This apartment was perfect. Everything about it was excellent. The amenities were superb, beds and linens were top notch, the kitchen well stocked, and very clean. Highly recommended! Parking was great. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. It has two matching bedrooms and baths, perfect for two couples. Great showers as well. Awesome place.

What a cute homey space! It really did feel clean, and I think part of it is because shoes are not to be worn indoors. I really appreciated this. The size was perfect for just myself. The space was laid out to maximize its function and use, and I appreciated all the windows that could be opened for fresh air. Everything was very organized. Nikki was quick about answering my questions about the wifi (very fast!) and other amenities. I did not walk to the shops, as it seemed it would take too long to walk there with the limited window of time I had to do so. But driving there only took a few minutes. A lovely stay!

We had an amazing stay at Howard’s Place! Literally steps from the beach. Howard was very communicative and always responded if we reached out to him. The community is also amazing! We had an issue with the blinds not working and they came the next day and fixed them. They provide wheelbarrows for luggage and have a private pond. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks Howard!

My daughter was attending a conference at the Hyatt and I was looking for a place to stay in Monterey so I could visit with her. I booked Donovan's place because I thought it was competitively priced compared to the area hotels, plus the hotels charge you for parking. Donovan's place was in a quiet neighborhood with free parking, I was always able to park close to my room. The Airbnb itself was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. It is under a 10 minute drive to Downtown Monterrey, and as is mentioned in the listing, a short walk to Cannery Row. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely want to stay here the next time I am in Monterrey.

We had a great stay! The house was very comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The host was very responsive and answered our questions quickly. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay in the area!

Wir haben 8 Wochen in Beckys wunderbaren Strandhaus gelebt und uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Wir konnten vom Wohnzimmer aus auf den Pacific schauen und die Wale beobachten - großartig! Abends haben wir immer einen Spaziergang zum Strand gemacht; barfuss natürlich, da wir nur 3 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Düne brauchten. Becky hat Ihr Haus sehr geschmackvoll im Stil eines wunderschönen Beachhouse eingerichtet und der einer Düne nachempfundene Garten mit super Sitzgelegenheiten war auch für unsere Kinder ein toller Spielplatz! Nicht zu vergessen; es gibt in Del Monte Beach eine tolle Nachbarschaft, in der wir jetzt immer noch wohnen!

A real home from home. Our grown up kids are really picky and they said it was the nicest holiday house we had ever stayed in. Loads of space. Really comfortable. Really well equipped. Garden was a bonus. Laundromat is really nearby - Tory gave us directions - and the people in there are super friendly too!

Absolutely amazing place. The views were incredible. The place was cozy, clean, and super relaxing. Would definitely recommend as a couple retreat from the world !

Marieke is such a wonderful host and the remodeled space is beautiful and inviting. The bed had one of the most comfortable mattresses I've slept on!! The backyard area was the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon book. I highly recommend this place!!!

Highly recommend! The house was truly cozy and we felt right at home. We had fun with the game room with pool table, ping pong, and pacman. We had two dogs that really enjoyed the backyard too. The hosts provided clear instructions and were very responsive. Very happy with this stay!

The location of the apartment is awesome. We really enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and excellent view of the beach and ocean. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean waves was such a gift. Patti is lovely and kind with her communications. We did have some issues with the shower and bath sink in one of the bathrooms. We also wished we had paid attention to what was not listed in terms of provisions. For example, you’d have to bring your own coffee, teas, paper towels, and bathroom hand soaps (although napkins and bath soap bars were provided). Overall, a beautiful home at a great location with potentials for some minor improvements which I understand Patti will address in good spirit.

If you are looking for a place to rest, relax and reset your mind this is the place for you. Pajaro Dunes is a wonderful location to walk along the beach just steps away from the condo. It’s very peaceful and the resort grounds are clean. Soojin is a wonderful host and her condo was more than we could have asked for. Very clean, modern decor and the amenities provided were very well thought of especially in the kitchen and in the bathrooms. Beach amenities were provided as well. We hope to return and bring our family and friends to join us next time around.

Julia is a FANTASTIC host who is very friendly and treated us and our baby girl brilliantly letting us use the space in her apartment for feeding and playing outside of our room. The finish of the apartment is of high quality with everything you'd need including a cute balcony overlooking the woodland. The room itself is a perfect size and as described with it's own private bathroom and great personal touches. You will need to drive as there are a lack of pavements / sidewalks but Carmel is only a 10 min drive and has all the local amenities with plenty of great restaurants.

This was the perfect place for my family and I to relax and enjoy. Plenty to do and a great little restaurant right on location. Sidharth was awesome to communicate with and was very proactive.
