Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

Great location – close enough to the high street for convenience, but far enough for peace. Everything you need is walkable, which was a refreshing change from Manila. You're also a short Grab ride from MOA and other landmarks – just plan ahead for traffic. The host was helpful with local tips, and the apartment was clean, comfy, and great value. We wish we had time to enjoy the pool! Highly recommend, but note: this isn’t a hotel. There’s no bellhop and reception is just for security. Check-in is self-service and easy once you know.

This condo unit has a homey feel with modest furnishings and was sufficient for our needs for a restful stay. All the hosts were communicative and helpful and clearly provided all rules and instructions and prompt responses to our questions. We appreciated the follow-ups regarding issues we had with the Internet and streaming services, especially by Ate Tin who came in personally to provide assistance. While the stay was generally positive, there were minor points for improvement like one of the lights was constantly flickering and for some reason, a strong deodorizer smell was quite prominent in the unit. Making heads or tails of using the electric stove is also always a challenge in Grass Residences units (^_^;) Overall, we had a pleasant time at FaithfulNest. Thank you again to the hosts for the welcome and for allowing us to stay.

The place is very tidy, stylish but at the same time minimalistic. check in was smooth, staff of condo were very friendly. host is very responsive and very accommodating to our requests

We had a very enjoyable stay at Kath's place. Checkin was a breeze, WiFi was reliable and high speed and consistent. Clean bathrooms and toilets. Comfortable beds. Several nice restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. Host was very responsive. The security guards also helped carry our groceries and luggage, and they are super friendly. Only caveat at location was that there was no elevator. I did see some buttons and a closed door, maybe the elevator is only for commercial use? Not sure.

The place was incredibly homey and impeccably clean, providing the perfect setting for a much-needed escape from the busy city life. The ambiance was just fantastic, creating a serene atmosphere that made us feel right at home. Being surrounded by nature was truly rejuvenating. The fresh air made our morning walks and runs an absolute delight—there's nothing like a breezy start to the day with stunning mountain views! Plus, the location is so convenient, just a few minutes away from the central area and the beautiful bay. Overall, our stay was relaxing and fun. We truly hope to return during the holidays. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a rejuvenating getaway!

Great place to stay. There's an alphamart right below the place where you can also park your car. The layout of the place was great. All the bedrooms were spacious and cozy. You can also get access to the rooftop to hangout/sing karaoke. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Lipa!

We had a wonderful stay! The linens smelled so fresh and clean, and the entire house was spotless. It had all the amenities we needed—plenty of plates, drinking glasses, mugs, knives, a chopping board, frying pans, casseroles in different sizes, a gas range, rice cooker, heater, refrigerator, water dispenser, hair dryers, and an electric iron. There were also enough hangers, which was very convenient. The only minor downside was that the bathroom didn’t have a bucket and dipper, and the washing machine was defective. Other than that, everything was great, and we truly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time staying at La Donna’s home. The place was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location near shops and restaurants. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Don war äußerst hilfsbereit. Nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen, holte er uns mit seinem Auto ab und brachte uns zur Unterkunft. Er schlug uns mehrere Unternehmungen in der Umgebung vor. Wir folgten seinem Rat und bereuten es keine Sekunde. Auch seine Eltern waren so unfassbar lieb. Selbst am Tag unserer Abreise hätten sie uns wieder zum Flughafen gebracht. Einfach toll, tausend Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft!! Wir haben es sehr bei euch genossen 😍

Great place and host

Had a great stay! Check-in and check-out were super easy. The place had everything I needed, including a kitchen and washing machine. I asked for extra towels and they were provided right away. The host was very responsive and quick to address anything that came up. The location is great—just a short walk to Starbucks and a couple of supermarkets. It’s also a straight drive to the marina, which is perfect if you're visiting Cebu for diving. Highly recommend!

I stayed there for 2weeks plus, I had a very good rest at this place. They were all responsive, friendly & helpful. They provided me all my request that is available. Its hasslefree, his place has a positive vibes felt at peace, actually its better in person, couch & bed were comfortable & i like it that they provided me comforter and extra sheets it helps me rest easily after my medical treatments, can cook quick meals, napkins& trashbags are provided too, complete kitchen tools, fridge, microwave, bathroom is clean and shower is easy to use. It feels like home & I find it peaceful.. I will definitely come back next time. Highly recommended!:)

The hosts are very accommodating and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re traveling with family since the space is big enough. You can freely cook especially because it’s a bit far from the town center. Convenient transpo would be hop on hop off bus and the property’s free shuttle. If you plan to stay out late e-trike’s are an option. They also have an exclusive beach so very nice!

Had a wonderful time at Gladys's place in ILO! Great, quiet location, still close enough to cafes, 7/11 and one of the malls. The condo was lovely and perfect for our needs, and Gladys was super helpful and responsive the whole time. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed for 4 days at Anna’s place. Since it was just a short trip from abroad, the location made it easier to go around and do the errands that I needed to complete for my documents. It is close to the airport and easy access to public transportation. The place felt very homey and comfortable. Thank you, Anna for a great stay. My family enjoyed our stay. Till next time!

Todo genial, para ir a Manila, hay que coger un jeepney hasta la estación de santos y listo, es mucho más rápido que el Grab. El apartamento genial no le falta de nada. Muy recomendable

Stunning view and beautiful unit. Felt special. Me and my partner were very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed. There's so much to do within walking distance and the restaurants are all delicious. Ailyn was extremely kind, helpful, and took great care of us.
