We had a lovely 5 night stay with our dog at May's granny flat. It was very clean, well equipped and had a fantastic shower head and good water pressure. The swimming pool was clean and inviting. We would have enjoyed a swim if the weather was warmer (maybe next visit). Our dog loved meeting and playing with the host's three daughters in the yard. May was welcoming, available and friendly but not invasive. We were given our privacy which was lovely. There was parking in the driveway and a delicious pizza place around the corner in Baker St with an IGA. Opposite set of shops was a park for our dog and all within walking distance. Friendly and lovely hosts. Highly recommend.

The property more than met our expectations - immaculate, well provisioned (over and above other properties we have stayed at), better than the pictures and the location was an absolutely perfect for our base for our week long stay, 2 minutes from Bondi Junction and 20 minutes from Bondi Beach. Tina made sure we knew she was there and available if we needed her, we didn't actually but nice to know she was always available.

Great space to stay. We were on a business trip with our staff and the space was perfect. If you are a family, they have everything needed for kids to be there aswell! I will definitely be back the next time we are in Sydney

We had a terrific stay at Bruce's place. The place is exactly like the photos, so our expectations were 100% matched with the location. It is a lovely and quiet location, surrounded by bushland and nice, quiet streets. I will stay there again when visiting Sydney next time. A really good find and well worth the price.

John was so friendly and helpful from booking throughout our stay. He was always available when we needed him and sorted any problems we had very quickly. He gave us great recommendations about public transport and local coffee shops, beach walks and local attractions. His house and pool were in a great location for us as we were visiting family. John lives in the house and had moved out for our stay, so there were a lot of personal items around his home. The pool was a lovely extra, however it turned out to be hard work! It had to be cleared of debris every day due to the surrounding greenery and while we were told someone would attend the pool at least once a week, we had two visits in 4 weeks only to top up PH decreaser and possibly chlorine? The “donger”/ pool hoover seemed useless and went round in circles most of the time. The pool was grubby by the end of our trip with mould/algae around the steps at the far end and we had no idea how to clean or reverse this. Great holiday!

Great value and excellent communication! We had one issue with the kitchen and the host made every effort to resolve and even find us a replacement cook top for our stay! Without a doubt a stellar place for a big group!

I was apprehensive on first seeing the house from the street, it looked so small. But it turned out to be like Dr Who's TARDIS. Huge on the inside and plenty of room for the 5 of us. There was plenty of room for chilling together and to escape to another room for some peace. There was a hair dryer and a straightener in the house, which my partner was happy to see and could have saved taking hers. One criticism that I could think of is that it's on the flight path so passing jets can be noisy. The pool was still up for us (late Feb/early March) and it was very welcoming for the hot humid weather we had. Liz was a great host and very responsive. Happy to visit to clean the pool. She also reminded us of the bin day.

Location was perfect for Bondi, close enough to good bars and restaurants, but far enough away from the crowds, but not too far to walk to the beach easily. Huge place with all amenities thought of, perfect if you need the extra room.

My family enjoyed our stay in Randwick very much. Yj's place is on a quiet residential street, a short (uphill) walk to the commercial center of town with lots of shops, restaurants, cafes, and transit. Convenient to the beach and easy to get in to Sydney CBD. It's a very pretty area. It was nice to have a dehumidifier on each floor. Be sure to empty the tanks before going to sleep so you aren't woken up by beeping. There was plenty of hot water for showers. The kitchen was fine for cooking, just check for the equipment/tools you need before going shopping (e.g. there was no colander or strainer). We used the dishwasher, washer, and dryer and they all worked well. The dryer vents into the room so you must run the dehumidifier and fan, and that works fine. There was a musty smell when we ran the AC. Yj was very responsive when we had questions.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage..it was well appointed and convenient. Lovely location and perfect walking distance to both train and Metro. The appliances and amenities were top notch…ducted air con in the upstairs bedrooms was heaven. While the internal staircase is very authentic it is slightly treacherous for the ill informed! Chantal was a star… very helpful and receptive at every turn. For our 4 adult family it was a perfect month stay.

