We had a wonderful experience staying at this charming, historic townhouse. A warm and inviting atmosphere for our family to relax and spend quality time together in the evenings. Location was ideal,-walking distance to a variety of fun restaurants, and parking was convenient when we did need to leave the area. The host was responsive and instructions were clear. We highly recommend and can't wait to come back again!!

The apartment was just as pictured and conveniently located near a grocery store and the zoo. It was a quiet neighborhood on the weekend and weekdays.

Highly recommended. Very beautiful, cozy, and warm private space that just make you feel at home and at peace. Everything was well organized and in place for a perfect stay. Washer and dryer availability was a big plus. Location is central to a lot of food and transportation options. Truly enjoyed the stay and would definitely be back when next in the area.

Anna and her husband are amazing hosts! They are incredibly accommodating. The airbnb felt very homey and had plenty of kitchen utensils.

We enjoyed staying here in this very nice historical building while visiting our grandson at Hamilton College. The flights of stairs up to our apartment were not too much of a challenge for us oldsters. The apartment was spacious, clean, tidy, and well appointed with linens and towels. There was a very fancy espresso machine. However I had no idea how to operate it! Luckily there was a cozy coffee shop right next door for morning coffee and pastries. Richard was easy to contact and answered our calls quickly. We would like to stay here again!

If your travels take you to the Albany area, Kristin's apartment is a must stay. It felt like a luxury hotel suite with the comfort of home. We’ve stayed at many rentals over the years and Kristin has set a new standard when it comes to communication, cleanliness, comfort, convenience, and amenities. The towels and bed linens were top quality. The bed was super comfortable. The snacks were much appreciated. The kitchen was perfect for our needs. Kristin has thought of everything. She could teach a master class on being a top host.

Great place to stay: walkable to downtown without having too much noise to worry about, and great off street parking!

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

Absolutely loved this house, this lake and surrounding area. The house was ideal for us. We had a full house with 10 guests for our son’s wedding. Could not have been more perfect. Adults loved the house, spa and views. Grandkids fell in love with the lake and dock. (And pet carp!) Rich was very helpful with questions and left clear instructions (and wonderful stories) at the house. We talked about coming back even before we left. Cheers!

Melissa's place was comfy, clean, and cozy. She thought of everything + when it came to the amenities. Only 20 minutes from Cooperstown village. There was a helpful guide book with local listings.

Our hosts were very easy to work with. I felt they cared about our visit and wanted to accommodate us in any way that would make her stay even more pleasurable. The house offered every convenience, including kitchen items for make-at-home meals. Thanks so much, Brandon and Brian!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very peaceful, and close to many restaurants and the city center. The hosts are very responsive, and provide clear instructions prior to check in. The home is clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. We will definitely come back when we go back to Saratoga!

This is our second time staying in this building. We preferred the first floor over the second only because I'm getting too old for stairs. Other than that, they're both amazing!

We spent a total of 3 to 4 weeks, dealing with a family issue. Place is brand new, clean, and super conveniently located. Host very responsive.

This was our second stay at the Owl's Nest. The location and the uniqueness of this charming condo was very welcoming. The condo looks just like the pictures online. The space was immaculate, comfortable and very cozy. The heated bathroom floor was a definite bonus, as well as the location which is just minutes away from Broadway. Our host Gillian was quick to respond to all of our inquiries. She was friendly and extremely accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone looking for a special gem in a perfect location in Saratoga.

Room was large, clean and comfortable. Place was warm despite cold weather outside and large windows throughout the apartment. Exactly as listed. David was helpful and quick to respond. Would stay again.

Kevin’s place was a perfect fit for us! The neighborhood was quiet and the description of the apartment was spot on! It was close to the Stanley theater where we spent most of our weekend! We will surely be back next year!

We couldn't have asked for more than what we got in this airbnb! The location is amazing and while parking can be slightly confusing, Kerri sent us very detailed instructions and recommendations to help us out. The building was very safe, and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was exactly what was advertised, and the proximity to downtown Saratoga CAN NOT be beat! We've done this trip the last four years and this is, by far, our favorite place that we stayed, and can't wait to book again for next year. Kerri was responsive and left us great information to make our trip even better than we expected. You can't miss with this location!
