The location was excellent: Prenzlauer Berg is a calm family neighbourhood not at all far from central Berlin. The apartment was clean and cozy – totally worth climbing the five stories of stairs. There was no proper kitchen, but all necessary equipment for basic cooking. Checking in and out was very smooth and communication with the host was easy and clear.

Philip was absolute great. Provided perfect instruction. The Flat was pristine clean with all required amenities for 4 of us. The location was also perfect for us. Great to stay at your place Philip. Thanks a lot.

This place was perfect, exactly what we needed and felt very comfortable and cozy. We did message the host once but didn’t get a response, luckily it wasn’t an important issue, and I’m sure he would have responded if it were. We were very nicely located and the apartment was very easy to find. Great place overall! Highly recommend!

Tino war ein toller Gastgeber, der sich gut um seine Gäste kümmert. Er hat mich unterstützt, wo er nur konnte. Durch seine humorvolle Art und die schöne Wohnung habe ich mich zu Hause gefühlt.

We had a super stay at Philipp’s place. It is really well located and within walking distant to lots of restaurants and bars and many of Berlin’s attractions. The area, while busy, has a nice chill vibe and the property is actually located in quite a peaceful courtyard. It is beautifully finished inside with modern fittings and furnishings and was equipped with everything we needed. As a family of 4, we had more than enough space. The property was pristine and very comfortable. We’d love to come back to Berlin again and stay here - highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time at Naveed's place. Communication and self check-in were straightforward and easy. The apartment itself was big, bright, clean and had everything we needed. The tasteful interior made it especially cozy and homey. We were also happy with the location, with the subway line U8 almost right at the building's doorstep and Hermannplatz only a short walk away. We would recommend this place to anyone visiting Berlin and hope to get to stay here again!

Wir waren zu 9 über Silvester im Haus. Alle haben einen Schlafplatz bekommen. Die Unterkunft sah aus, wie auf Fotos. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer war sauber. Das Wohnzimmer war angenehm eingerichtet. Der Garten sehr schön, wo wir Brotstock am Lagerfeuer machen konnten, was für Kinder super spannend und für Erwachsenen sehr nostalgisch. Unsere absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool, wo wir uns am kalte Nächte in sehr warme Sprudelwasser erholen konnten. Der Gastgeber Reinhard war sehr zukommend und freundlich. Er hat bereits meine Freunde ins Haus reingelassen, als ich noch auf den Weg zum Haus unterwegs war. Das Einchecken ging deshalb wunderbar sehr zügig und einfach. Als wir nach Wäscheständer gefragt haben, wurde er in kürzester Zeit für uns besorgt. Wir hatten das ganzes Haus, Whirlpool und der Garten für uns ganz allein gehabt, sodass wir schöne Silvester feiern konnten. Wir sind darüber sehr glücklich und dankbar, dass Reinhard dies uns ermöglicht hat. Danke :)

Was kann man bei Bernd erwarten? - Ein kuschliges Bett, eine warme Dusche und seinen eigenen Schreibtisch... Aber nicht nur das, sondern einen unglaublich zuvorkommenden Gastgeber, ein stylisches Interior, ein blitzblankes Bad, top Anbindung, eine aufgeweckte Fellnase und ein richtiges Zuhause-Gefühl. Kann dieses AirBnB nur wärmsten weiterempfehlen!! Genau das, wonach ich für meine ersten 2 Wochen in Berlin gesucht habe.

The flat is so quiet, the BED IS DIVINE, it is honestly like staying in a beautiful hotel, except you're in a gorgeous old apartment building, with tons of space, access to a porch out the back, and a yard. The flat is SO centrally located--steps-away, easy tram service to Alexanderplatz (where you can make connections to everywhere), Ubahn a block away, tons of amazing restaurants nearby in Mitte and Prenzlauerberg. You're in the middle of everything here, yet the flat is an oasis. I cannot recommend more highly. Rocio a joy to interact with; so instantly helpful and offering tips. Also, always very quick to respond!

i stayed here with 4 of my friends and this airbnb felt like home. located in a peaceful area and close to public transport. there's also a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.

We spent our week in Berlin in Caroline's apartment. It is located in Mitte, near a beautiful church, the Zionkirche. The apartment is a 15-minute tram or bus ride from Alexanderplatz and the Museum Island. We could easily find 2 good supermarkets and several small cafes and restaurants in the surrounding area. The apartment is very pleasant, spacious, well-lit and has all the amenities. The only thing we missed was a microwave. One of the highlights is the delightful balcony with a beautiful view of the treetops. We are happy to recommend the apartment and its friendly hostess.

Allen war super nett und zuvorkommend. Alles war sehr sauber und das Zimmer schön eingerichtet, man hat Genügend Platz für alles und das Bett war sehr bequem. Zudem war die Aussicht Abends traumhaft. Die Lage ist Perfekt, man braucht nie lange auf eine Bahn zu warten und ist schnell im Zentrum von Berlin. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur jedem empfehlen!😊

Ich hatte eine sehr schöne Erfahrung während meines Aufenthalts bei Stefan und seiner Familie. Schon bei meiner Ankunft wurde ich herzlich von Stefan und seiner Frau empfangen. Stefan hat mir sogar eine kleine Tour durch das Haus gegeben und alles ausführlich erklärt. Die Beschreibung auf Airbnb ist sehr detailliert und entspricht genau der Realität. Die Familie hat drei liebe kleine Kinder und einen kleinen Hund. Der Hund hat anfangs etwas gebellt, als er mich gesehen hat, aber nach 2–3 Tagen hat er sich daran gewöhnt und aufgehört zu bellen. Die Kinder sind meistens gegen 7 Uhr morgens aufgewacht, aber die Mutter hat sich immer bemüht, für Ruhe zu sorgen. Die ganze Familie ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit bereit, Fragen zu beantworten oder bei Anliegen zu helfen. Sie respektieren die Privatsphäre ihrer Gäste sehr – niemand ist während meines Aufenthalts in mein Zimmer gekommen. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und ordentlich – alles war wie erwartet.

Wir haben zu viert in Ricos Unterkunft Workation gemacht und dafür war es super! Noch dazu hatten wir tolles Wetter und haben die Ruhe sehr genossen! Was wir vielleicht überlesen haben oder falsch gelesen, dass die Unterkunft zwar sehr nah am Wasser liegt, dass es aber kein richtigen Zugang gibt und die nächste Badestelle ein bisschen entfernt ist (etwa 3km). Ansonsten gibt es zwei kleine Stellen, wo man den See sehen kann (etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß) Aber sonst ist alles über Privatzugänge geregelt. Trotzdem war es richtig schön und das Haus hat alles, was man braucht! Auch eine schöne Terrasse zum Draußen essen, einen Garten mit Platz. Also wirklich toll!

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Einrichtung ist super schön. Gerne wieder.

This place is surrounded by the full of nature. I loved the cleanness of everything and Lars especially helped me to use extra clean bathroom. You should visit here when you travel to berlin. Totally recommendable

Sabrina's house is lovely and comfortable, perfect for a family trip away. The area is peaceful and pretty, with accessible public transport into the city centre. We really enjoyed our time there!