We had such a lovely stay at Tom’s place. Close to lots of cafes, restaurants and the beaches + plenty of parking on the street. Check-in was easy and communication was great. Had such a homey feel to it and was the perfect spot to relax on a weekend away. Such nice little touches like providing eggs, bread and milk. The bathroom and bathtub were absolutely gorgeous too :)

We loved Tracey’s place so much we wanted to stay and live here! It was pretty, very comfortable and clean, equipped with everything you need. We felt at home straight away! Tracey has been wonderful, very easy to communicate with and making sure we got everything we needed. The best AirBnB I ever stayed in. I highly recommend it if you want to spend some time around Maroubra area. It is walking distance to all the shops, commercial center, restaurants and delicious french bakery. 3 min drive from the beach.

Our family had such a lovely stay! You really couldn’t ask for a better location. 5 minute walk to the beach and the home is right amongst some of the best shopping and eating Bondi has to offer. Perfect spot for our little family beach vacation! I hope to come back.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy studio in Wheeler Heights! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Eventhough its small, the kitchenette is well equipped. The location is peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings and just a short drive to beaches and cafes. Halina and Jeff was friendly, responsive, and made check-in extremely easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet getaway!

What a lovely home away from home. Comfy beds, well set up kitchen and lots of thoughtful touches throughout. Close to trains for access to city/Olympic Park. Located on a busy road but was quiet inside the house. Good security, Aircon/heating, large TV with streaming access and spacious living area made it an enjoyable stay for a family with teenagers. Thank you to Steven & Sophie who were very welcoming, and great with prompt communications.

Great little house with pet friendly yard and secure fence. Clean and no noticeable pet hair/odours. The wifi didn’t work for our first 5 days but Paul went out if his way to fix this issue by getting a booster for the existing setup. This fixed the problem so hopefully not a problem for future guests. Kitchen has basic equipment to manage self catering. We enjoyed our stay- lots of nice parks around and a short walk to aquatic centre, supermarket and dog park.

A lovely, spacious place within easy walking distance of train station and shops, including supermarket and takeaways. It was a great place to base ourselves for day trips into the city, then grab a takeaway for dinner or cook in the well equipped kitchen. Highly recommend this place and would stay again.

Great place to stay in Sydney! We stayed here for just one night and had a great time. The location is excellent—close to the train station and the airport. I absolutely loved how Andrew decorated his home; it felt warm and welcoming. The fish pond was definitely the highlight for me! The comfy beds, clean house, and all the thoughtful touches really made this place stand out. Highly recommend staying here!

The house is excellent, well-maintained, and well-supplied with necessary items. The large and comfortable bedrooms are a significant benefit. It's a fantastic spot if nature and beaches are your purpose. I would be more than happy to rent again.

Had a fabulous stay & highly recommend! Amelia was very responsive & made the whole check-in & check-out process as smooth as possible (even gave us early check-in and late check-out). She provided a detailed house guide that included key instructions, helpful tips, & amazing restaurant recs. The house itself was as described though I would say it’s definitely more dated than it appears. The location is perfect! Amelia provided above & beyond amenities/extras (OJ, milk, champagne, coffee, sunscreen, beach chairs, laundry & dish detergent, and so much more that I’ve never gotten before). The one thing I’d call out is the house is not air conditioned - it’s noted in the listing (albeit at the bottom), but I missed it & was surprised. That said, with all of the fans, we were able to cool the bedrooms down at night to sleep fine, though adding window AC units would go a long way in keeping it cooler during the day and better for sleeping during peak summer. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This little gem was the perfect spot for our family. It made us feel right at home with Clive and Terese thinking above and beyond with the home. The backyard was such a wonderful place for my children to play in while we could relax on the deck. We did not want to leave and look forward to visiting again.

Phou is a lovely host! She was quick to answer all of our questions and kind enough to help with other information and requests though we couldn’t meet in person. She even provided us some food which beyond our expectations. The house itself is well designed and can accommodate a lot of people. However, there’s only 2 bathrooms so need a bit of time management. Other than that our stay were amazing! The location is in a lovely neighborhood close to the airport. It’s walkable to train station (within 1 km range). If you plan to drive though, parking is a bit tricky but Phou’s detailed guide would get you covered. All in all, I would recommend this place to any group that plans to visit Sydney.

Jings place was everything we needed for our family. Close to where we needed to be. Very comfortable. Peaceful area. Jing was quick to respond with any request.
