This place had everything we needed for our stay in the area. Great location near our relatives and Rock Creek Park, where we did a bunch of walking. Our hosts were extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. We’d definitely stay again.

The host was incredibly kind, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a smooth and enjoyable visit. We truly felt at home and appreciated all the thoughtful touches. This was a really important life goal trip of mine, even though it’s the DMV area. They were super kind and it felt like a beautiful tropical pocket in the middle of what some might call a concrete jungle. They were super responsive, flexible, and kind hearted. There is also some beautiful wildlife, animals, and nature blossoming everywhere in the spring. 10/10 would stay again!

The apartment was lovely and it’s situated in a peaceful neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and metro. We had a great experience! We had trouble finding a parking spot one of the nights, but overall the parking worked out fine. We would recommend this place and the hosts were great!

Anju and Steve were excellent hosts. Their place a home away from home. They accommodated all our needs and were so gracious about it. The place, a studio basement apartment, is very well done. The shower was nice and spacious unlike other studios I have rented in the past. the kitchen and living area are perfect size and well kept. The bed very comfortable. The windows are well placed so you don't feel like you are in a basement. The walkout/walk-in concept gives you proper privacy. And we never ever heard footsteps thanks to the extra padding they (seemed to have ) put to soundproof the ceiling as well as the windows. Thanks Anju and Steve for a great stay. we would love to return the next time we are in DC.

I stayed for 7 months and had a great experience! The house was incredibly clean and had all of the listed amenities. The neighborhood is located near a busy highway but there were no issues with noise and had good access to nearby restaurants and stores. There were some issues with the HVAC unit but Hassan handled it promptly upon being notified. He replied instantly to any questions and concerns we had with the house and was very kind and welcoming. Hassan was a great host and I recommend this location to others who need a place to stay in Silver Spring, Maryland.

This place was as advertised. Clean, comfortable, cozy. Easy access to the main roads. The hosts were very responsive.

The place is clean and quiet! It is very spacious and has a large back yard. We arrived early so I texted Samad. And Samad’s response was quick and he let us to have early checkin. In general, my friends and I all liked the place and enjoyed the stay here!

Martha’s place was perfect! Everything we needed and more. We visited DC for a weekend getaway to celebrate my sister getting married by surprising her with a bachelorette weekend, and Martha’s place was truly the perfect place to make this happen. It was easy to find, easy to park, easy to check in. Martha was so helpful in every way, we did not have a single issue while staying here, but I am certain if we needed help with anything Martha would have been on it, as she was very responsive and helpful. We loved the place itself, looks so much bigger in person! Such a beautiful, well decorated home, that truly feels like a home away from home. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Great place not just for exploring DC, but also wonderful for a weekend escape to stay in for a relaxing at home spa day! We had such a wonderful time at Martha’s place, and really appreciated all her accommodations and help during our stay. 10/10 would definitely come again and highly recommend! Thank you!

Meti met us at the house early and allowed us to drop our bags so we could have extra time to explore. This was ideal as we didn’t have a car. Home is a 15 minute walk to Fort Totten Metro station. There is an Aldi and a Walmart within walking distance. Beds comfortable.

Jo is the consummate host. Very helpful with suggestions on anything you need or want. House is very clean and organized. You’re in good hands with this host.

Was very happy with how clean the house was! One thing to note is all the bedrooms are upstairs with two sharing a full hallway bath and one having an en suite full bath. The third full bath is downstairs.

Christopher's place was perfect for our weekend girls trip to DC. It was just outside of the city, which meant less traffic and noise. The neighborhood felt very safe and parking was easy to find at all times. The unit itself is cozy - kitchen was very clean and beds were comfy. Board games and local food recommendations were also provided and were much appreciated! Overall, we had a great time!

Convenient to main roads, restaurants and mall. Bedroom and living areas were very comfortable and open space to relax and remote work. Kitchen area big and modern for cooking and conversation. Plenty of good quality towels too (I am picky about bathroom towels). Would def recommend and stay again.
