We really enjoyed our stay at Tiko’s place! We loved using the gym, as well as walking to grab coffee in the morning and dinner in the evenings. It was perfect for our Phoenix adventures!

Our stay at Dana’s Airbnb was truly lovely, it felt luxurious, peaceful and fun. The space was exactly as pictured—beautiful, clean, and thoughtfully arranged. The atmosphere of the home made it easy to relax, and the attention to detail was so appreciated—from the quality kitchenware to the luxurious shampoo and shower gel provided. The kids enjoyed the pool and games. The hot tub was great! I loved that makeup towel that was a nice touch, and extra rags and towels were also there much appreciated with kids. Dana was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. My kids had such a great time—they didn’t want to leave and are already asking when we can come back! Overall, it was a TOP-TIER experience. We felt welcomed, comfortable, and cared for. Definitely booking here again when we visit again! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay while in town for spring training. The location is great and very easy to get around. So many great restaurants are nearby. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed for the stay. Desenia was professional and left us with great instructions. I would highly recommend staying at Desenia’s if you are in the Phoenix area!

This condo is perfect for 2 people. It looked just like the listing. Small unit, but didn't feel small. Pool area was very nice. Not a lot nearby in the neighborhood, but very drivable to anywhere in the metro area. Covered parking is included, which is fantastic! Gina was very friendly and responsive.

Very nice, spacious and new apartment with great amenities and location - we loved the pool area! The host was very responsive when we had questions about getting into the complex. Super easy access to the highway and lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores nearby. Our only suggestion is to offer more seating (such as a bistro table) for mealtimes and to relax on the outdoor patio. Overall a nice place, a minor furniture upgrade would make it great!

My partner and I stayed here during two separate week-long trips to Arizona. Since the trips were so long, we wanted a place that would feel like a home and we found it with Tree House! The apartment is beautiful, clean, peaceful and has everything you need for normal daily life. On both trips, it was super easy to arrive, unpack, and then go about work/school and everything we needed to do. Really happy we found this place!

The house is in a great location. It is close to stores, restaurants and Chapparel Park. It is a good size and well appointed. Loved the private backyard. Highly recommended!!

We had a lovely stay at Suzette’s peaceful and comfortable home. Everything was as described and accommodations were perfect. Suzette is a very responsive host and was gracious and helpful. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Everything was exactly as described. It was extremely well stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. The beds and linens were very comfortable and lots of pillows to choose from. Having a washer and dryer was great. We had fun playing the many games and there were easy instructions to work the tvs and internet. When we had questions Brian was very responsive even though he was out of the country. We would stay here again in the future!

The place was perfect, central to where we needed to be, easy walking distance to the Van Buren and other places, and yet also peaceful and quiet. Romell was super kind and responsive , and we had zero issues. Loved the home, would definitely stay again !

We absolutely loved staying here. Chris was very quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and the pool / splash pad just a few minutes down the road was a hit with our 3 kids. The beds were comfortable, the home came stocked with everything we needed, and the house was beautiful and clean. The only thing we did not love, was the checkout list. On top of the $100 cleaning fee they charge, they also say that you are “required” to clean the toilets, shower, sinks, floors, etc at checkout. I have never been asked to scrub a bathroom at any other Airbnb that we have stayed at, and because of this I unfortunately don’t see us staying here again. I just don’t have time nor do I want to clean toilets while on a trip! This also was not listed in the description when we booked so we were quite surprised when they messaged us the checkout instructions. Regardless I am keeping my review at 5 stars because we truly did love everything else about our stay.

I had a wonderful visit staying here! The apartment is very charming and decorated very nice in a comfortable retro style. It really had everything I needed in terms of kitchen tools, plenty of towels, nice sheets. Sitting on the little patio in the nice weather was enjoyable. The location is great nearby lots of shops and restaurants, and walking distance from coffee and a big grocery store. The complex is nice with a big pool, and I used the on-site fitness center once - it's basic but the free weights are nice to have. 5 stars, would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

A wonderful place to stay and Jia-Li was responsive to all of our questions. The roof top was an added bonus, although, I do understand from trouble with past guests who apparently had not adhered to block rules, it was a bit awkward having a security camera on the roof terrace which appeared to be pointed at you. We didn’t use the pool as it became shaded relatively quickly, (hence us choosing this apartment with its roof terrace), that said, others did use the pool and it looked good fun. The gym was good with equipment for all needs. Overall, Enjoyable, large, light and airy apartment, very comfortable bed, quiet location, a very short wander to the quarter with fantastic shops, great restaurants, good coffee and great hosts👍👍

It’s in the heart of a great neighborhood in Mesa, almost a block away of very interesting places!

Excellent location and only 10 mins walk to the JW Marriott for the conference I was attending. Really nice to come back to somewhere quiet and peaceful every day after 3-4 days of the event.

We had a great stay with Darcy! The rental unit is so clean and bright, we enjoyed staying at the condo complex. Darcy was very responsive and so helpful to make our stay easy and flexible. The unit had everything we needed with a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and comfortable bedrooms.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert's place! The accommodations were perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. We had full access to all the amenities at the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Plus, the location couldn't have been better for us! It was just a short distance to the Wildfire Golf Course, which was a huge plus for any golf lovers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the area!

Great location. We were there for a wedding at the Biltmore and it was just on the other side of the golf course. Gorgeous area. Lots to do within walking distance as well.
