This house is such a cool & comfy place to stay. It is located in a quiet & peaceful gated community a few miles from the strip. The location was perfect! The only downside is that the parking within this community is sparse. You may have to drive around for a few minutes to find a spot. It's just a minor inconvenience. Shannon is great! She was proactively messaging me before the day of arrival to make sure I had all the details needed. She assured me that she'd be reachable during my stay if I had any questions. My girlfriend & I, and our blended group of teens all enjoyed our short stay in Vegas and will definitely choose this place to stay during future visits.

Great hosts!! Overall great experience. Wound stay again. Home is very clean, spacious, close to the strip, and has great nearby restaurants and shops.

Our party of 6 and our furry friend very much enjoyed our stay. Home was very clean and as described. Well stocked kitchen with everything you need! Upon arrival check in was very easy and smooth. Adelmo was quick to respond to my questions both before and after booking. The pool being heated was a great bonus as the weather wasn't quite "hot" enough to enjoy a pool without it being heated . Hot tub was nice and very nice yard. Added bonus was no pet fee and no fee for heating the pool! Close to the strip, but far enough away in a very quiet and relaxed neighborhood. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you Adelmo!

Andi’s home is beautiful. The pictures are right on point. Very well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Great neighborhood and close to shopping and the Strip. Kitchen - just beautiful!!!! Beds comfy and furniture -nice! The backyard and balcony’s were awesome. Sitting out there at night was wonderful. Andi is very responsive and even allows us to check in early. Which we appreciated coming from the East Coast to the West Coast. We will definitely be back when we make the next trip to Vegas and California. Very good price for a wonderful stay. Thank you for opening your home to us!

Hosts were super accommodating and flexible. The house is spacious with great amenities great for traveling in large groups and pets. Neighborhood was super peaceful. House looks great

I was in vegas for a tournament and needed a place for my team and I to stay. Ariana was very helpful in the process and everything we needed was provided during our stay which was greatly appreciated. About a 30 min drive to the strip, but I enjoyed the area around, as it was away from all the hustle and bustle of the strip area. For the bunk beds, they rocked around when you moved on the top. I'm 6'2" and fit about head to toe touching so they were a tad uncomfortable but that's just the way it goes with those. Certainly wouldn't let that stop me from staying there again.

We loved staying at this property and felt it was a great base to enjoy the strip as well as Valley of Fire, Death Valley and Red Rocks Canyon which was the reason we chose it. The property is lovely, clean, bright and very quiet. We had a bit of difficulty getting ahold of the owner to get into the property, but AirBnB was very responsive, provided a meal at their expense at a restaurant of our choice while we waited to hear from the owner. Turned out the owner had had a personal emergency but then went above and beyond to make sure we got into the property and all our needs were met throughout our stay. We totally appreciate that life happens and we very much appreciated how Airbnb and Marilyn handled the situation despite everything that was probably going on in the background in the owner's own life! We would highly recommend this property not only for location and appeal, but because Marilyn really values the experience she gives to the people who stay at her property.

great location, very responsive hosts

The house was beautiful! The hosts responded to us vety quickly each time we sent a message. The pool was maintained and was available to swim in. We really enjoyed the color scheme. The beds were comfy and the house had good AC. We were super close to the strip, and we're able to get around pretty easy from this location. We definitely rate this a 10 out of 10. We plan on staying here every time we visit Las Vegas.

Nice small cozy place for a couple wanting to get away. Perfect area for shopping. 20 mins from all the extractions. Nice price

I and my two Chihuahuas really enjoyed our stay. There is a great park about two miles away with actual grass and wide open spaces for the pups to run. It's not a dog park but it's very quiet and slow so we took advantage, and it's open until 11pm at night. The space was very comfortable and decorated very nicely. The shower is amazing! They really put a lot of thought and effort into making this space comfortable and inviting, which was appreciated. I would definitely stay here again.

The place was cute. The walls are really thin and you could hear others outside but the place was cute. AC worked really well. The location was perfect and near lots of restaurants. I would def recommend if you are on a budget.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Las Vegas Airbnb! The location couldn’t have been more convenient—just minutes from the Strip but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet when we wanted it. The unit itself was spotless, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The amenities really put it over the top: the pool was sparkling clean and perfect for a midday break, the hot tub was a relaxing way to end our evenings, and the workout room was surprisingly well-equipped. We especially enjoyed the private patio—perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening glass of wine. The host was responsive and thoughtful, and the entire experience felt seamless from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vegas!

This is an excellent place to stay to avoid the intensity of the strip and yet it's a short drive to all and very convenient. Quiet accomodations and a lovely place to stay!

My 12yo son and I stayed here for a week for his spring break in Vegas. This home is close to parking, close to pool, washer & dryer in the unit, kitchen had plenty of stuff for home cooking. Towels for the pool. Big bed in one bedroom, two smaller beds in second bedroom, all of which were comfy. Plenty of nice people at the pool too. Fast internet. Comfy couch. Nice dining room table. Recommended!

Zoe was great with everything and her place was amazing. The views were incredible, we could have sat on the balcony all day/night and enjoyed the views. The bugs/gnats/mosquitos were terrible on the balcony in the morning, but got better later on. Pool area was fabulous, hot tub didn't get hot while we were there but they were working on it. place was very roomy and quiet. Check-out was a breeze! Red Rock Canyon hikes were amazing, about a 30 min walk. The ice cream shop across the lake was yummy (walk over there for a variety of restaurants). Walk towards the roundabout (left outside of condo area) across the street there is a tarred sidewalk walking trail that follows the river.

Had a great time at Ping and Mikhail’s place with the comfort of being at home for our party of 6. The photos describe their property and the furniture and gadgets were modern. It was helpful to have a full size kitchen for my mom who has special dietary needs. Walkable to the Rio, Gold Coast and Palms casino with food options. The host was very responsive and will definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! It’s a perfect spot off the Strip—quiet and relaxing, but still just a quick drive to all the action. The place was spotless and really well maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the highlights was definitely the pool—super clean, private, and perfect for unwinding after a day out. The host was responsive and made check-in a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again!

Greg was simply an amazing host and he helped make our stay in his beautiful place feel like it was our own home. I normally either take a little while to acclimate to a new house and/or can’t wait to leave earlier, but that wasn’t the case here. We fit right in and were sad when it was time to leave. The unit was conveniently close to nearly everything in Las Vegas and was very well appointed and cared for. I’d definitely want to stay here again, and would consider Greg one of the best, friendliest and most communicative hosts I’ve ever encountered.
