My GPS gave me a slight hassle, even though I was coming in from not far away…it was after dark. Ann was wonderful with responding quickly to help me find my way in! No trouble at all, just one glitch with the shower but again, it was handled quite prompt and effectively. Thanks Ann!

This is the second time we've stayed at Caitlin's place. This time we brought our 2 grandchildren, ages 5 and 7. The kids had a great time. They especially loved going out first thing in the morning to visit the horse. The house is a great base for visiting attractions in the Cooperstown area, and for cooking meals and eating in the few times we didn't eat out while visiting attractions. We definitely recommend Catlin's as a family-friendly place to stay.

Henry's cottage was the perfect spot for my Cooperstown getaway. The location in Fly Creek is close to town and attractions (Baseball Hall of Fame, Ommegang Brewery, Glimmerglass Festival), but also in a quiet and peaceful area. The space is also great: comfortable bed, two-seater sofa, big t.v. for watching Netflix, kitchen with everything you'd need, and a clean bathroom. I also appreciated Henry's prompt communications and clear directions. All in all, a great place to stay that I would highly recommend.

Our stay was fantastic. The home, top to bottom, was very clean and organized. Instructions on entering and use of the home were clear and informative. The surrounding area is beautiful and a wonderful change of pace from our big city lifestyle. Serene is a good description of the property. The home is as pictured and had every amenity we needed. We hope to stay again.

Perfect location.

Fantastic place for a weekend getaway! Gail is a lovely host and very responsive. You have one room as shown in the picture, and a separate bathroom with a shower, towels, and toilets. It's a 20 second walk away from the main room. We visited during autumn and the trees were beautiful. You can use a grill and fireplace, as well as a boat on the small lake. Can highly recommend!

Such a clean, well stocked apartment! All the furniture is so thoughtfully chosen and beautiful. Chandi is very responsive and helpful, thanks for such a great stay!

The Garden House was the perfect place for our family’s baseball vacation in Cooperstown. It was only 10 minutes from All Star Village which was a huge plus. The property was so beautiful and peaceful. The house had great charm and an awesome basement for hanging out and playing pool. The host was super friendly and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this property.
