Everything was fresh and clean. Looks as though the home was recently built. Very roomy and comfortable.

Spacious, quiet and exactly as advertised. We needed a place to stay for 2 nights with a family of 5 and this was cheaper and much more comfortable than a hotel!

Great place to stay! We just loved our stay & wished we could stay longer. The place was peaceful and yet close to everything you may need or want. Had a wonderful stay at the house! The beds were comfortable and the backyard was incredible. We loved laying poolside and relaxing by the firepit. The owners were very responsive - we couldn't find the toaster the first day and they had a new one delivered to the house later that day. Very close to the beach, shops, and food, making it very convenient to grab anything we needed during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed Parlor Doughnuts, which was less than 3 minutes away. Those with small children should definitely check out the park right around the corner - huge playground and splash pad. Some things to note- the house is close to a busy street. I use a white noise machine and had no issues, but others in the house had a few disturbances during the night with the occasional loud vehicle. The upstairs is about 10 degrees warmer than the first floor. We found that dropping the AC about 2 hours before bedtime and keeping the fans on made it comfortable to sleep. All-in-all a great trip!

Fantastic house! We stayed here while attending an event at the Equestrian Center. We loved the extremely safe neighborhood (very walkable), it was a short drive to food, gas, etc., and it was an easy drive every morning to our event. The backyard was perfect for our dogs and toddler, with tall solid fences. The house itself had everything we needed, while being free of clutter -- we had plenty of space for the pack-and-play and dog kennels. We've stayed at many locations for this event, but this was our favorite!

I was in town for the week while family underwent medical treatment. I needed a quiet, relaxing place where I could work during the day & entertain two kiddos in the evening. Terrie’s space was perfect. As other reviews have pointed out, the house is as clean as it gets. Spotless. It has those things that you really appreciate when traveling. Spices for cooking, board games, coffee and even a few snacks which the kids loved. The beds are incredibly comfortable to top it off. This home is simply wonderful and Terrie was a fantastic host. Can’t wait to come back!

The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

Every detail was attended to right down to the fresh smell of the pillows!! She had snacks, water bottles and more importantly, ice! And it was not freezer burned, who knows how long it was there ice. Cute little coffee shop about a minute walk right behind the apartment. Convenient off street parking; quiet, safe & secure. Marilyn was very quick to respond to all communication from booking to good-bye. She was quite gracious letting me check in early. Her place is a short drive Treasure Island beach and even shorter to downtown St. Pete activities. Definitely highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

We had three lovely nights in Tampa at this accomodation! Taylor was super friendly and was super fast at responding when ever we had any need!

An absolutely beautiful place to stay! Natalia was a lovely host and was very kind to me, helping me with my luggage and bringing an electric kettle and toaster oven for me. It’s just beautiful to go and sit down on their dock and watch the sunset. I will stay here next time I am in the Saint Augustine area.

The location was perfect, apartment was very clean and spotless . It’s was easy check in .Location was very closed to everywhere middle of Tampa .We enjoyed exploring the area .l can highly recommend to Edgar places .

Chris was a great host! The condo was immaculate, fresh, very clean. Needed home essentials were available. Spectacular view!!! Quiet and peaceful resort. Bed was comfortable. Only recommendation would be a darker shade in the bedroom as hall light still peeked in overnight. Will definitely look Chris' place up next time we're in the area!

Great location close to everything very clean and comfortable

Butch was a very responsive host . He gave great recommendations and made sure to it that we had great instructions about check in check out , what he expected at the end of our stay etc.. The money we paid for the stay was very reasonable for beach front property. The beach was gorgeous , the ocean views from the condo couldn’t be better . There were outstanding restaurants and day trip activities to be had just about everywhere . We started with a dolphin and manatee kayak tour, rolling brunch and sunset cruise . The city is rich in history and we learned so much while there ! Butch has a fantastic property and knows how to keep his customers comfortable and wanting to return.

Todd’s place was wonderful and glad he accommodated us on short notice. Loved how it was close enough to the historic sites and things to do but in a quiet area as well. Pool and beach were wonderful!

Beautiful location on a very nice beach right next to the condo. Quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Will definitely recommend and will use it again if we are lucky enough to be back in the area.

Enrico was extremely nice and helpful from the beginning to the end. He was very responsive and answered any questions quickly. Lisa helped us get into the place and was right there to meet us. Easy and quick plus directions and instructions and made sure we did not have any questions. This place is in a beautiful area with the most beautiful views you could ever imagine. The place was very clean (spotless)and made you feel very much at home. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! 😍 Only wish we could have stayed there longer to enjoy ourselves. 😎 The restaurant at the top is also a must to enjoy the sunset and delicious food. We had an amazing week at Rebecca's condo!! Everything was very clean with great amenities. She was extremely responsive if we had any questions. The location cannot be beat - pedestrian walkway with traffic light is directly across the streat. We very highly recomend and hope to return next year!
