Magnifique ancienne maison de famille que l'on investit facilement. Vaste et chaleureuse, son emplacement proche de Barcelone en train permet des visites quotidiennes. Son jardin et ses terrassses permettent de profiter du climat clément. Il est aisé de communiquer avec Sergi. L'accueil assuré par une de ses amies, Paula, a été bien agréable.

El Apartamento de Sonia es justo lo que se publicita en el anuncio. Es ideal para pasar un par de días de turismo en Barcelona. Nosotros fuimos con dos niños. Está un poco alejado de las zonas turísticas pero en un barrio con mucha vida y muchos restaurantes de todo tipo. Además muy cerca del mar. Lo que más destacaría serían las camas, cómodas y confortables y sobre todo la amabilidad y facilidades de los anfitriones. Nos dejaron entrar ya de noche, nos esperaron en la puerta y luego nos han dejado dejar nuestras maletas en su propia casa el último día para poder aprovechar y visitar la ciudad hasta último momento. Nos vamos muy contentos, sobre todo por la hospitalidad y las facilidades que dan los anfitriones. Eso es un plus!!

Emplacement idéal, appartement original et pratique pour une famille de 4 personnes, le restaurant sur la plage en face est très bon. Maria répond rapidement et est très agréable. Seul petit bémol du séjour, le lundi ce sont des atterrissages incessants mais c’est le seul jour sinon c’est calme et la vue est superbe, on peut aller sur la plage directement. Je recommande !

Teresa was super reactive, helpful, friendly, flexible when it came to us leaving the luggage at the apartment before we had to leave for the airport and she shared some great recommendations for the area. The area is amazing, great restaurant, bars, shops super close by, the beach is also very close. We really loves the area! It is a bit weird to get to the apartment with the public transport, but all manageable! Apartment was great, as described. The ONLY thing: The entire building is so so so poorly soundproofed. You really here EVERYTHING. But it‘s quite at night and we were only there to sleep so not a big deal. Would definitely recommend!!

La casa è davvero confortevole, silenziosa, pulitissima con tutto il necessario e con le dotazioni minime e di benvenuto anche per mangiare e per bere. Spaziosa per tre, con TV e balconcino per rilassarsi. Cucina vissuta ma molto funzionale e lavastoviglie! Juan e i suoi collaboratori sono gentili e ti fanno sentire la loro presenza, insomma se hai bisogno sono a disposizione sicuramente! Il condominio dove si trova l'alloggio è assolutamente raccomandato, peccato non funzionasse piscina ma era Aprile fa lo stesso, supermercato a due passi, tantissimi mezzi pubblici, tram 4 per la Diagonal a due passi, metro L4 10 minuti a piedi. 10 minuti e puoi anche andare in spiaggia. 20 25 minuti e sei in centro. Per quanto riguarda il quartiere siamo al confine con una zona molto popolare, andando verso la metro Besos Mar e una ultra moderna, quella del Forum. A noi è sembrata molto tranquilla, ma per i più suscettibili consiglio di andare verso il mare o verso il forum. Insomma consigliatissima!

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer sehr tollen Aussicht. Zu Fuß braucht man wirklich nur zwei Minuten zum Strand. Manchmal fliegen Flugzeuge direkt über das Haus, das ist aber nicht dauerhaft. Der Pool auf dem Dach lohnt sich und durch die Bäume ist die Dach-Terrasse auch sehr privat. Der Ausblick ist wunderbar, besonders auf die Berge und den Sonnenuntergang. Die Gastgeberin ist freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Es war ein sehr guter Aufenthalt und hat sich sehr gelohnt.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Très bonne semaine de vacances en famille ! Très bon accueil communication facile et arrangeante ! Natalia a même eu la gentillesse de nous acheter le siège auto avant notre arrivée. L’appartement est très bien équipé calme et proche de la mer. Je recommande chaudement.

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Wir (Ehepaar 60+) waren Anfang Okt. 2024 für 8 Tage dort und wurden vom Vermieter persönlich begrüßt und eingewiesen, er sprach englisch. Ein überdachter Parkplatz mit elektrischem Rolltor befindet sich direkt unter dem Gebäude mit 6 Wohnungen (sehr ruhig). Die angebotene war ganz oben und bot einen herrlichen Ausblick auf den kilometerlangen Sandstrand direkt davor. Die Ausstattung ist wirklich komplett, wie beschrieben. Der große Balkon ist das Highlight. Platz innen wäre locker für 6 Personen gewesen. Rundum ist der Verkehr auf 30 Km/h beschränkt. Es war zu dieser Jahreszeit sehr ruhig. Überhalb der Straße (viele Zebrastreifen) ist direkt der Strand. Restaurant (500m) und ein guter "Sorli"-Supermarkt (900m) sind fußläufig. Öffentlicher Bus hält direkt vor dem Haus. Parken in der Umgebung ist auf der Straße überall kostenpflichtig (blaue und grüne Markierungen - Parkscheinautomat), ist aber wohl normal dort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden, hatten keine Probleme und fühlten uns sehr wohl!!

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Es war eine gut ausgestattete große Wohnung, die sehr sauber war und einen tollen Blick auf das Meer hatte, mit großer Küche und vielen Räumlichkeiten. Lediglich die Matratzen auf den teilweise Stahl-Betten hätten für uns härter sein können. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen. Ein Mietwagen, den wir uns dann doch noch besorgt haben, kann direkt auf dem Gelände geparkt werden.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming accommodation! One of the highlights was its proximity to the beach, which was just a short walk away. It was wonderful to spend our days soaking up the sun and enjoying the soothing sound of the waves. The place itself was incredibly cozy. I loved the inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the location was convenient, with the city just about 30 minutes away. This allowed me to enjoy both the tranquility of the beach and the vibrant city life without feeling too far from either. Communication with the hosts was also a breeze. Manuel was attentive and responsive, ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. Overall, this accommodation is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway near the beach, with the added bonus of easy access to busy city of Barcelona.

It is an amazing choice for family stay. The villa really exceed expectation and is more cozy than it looks on photo. A number of toys for kids and boardgames will help with evening activities. And two level swimming pool make it possible to enjoy even for our younger ones. Nat is very hospitable host ready to help with any questions. Highly recommended and would like to come back next year.

I had a wonderful stay at Benedicto's place. It was super easy to communicate and check in. The location is 100m from the beach and the are restaurants all around. Tea coffee and milk was provided as well as fresh linen and towels. The bed was super comfortable and i slept very well. The apartment is located 30 minutes from Barcelona with a local bus in walking distance with a fare of 2.60euros one way. The pool on site was quiet and clean with sun beds. Lovely!! Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Kurzurlaub bei Silvia Y Ruben. Die Empfang war sehr herzlich, Silvia und ihr Partner sind sehr sympathisch. Fragen wurden immer gleich beantwortet. Das Haus war blitzblank, ausreichend groß auch für 7 Göste. Wir haben uns sofort wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt. Das Meer, wandern, einkaufen und auch Barcelona ist schnell und problemlos zu erreichen. Vielen Dank nochmal an die zwei 😀

Hermoso apartamento, incluso mucho más hermoso que en la publicación. Maria nos recibió con mucha calidez y estuvo atenta hasta después de abandonar la unidad. Es un apartamento que merece la pena visitar, bien equipado, bien ubicado, bien cuidado y muy bien recibidos.

The house was excellent. Our only trouble was in communicating with the host before arrival. We never actually got a “reply” but got actions without any actual email or phone call in response, often after VERY LONG delays that caused us to have to change other arrangements. Not so super host. Great house.
