We enjoyed our stay. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. And the best part of it, parking was near the entrance. Overall, it was really great.

Great place, good to stay and even better to host a small gathering or party. Great value! The swimming pool was amazing also, water managed to stay warm even at night. Plenty of activities included including video games, karaoke, and board games. Would recommend this spot!

This unit is cozy, clean, and well-maintained, with thoughtful details that make it perfect for a guest's stay, especially for long-term visits. I stayed for a week and felt completely at home and comfortable. The rate is very reasonable, and the smart lock adds extra convenience, no need to worry about keys. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, making meal preparation easy. Overall, I highly recommend this place and will definitely book again for my next vacation!

Tom and his staff were amazing! Prior to my arrival, I was asked what time I will be checking in. When I arrived, I was greeted by Stefanny, Mark, and Emily. Stefanny gave me a tour of the entire home and made sure I had everything I needed. The home was clean and I appreciated the thoughtful touches. During my stay, Mark was always available if I needed help with anything such as setting up the karaoke, turning on the jets in the pool, etc… There was plenty of room for my family of 12 adults and 3 children. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Tom and his staff made us feel very welcome. My family and I had a great time and I definitely would stay at Tom’s home again.

Our group enjoyed Ms. Marsha's place! She's so kind that even though we broke something unintentionally, she said that we don't have to pay for it. Will definitely recommend this to my friends. Loved everything about the place!

My family enjoyed our stay here for 2 days. The place is very relaxing and provides enough space for my infant to walk on. The place is also closed to MOA where a lot of restaurants are available and the amenities are also big enough to accommodate a lot of guests. We will surely book again in the future! Had a great stay! The location was perfect-inside a private subdivision—and the space was spotless and very well-maintained. The amenities were complete, making it feel just like home, and communication was smooth and super responsive throughout. The only small challenge was parking, which could be a bit tricky at times, but everything else more than made up for it. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Great place to stay near MOA Arena, especially if you’re coming for a concert. It’s walkable from the venue and lots of convenience stores and shops nearby. Place is clean and host is veryy accommodating.

Lita was great. She was very accommodating, quick to respond, ang very thoughtful. My family came from NY to celebrate my daughter’s first birthday. Her place was clean and efficient. My wife and I appreciated the small touches she did to have our stay amazing. Close enough to walk to SM Aura (2 blocks) / 5 blocks to Bonifacio High Street when we needed to meet with friends & family. Will definitely book again in future if possible

Thank you so much for letting us make memorable moments with family we havent seen for 5 years at your place. We felt at home and the kids enjoyed the pool. Very close to Mall of Asia where we spent more time with the kids before they dropped us to NAIA Airport which is also conviniently close. Excellent communication, gave me very clear instructions, and answered all my queries promptly. Thank you again🙂.

The place is easy to locate. While the house shows some signs of wear and tear, it’s well-equipped and comfortable. The kids absolutely loved the pool! I appreciated the host’s thoughtful touch of having a variety of consumables available for purchase. Overall, we had a great stay.

Veronica's place is perfect – Highly Recommend! We all had an amazing experience - relaxing, clean, comfortable beds and complete with amenities. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive. Tatay Abet also welcomes us warmly and always their when needed. We appreciate that the host even provided us with welcome gifts. There are coffe and complete toiletries where you will that you are home away from home. The location is also perfect. We will definitely go back! :)

My family of 5 loved Benny’s home. It was spacious, clean, and in a quiet neighborhood. Benny was always responsive when we needed something. This will always be our go to stay in Manila.

this is my second time choosing this unit, and it’s been a great experience both times. the place is perfect if you’re looking to relax, spend quality time with your family, or enjoy a peaceful stay with your partner. it has almost everything you need inside, so you won’t have to worry. there are stores nearby if you need to buy anything, plenty of food delivery options if you don’t feel like going out, or a kitchen if you prefer to cook your own meals. 10/10

t truly felt like a home away from home! From the moment we walked in, we could feel the love and care the owners put into the space—and we knew we had to treat it with the same respect. The house had everything we needed, from cookware and utensils to essentials like dish and hand soap—every little detail was thoughtfully provided. The rooms were fresh and spotless, and we especially loved Bedroom 1. It was the perfect spot to relax, catch up with friends, and stream shows or movies through the projector. The whole place had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. We’d definitely stay here again whenever we’re in the area!

Very nice place for its price! Thank you so much po for accommodating us and we were so glad we found this place kahit medyo last minute na yung booking. My family loved the place so much they want to come back next time :D Medyo maliit lang po yung fridge for us siguro kasi marami rin kami need ilagay and limited yung pag lamig niya pero overall okay naman yung place. Complete din so if you want to cook or do the laundry sa place, pwedeng pwede. We also love na maraming beddings and clean yung mga linens and pillows. Secured yung house and peaceful naman yung neighborhood. Will definitely come back next time!
