Condo is great. Full kitchen, nice living area big balcony with seating, close to walking street. Could probably do with some updated bedding and a toaster. Racquel is a great host and was very attentive. I had a lovely stay.

We had a wonderful stay here. Location is very convenient, and is just a few minutes walk to the malls. Many supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and comfortable. We really appreciated the free drinking water and coffee. Basic cooking ingredients are also available if you plan to cook. Checking in and out was a breeze, and the staff was very friendly. Thank you Lalaine and Rodolfo for being our hosts, and for being responsive to all our queries. Would love to stay here again in the future.

I enjoyed my stay, even though I had a problem with a water leak in the toilet and a shower with a leak and no possibility of using it on the first day, but Marco was very responsive and very commercial during my stay, I recommend the accommodation because the owner is responsive to the customer's needs.

A very good and safe location, just walking distance to the mall. The surrounding is very clean and good security. Chona respond me when we have Internet problems although the number that they provided didn't work but still they addressed my concerns, overalls it was a pleasant stay we appreciate it.

I booked this listing for 3 days and 2 nights to spend time alone and recharge. The building is accessible to public transportation and walking distance to commercial establishments in Timog. You have everything you need right within your reach. The unit is as advertised with fast and reliable internet connection perfect for freelancers/WFH. Drinking water is provided. The host went extra mile when I asked for indoor slippers. Their instructions are easy to understand and are very responsive. Overall, staying here feels like home, you feel like a visiting friend with your hosts who make you feel like you're part of the family. Highly recommended. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The place is strategically located in the heart of Makati. Its close to the central business district and the place was so peaceful and close to many places. MY overall stay here is magnificent. Will definitely go back and recommend to my friends.

Stayed at Fergus' place for 3 days and we really had a relaxing stay. The duvet and bedsheet are really comfortable. We were able to use the kitchen too which was so convenient. Fergus was also a great host, responding to my inquiries as soon as possible. We had a pleasant stay.

I was honestly worried at first—worried that I might not want to leave! Patrick Jayson’s Airbnb in Timog exceeded all expectations. The location? Almost too convenient. With Tomas Morato just a stone’s throw away, restaurants, ATMs, and convenience stores were practically everywhere, making it dangerously easy to indulge. And the host? Unbelievably accommodating. He let us check in early and check out late, which felt almost too generous. Not to mention, he was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. If you’re looking for a hassle-free and comfortable place in QC, this is definitely the one.

If you are going to Bacolod, look no further. This is it. One Regis is in the most Beautiful part of the town. The Condo has everything you need, the host is super nice. The Security are very friendly. There is a gym and swimming pool. 7-11 downstairs. Most of all, the view is awesome. I loved sitting at the window and watch the outside. I hope to be back again. Don’t read anymore reviews on Airbnb. Just book it.

it's my 2nd time here,. and ias usual, it did not disappoint. The place is perfect for either team building or gatheting with family. 😊

The house is cozy and spacious, with drinking water provided. However, as a mom of two babies and a clean freak, I found the bathroom quite dirty—there were soap stains on the walls, and the grout was blackened. I also suspect the main door frame had termites, as bits of decayed wood kept falling to the floor, which we had to sweep often to keep our babies safe. The kitchen is very nice, and the rooms are squeaky clean. However, there were no cabinets or storage spaces for clothes and luggage, and nowhere to hang clean clothes in the rooms. Still, we had a good stay overall. If given the chance, we’d definitely book this place again. The hosts are very responsive, present when needed, and provide clear instructions. This was my second time booking one of Tatiana Roses’s places—last year and again this year—and both experiences were great.

The owner was very accommodating. The room was spacious, clean, and the place felt safe. You’re allowed to cook and have guests over. Whenever you need something, the owner is easy to talk to and genuinely helpful. The house is fully equipped with everything you need. It’s also close to tourist spots and the beach. That’s why I highly recommend this place—I really enjoyed my 12-day vacation here. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here again on my next trip to Catanduanes. Thank you! 🙏

Host was very accommodating and responsive to our requests! Perfect stay if you're a big group. Should've booked one extra day to enjoy all the amenities since we used the place as accoms lang for a concert >< 10/10 will book again.

The place was so huge and very peaceful. Neighbors are very friendly. Jojo the caretaker was extremely friendly and helpful also advice me on how to commute within the areas. The place was well paid for as it was very clean and feel like it was your own house. Thank you Celia and Jojo for the great stay.
