Connie and Art’s place is absolutely lovely and also has a fantastic yard fronting on the McKenzie wetlands. Additionally, they are exceptional and uncommonly kind hosts. I stayed for about 6 weeks (having just moved to Oregon) and enjoyed every minute of it. I have no hesitation giving my most enthusiastic recommendation! Stay at their place – I think you’ll be glad you did.

It was a little pricey, but it was nice to have beds for everybody, even if kids had to share rooms. The lack of television was actually nice. Kitchen is a bit cramped and the outlets are not grounded (except like 2) so that made plugging in our stuff challenging and the main floor bathroom is ... odd is the only way to describe it. That all being said I would gladly stay here again.

Such an amazing place for a retreat!

First this was the most amazing place absolutely just as described Host was the best very responsive and understanding ( he knows 😂) I would book this place 1000 times over The windows by the bed are amazing The shower is impressive You can tell there was a lot of hard personal work done into this place His YouTube video was very informative I actually watched it couple times to find out how to work certain remotes And the BED… will just leave it there… must book to find out for yourself 🥰🥰

We absolutely loved our stay the first time, so wanted to come back for our honeymoon! Jonathan and his family were so welcoming into their beautiful home, we will absolutely be returning!

This was my second visit to the Barn. I came back this time with my family because I wanted them to experience this special place. The Barn is an amazing space since it gives the peace and tranquillity of a rural setting in a well designed great room area downstairs and 2 large but cozy and comfy bedrooms upstairs. The outside patio was a great space to read, draw and share wine with my family. All of this and only 10 minutes from downtown Ashland. Additionally if you are a hiker there is a trailhead a very short drive away. Communication with Jenn was great throughout our time there. We had the bad luck of being in Ashland during a rare power outage that impacted power in parts of Ashland and Medford. Jenn was great in responding to my questions when the power went out and following up to get information from the power company for us. We also had an problem late at night with the water but Jenn responded to my question and immediately tried to fix things for us. Even though the problem couldn't be fixed until the next day Jenn did everything in her power to make our stay comfortable. I was very impressed and would strongly recommend her as a hostess and this home to anyone to who loves a rural setting.

My kids and I have done quite a few farm stays; this one was by far one of the best. The apartment was spotless and thoughtfully designed, full of charm, comfort, and had everything we needed. Stephanie was a fabulous host and teacher, I highly recommend the Morning Chores package to get up close to the animals and learn a lot about the farm. Everything was smooth and my kids had a blast, we were all grateful for the opportunity to visit this wonderful place.

Great place, quiet and private with lots of room. Amanda was a great host and communicator. I’d highly recommend this place and I will definitely stay again.

Christina was a wonderful host, and our family had a great time at her barn apartment. She is so friendly and responsive, so any issue you may have will get resolved asap. We have no complaints!!

This was our second stay at The Barn and it was every bit as good as the first. Sarah has thought of every detail needed for a perfect stay. The Barn is immaculately clean and so well appointed. We feel right at home as soon as we walk in and look forward to returning.

Highly recommend! We booked both the Cottage and Big Red Barn for a three-day getaway with another couple. Both were very well appointed with quality towels, bedding, kitchenware, etc. There are also many special touches that make you feel welcomed. Beyond the lodging itself, the location is beautiful and such a joy with all the friendly animals, river, views, etc. The weather wasn’t great for us, so we couldn’t take advantage of the riverfront, fire pit, bbq, or other outdoor amenities. However, we enjoyed many local wineries and will come back for a future stay when it’s warm and sunny.

My stay at Pam and Gary's was perfect. It is tucked away in the mountainside with beautiful views and a peaceful setting in nature. The cabin itself is super cozy, clean, and quite beautiful. From the beams in the ceiling, to the large hearth and wood stove, well appointed bathroom, and overall comfortable and spacious layout, I felt right at home. They were quick to communicate and provided me everything I needed. Thanks again Pam and Gary! I'll definitely be back soon.

Such a beautiful how with excellent views of the Cascades and Smith Rock! The house has all kinds of great features and amenities as well as plenty of enjoyable outdoor seating. Amber was a great host, making checkin and finding the house easy, as well as communicating well throughout.

Our stay was super short, but oh so sweet! We arrived late and I enjoyed sitting out listening to the flow of the creek, croak of the toads and the sky full of stars! The next morning we made breakfast with the delicious farm grown eggs and sausages and then had a tour of the farm. We all thoroughly enjoyed our time and have it on the agenda to stay longer in the future! Thank you to Michael for being a great host and sharing your oasis with us! :)

I absolutely loved staying in this space. It was so peaceful and clean and just has a very warm feel to it. Adrienne was incredibly helpful and so nice. Though I didn't take her up on it this time, she offered coffee and customized creamer options. Just a wonderful place all around.

It is gorgeous, amazing house, and beautiful surroundings. Impeccable decor and had everything we needed.

Idyllic retreat. My family enjoyed walking the riverside trails on the property in the mornings. Apartment has all the basics to be comfortable. clean, warm, and welcoming. Cute farmhouse and cowgirl theme decor. Bedrooms and living area are all connected but has sliding doors. Host was very nice. Good communication.

This room is part of a lovely wedding event center. I stayed during the off season and it was so quiet. I was able to sleep in and enjoy the sounds of the river while having my coffee. As a woman traveling solo, I felt safe knowing Karen was so responsive and onsite if I needed anything.

We couldn't believe the gem we found at Ashley's place. The location was so peaceful. It is right close in to town but feels like you are also in the country. You can tell so much care went into the place. Our friend staying with us said this is her new favorite place and she will be staying there every time she can.

Wonderful host! Very communicative and flexible. The place lived up to my expectations, and was an easy place to visit with my two dogs and cat while transitioning between places. Loved the private, country feel, and that it was still easy access to Eugene/Springfield. Highly recommend!

The house and grounds were perfect for our family of 10 and dogs. Lots of space for cooking, eating together, playing board games, and watching movies. Clean and comfortable!
