, kettle, electric stove and complete kitchen utensils. Restaurants is just a few minutes walk. Highly recommended. For sure, we will rent the place again in our next family bonding. ♥️♥️♥️

Our stay in maam Eva’s air bnb in alpine crosswinds, was very superb 💯 definitely will comeback, the place, surroundings, view also the room was so perfect!! ❤️ to be honest, I’m so inloved with the place, very relaxing and it gives you peace 🤍 I wanna stay more but due to work purposes I can’t but I must say I will surely comeback!! 10/10 for this one just that It was perfect for us 🥰🥰 hayy 🥹😍

We had a great stay in Angelyn’s place. The location was fantastic and the view from the bedroom balcony was lovely. The host was responsive and provided comprehensive instructions about everything you needed to know from check-in to check-out. Highly recommended.

It was truly a perfect stay and we would highly recommend this place! The attention to every detail made the place so beautiful and cozy, very well-maintained! The host is incredibly kind, responsive and helpful. She made sure everything was in order form our arrival until we checked out. My family and I were taken aback and truly impressed by the scenery from the balcony-- the tall pine trees and greenery landscapes and the feel of sereneness of the place definitely completed our perfect stay. The kitchen is complete and well-equipped with tools and essentials. Bathroom is perfect. The bed was so comfortable." Oh! what more can I ask for! Just wanna be back again...
