We had an amazing stay at Bryn Du… location is just beautiful , cottage is clean, comfortable , cosy. Felt instantly relaxed on arrival. Toby was a great host , good communication..would highly recommend Bryn Du.

Had a really love couple of nights with a group of friends over New Years Eve. Margaret was really helpful, she met us when we arrived and showed us around the house so we knew where everything was. The place is huge so that was really helpful. It looks just like the photos and is in a really lovely place, we could see horses out of our window and at night the stars were really bright. It was a perfect countryside escape and really well suited to a big group of people.

Now, i dont write many reviews. And when i pay for a place to stay in my hometown it always irks me. But Danny's place was different. In a neighbourhood i know well, 15 mins walk from town and 5 minutes from my brothers house, it was perfect. The house was huge, so much bigger than expected, nice and clean but extremely cosy, comfortable sofas and beds, a lovely massive stone floor kitchen, a nice garden, and loads of board games and toys for the kids to play with. I understand that Danny probably gets loads of hikers etc through the place and the maps etc are great for thouse looking for that sort of thing, but for a family just wanting a place to chill while visiting family, my home. It was perfect. Thanks mate

Lovely stay in Abergavenny right in the heart of the town and a cosy cottage

An absolute gem - peaceful remote location on a farm. Really homely with everything you could need - well equipped kitchen, lots of books, games, puzzles etc - super warm and cosy too. There is a lovely balcony where we were lucky enough to have perfect conditions for star gazing in the evening, whilst listening to owls hooting around us. Antonia and her mum & dad were really friendly, sharing local knowledge and best places to go. Check in / check out was easy and relaxed with great instructions provided. Plenty of parking close by. Approximately 20 mins from Brecon where there are supermarkets and takeaways/ restaurants. Approx 40 mins to start Penny-Fann horseshoe walk. Thankyou Antonia for making us feel so welcome 😊

The Paddock was utterly beautiful, the attention to detail was exceptional,sheer luxury.The home was immaculate,the kitchen had everything we needed and more,the bedroom was very comfy and relaxing,with a choice of pillow options,the bathroom again immaculate with plenty of toiletries,we wanted for nothing in this home.Location beautiful,hot tub so relaxing taking in the amazing views of the surrounding countryside and soooo peaceful,we even there are 5 Alpacas on the hosts land,they are a treat to watch,cuteness in abundance. We had a truely wonderful, relaxing few days,we felt we had been spoilt with this home,and we will definately be back to do it all again.Thankyou for such an amazing stay.

Peaceful mornings with birdsong felt like a dream. Tucked in nature yet still accessible, it’s the perfect mix of tranquillity and convenience. The design — inside and out — is breathtaking. Every detail is beautifully thought out, combining rustic charm with elegant touches. The indoor fireplace is cozy, and the outdoor fire pit under the stars was a highlight. Immaculately clean and full of character, this place has a warmth you can’t capture in photos. It far exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning our return — if you’re thinking of booking, just do it.

We have just returned home following our stay In this beautiful home over the Easter weekend. We were welcomed with Easter eggs which is always a bonus. The home is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. The cleanest air bnb we have stayed in. Plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 dogs which were made to feel very welcome. Cathy is a Fantastic host and was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The garden is amazing and it is so quiet to sit outside and enjoy a cuppa (nice sun trap if you are lucky) The home had everything we needed and we enjoyed cooking in the lovely oven - so much space! Beds were comfortable and the showers we powerful. Kitchen was well equipped - fabulous coffee machine and a new air fryer. We will definitely return as it was a wonderful stay.

Lovely little place for two, nestled in the peace and quiet of the countryside. Place as described and a little bigger than expected. Rest of the site is work in progress as the guys renovate, but the garden (fields!) out the back are fantastic for a quite drink to watch the sunset. Great for walking and biking

We loved our stay and can’t wait to come back! Wonderful apartment and location. My little boy loved seeing the animals and Jess couldn’t have been friendlier or more welcoming.

Stayed for a local wedding but would return for a peaceful retreat in the Welsh countryside.

We loved our stay here. We were looking for a peaceful getaway with easy access to walking routes. This was exactly that and so close to Brecon for nice options on dinner etc. The place was very clean, hosts were extremely responsive and the lemon drizzle cake was delicious.

The cabin is set in a beautiful location and is roomy and well equipped. Even in February we were cosy and warm. There are thoughtful touches like board games which we enjoyed playing. There was a handy guide to local restaurants and the hosts were very welcoming and kind. We would highly recommend Tessa’s cabin , Thank you Rose & Adrian

We had a lovely stay and would recommend for a relaxing get away with lovely views. The place had everything we needed for cooking/bbqing and Tim was really helpful with local recommendations and getting us settled.

What a special, peaceful place.. the view from the cabin is amazing! It was super cosy and comfortable with lovely touches such as fresh eggs, bread and jam. Georgie was a great host , We wish we had booked longer!

We had an amazing stay at the little lodge in Abercraf for the long Easter weekend. The space is really cool and has everything you could need for a short or long stay. The Nintendo Wii with lots of games was a great touch, especially on a rainy evening! We visited some amazing locations and didn't have to drive more than 20 minutes to get anywhere we needed to be. Kirsty was a great host, really responsive and welcomed us with some outdoor blankets on arrival. I had some troubles with my car on the day of departure and Kirsty was kind enough to delay the check out time to allow time to get it sorted and not have to rush before the journey home!

I would highly recommend staying here, I had a lovely weekend away. Everything was very thoughtfully planned and communicated. The lodge was stunning and set in a picturesque location. It was perfect for a birthday weekend away and even better that we got to bring our dog

What can I say - absolutely perfect! David was the best host we’ve ever had, so friendly and always there if you needed - made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The cuckoo cabin was a dream, we wanted peace and quiet and that’s what we got - in the middle of nowhere and the perfect place to relax! we took our dog bear and he loved meeting David’s dogs - poppy & Isla who are just gorgeous, so friendly and we loved having them around us. The place is spotless and has everything you need, the fire was the perfect bonus having it on made the place feel 10x more cosy if that’s even possible. The noise of the stream was so relaxing and one of my favourite things there, I could listen to it forever & the bed, WOW! So comfy we didn’t want to get out in the mornings, everything was perfect I can’t say enough about it. We can’t wait to come back & our planning our next visit! Thanks again David!

A wonderful space for people who love a true escape to nature. I’m already missing waking up to the sounds of the birds and the rambling river. Definitely a heart place for me and one we will definitely return to. A wonderful visit thank you Liz.

Me and my Girlfriend had a great weekend away here. Lovely surroundings lit up by stars at night. The cabin was warm and cosy and extremely clean. Hele was an amazing host, very welcoming and friendly with a great sense of humour. Thank you so much. We definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.
