I recently stayed at an amazing Airbnb in the Philippines, and it exceeded all my expectations! The property was spotless, beautifully designed, and equipped with modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and a fully stocked kitchen. The highlight was the balcony with breathtaking views, perfect for enjoying a sunrise coffee or a peaceful evening breeze. The location was ideal—close to tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops, yet in a quiet and private neighborhood. The host was incredibly accommodating. This Airbnb perfectly combined comfort, convenience, and Filipino hospitality, and I can’t wait to return!

The unit has a nice home-like feeling. There's no excessive clutter, no kitschy signs all over the walls or striving for 'gram photos. It's a simple environment with a small sink and a lower quiet room where a small child could sleep. The loft area had a standard bed for two adults and a floor mattress for one. The aircon had no problems keeping the unit cool. The bathroom was a bit tight but you have what you need and the shower water is heated. Hosts were responsive and straight-forward. We had no trouble using Grab to get to & from (use Mario Mio or its parking lot). And to remind readers, you will not have Internet in the unit unless you bring your own.

The place was good enough for our stay when we needed to visit a relative nearby. Location is great - very accessible, walkable to local food stores, and easy to find using Grab (we used Patricio's Apartelle as was seen in the listing pictures). The room we stayed at was clean and big enough space for 2-3 people. Front desk provided extra foam bedding for our 3rd companion. Sudden extra person staying can be paid on front desk. AC is working. Bathroom is clean - flush and shower worked well, sink faucet moves when opened but it functions. Staff are accommodating. There's a cafe on the 4th floor/rooftop. There is no kitchen - it's bed, a living area, a vanity space, and bathroom. The unit we stayed at was in the 3rd floor and only stairs can get you there. Walls and ceiling are a bit thin. I can hear the moving chairs of the cafe above from our ceiling. If that bothers you or you're a light sleeper, it may not be for you. But overall, we had a good stay. Thanks for accommodating us!

The room was clean and comfortable makakapag pahinga ka talaga ng maayos, very responsive ni ate lawrence sa mga needs mo, maganda naman yung place. I would defininately stay here again in the future.

sobrang ok yung place lalo na kung may mga plans kayo around Manila. Madali lang mahanap yung place, tahimik, secured, malinis and responsive yung host. The only concern is the parking medyo pricy, but over all highly recommended for family kasi malapit sa mga pwedeng puntahan.

This place was above expectations. Everything exactly as described and shown in pictures. Everything was perfectly clean and organized. They also had random snacks/drinks stocked. Definitely a perk especially for quick stays waiting on flight. Would definitely stay again, thank you!!!

A great unit. The building is a bit older, but it's well maintained. The unit is in a very good shape. The building staff are polite and professional. The hosts are easy to communicate with and responsive. I enjoyed my stay, and I recommend staying here. The only thing that could be improved is the television - it never worked from the day I arrived, but I hardly ever watch TV, so it didn't really bother me.

I am honestly hesistant to book it since there is only 1 review and it's new listing, but I decided to give it a try. Check-in/out is easy Jonah were waiting for me in the lobby upon check-in and very helpful. Room is spacious studio, aesthetic same as the photo, bed and pillow are very clean, soft and comfy. Toilet and bath are spotless, clean and with hotel standard towels, toiletries etc. I appreciate that they have teas and coffee as well 2 drinking water which most places dont have for air bnb so it's a plus. The room has a good size tv with free netflix, there is videoke kit I guess which I did not try, board games and book. This room doesn't have a kitchen or laudry area but they do have a microwave if you want to heat your food and pairs of basic kitchen utensils. Other than that there is a lot of places to eat around the area that are very affordable. Pool is with a fee of 680 php which is worth to try. I Highly recommend this place for a short stay.
