We had a lovely stay at Stephen&Bev's caravan. View from the room window is absolutely stunning and instantly puts a smile on a face. There is lots to do nearby. We've found plenty of sea glass at the beach. Hosts are lovely and very helpful! Caravan is modern, pristine clean, lots of plates, cups, pots. Everything is in great condition. We will definitely come back again!

Had a lovely week and accommodation was great. Lovely views across the bay and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Also new kittiwake tower has been built - very impressive and birds already nesting there.

Brilliant and helpful host to a very well-situated and lovely place to stay in Saltburn-by-the-sea. We found our stay easy and comfortable in a beautifully clean flat with everything described and some local remondations also!

The property is exactly as advertised. It’s not five star, more functional, practical and has all of the necessary equipment (I.e. dishwasher, washer, dryer, ironing equipment, oven and cook top). James is an excellent communicator. It’s quiet and private and you can park on the street. It’s a twenty minute walk to town (walk through the cemetery path) or a £5 taxi from the train station. If you’re off the train with luggage, get a cab, you’ll appreciate the advice.

This was our second time at Lottie's place and it was nice to come back. Beds are comfortable and the bathroom is lovely. Quiet surroundings and we took a walk up the hill this time which was beautiful.

Really enjoyed our recent stay. It was lovely to meet Joan who gave us a very welcome arrival and made a great cup of tea 😊 Location was superb for catching up with our friends and gave us time to explore the beautiful park at the end of the road. House was very comfortable and cozy, with a lovely sunny garden. Joan communicated very well with us at all times and offered additional information about the area etc. would definitely stay again.

Excellent service, absolute gentleman and very accommodating

Lovely building. Plenty of space. Well decorated, uptodate-loved the master and kitchen. Very comfortable supportive beds. Downsides-no window covering in attic bedroom and some steep stairs with no handrail made it awkward for the children and upstairs WC very cosy but functional. Fab walks along the seafront/promenade. Beach 10 mins walk away-very big. Watch your step as dog poop galore-nothing to do with house owners but a shame. Walk the other way and great architecture and views across the working harbour. Host very communicative on a couple of slight issues. Recommended and hope to be back.

We were staying due to working in the area. House was clean and had everything we needed. It was close to all amenities. It is on street parking so parking 2 vans was ok but you couldn't always get outside the house but its free so not a massive problem. Overall very happy with this property and would stay again! This is the second time we have stayed in this house - it has everything we need. Fantastic hosts (thank you!) The house is in a great location near the marina, close, HMS Trincomolee and restaurants (we really enjoyed Dhamaka). Very peaceful and comfortable stay. There is parking. Train station is very walkable, so we managed to squeeze in a great day trip to Newcastle during our visit. If you are looking for a place to stay in Hartlepool (or close to County Durham), we would recommend.

Amazing and clean. Great location friendly host. No issues. Only thing I would suggest is checking with the host that the hot water is turned on. We waited 5 hours for a hot shower till the water went warm. After a long day of working we wanted to just get warm and shower. Once heated up it was perfect. Just something to consider asking the host to do before arrival which was a slight issue.

What a lovely flat great size for our family of four, nice and clean comfy beds nice living area and kitchen with everything you’ll need. The views from the living room looking onto the seafront are stunning with a very nice beach. Plenty of nice places to eat and drink out. Like a dummy I left my coat behind which Ivan as kindly said he’ll post on. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great stay Ivan.

A lovely little flat, full of character. The clear instructions and photos made it easy to get in. We felt right at home and slept very well in the very comfortable bed. Thank you for having us Deb.

Great location overlooking the beach, really nice kitchen / living space which makes the most of the fantastic view. We caught the train, apartment is an easy 15 minute walk from the metro station - walk the last bit through Roker Park, it's very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at the Seaview Penthouse, the beds were super comfy, the place was modern, cosy and spotlessly clean. We would definitely return here, it was beautiful to look out onto the sea every morning from our bedroom window. It also helped we had amazing weather for April! Thoroughly recommend The Lamp Room for breakfast, though do book if you can as it's super popular. Easy access to the Park & Ride for Durham and for visiting family in Sunderland, and collecting seaglass on the beach just down from the property is a great way to while away an hour or so. Communication from Melanie was prompt and she gave us plenty of info about the place in advance. Thank you again Melanie! We hope to come again soon!

The Seaglass Apartment is fantastic!! I stayed for 25 nights and was very sad to leave the Apartment and to leave Seaham. The Apartment had everything I needed. It is nicely decorated and is located within easy walking distance to restaurants, Pubs and stores. The Apartment was extremely clean and has a nice cozy feel. The kitchen is great and the bathroom is wonderful. I especially Loved the bathtub after a long day walking on the beach or hiking. Gillian was Very easy to communicate with and quick to respond to questions. I am really looking forward to staying there again.

You will not get a better place to stay! This place has it all- I didn’t want to leave as it’s so special. We only live about 4 miles away but will definitely book as we loved seaburn and roker. I have so many ideas for my home - inspired from this apartment Truly stunning 😍
